Out of the wallets you mention i use Blockchain the most but i do keep small amounts on btc-e and bittrex to buy alts easier and make more btc

The most fair distribution i can think of is where everyone has the same chance of accumulating roughly the same amount of currency for roughly the same amount of work to get said currency, i think magi coin and burst have fair distribution using computer to mine coins but obviously if they need money they sell for less than market rate and someone with money gains them cheaper. Yes i am afraid it does matter if you sell 1 million bitcoins for $1, how will miners pay for electricity, equipment, wear and tear, time, etc etc how will you be able to pay for a $20 for a game if there is only $13  worth of bitcoin, how would exchanges stay up. The list is endless why it needs to be at a certain level mainly for the miners to keep up there good work alot of people take for granted. I personally am not to fussed about the price in recent months i figure what will be will be there is not much we can do either way and if we have invested what we can afford to lose it matters even less, plus will be a pretty cool surprise if it rockets.
