Long-term Investment is more profitable than the short-term. There are so many coins out there that tend to give out lots of profit on long-term while the ones on short-term don't tend to last long.

HODLing Altcoins for long-term more especially when the market is crashing is a mistake because when the market hit the button not all of the Altcoins will recover again. Some Altcoins die completely as a result of an occasional market crash.

Why sell now while you can wait for a little and sell at a higher price than the current market price. Selling bitcoin now at the current market price means losing money by some people. The bitcoin loses some of its popularity in the last few months but it is currently recovering fast. The bitcoin market dominance was at 66% in the last December, due to the market corrections one after the another. thus, the bitcoin market dominance went down to 31% of the cryptocurrency market. The best way to explain bitcoin to the kids is by simply explaining to them how email works and how traditional mailbox (P.O. Box) works too.
An email is a digital form of receiving personal mail while the traditional mailbox is a form of receiving paper mail physically using a wooden box in front of your house.
So, the bitcoin is a digital currency just like the digital email, while the fiat money is just like the paper mail which you can receive it physically.

For me, the best time to buy bitcoin is when I have the money to do so because I usually invest in bitcoin for a long-term. Making bitcoin investment for a long-term is more profitable compared to short-term investment. Imagine the people who invested in bitcoin for last few years e.g. 2012, 2013, or even 2014 - the time when bitcoin was selling below $400. these guys are now millionaires as they make a tone of money from the bitcoin.

I am sure that bitcoin will exist for longer time than we have imagined even when its value will be very low. Blockchain is self stable and self operating platform so there will be nothing like all of sudden bitcoin will disappear.
I think if the fiat currency can survive for than 100 years, the bitcoin will also survive for more than 100 years as it is better than fiat so many ways. The bitcoin is a peer-to-peer digital currency that is very fast, secure, decentralized, and acceptable worldwide. |

But what if bitcoin be used to support some bad organizations, even terrorists? Is this already happening? What i am worrying is if bitcoin be widely used for bad things, negative news would be all over and bitcoin price will drop. It will lead to tougher regulation. Do u think world leaders are willing to kill btc to make sure they can fight terrirists? The bitcoin is a currency just like fiat only better. If people can use fiat currency to fund terrorist or buy any illegal stuff with fiat they can still do the same with the bitcoin since it also serves as a currency. By the way, doing illegal stuff with bitcoin will not destroy the bitcoin price in the market. |

Advertising bitcoin on television is going to be a great idea because it will help create more awareness about the bitcoin. There is never too much promotion of anything, there is only the more you promote a product the more it's going to sell. Advertising bitcoin on TV will help many people start using bitcoin a lot I think.

The bitcoin price will grow again as it always does in the past. I think it may take time for the bitcoin price to be fully recovered. Maybe few months or a year because there were many price manipulations in the market last year. Therefore, we shall see when exactly when the market is going to be fully recovered. Yes, I still buy bitcoins until I run out of money. I buy bitcoins because I have plans for the future. If you are buying bitcoins, make a plan for the long-term. The long-term plan is always profitable with bitcoin. Imagine, the bitcoin investors from 2014 or 2013. |

I see no point in getting discouraged with bitcoin or cryptocurrency in general, as the bitcoin is still new currency and has less than 10 years of existence. I think the bitcoin has done pretty well for a new technology with the only few years of existence that manages to grow from $0-$20k without any company or government backing bitcoin. Also, bitcoin manages to hold the top tech internet trend for about 9 years yet still trending.

Japan and South Korea (Maybe, including North Korea  ) are already the safe havens for bitcoin and cryptocurrency. The future may hold many things but we are quite sure both Japan and Korea will never betray or try to blackmail bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency as they embrace and accept the cryptocurrencies. |
