383  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bter is hacked? on: February 20, 2015, 04:12:01 PM
Hello,

I see on bter.com that "7170 BTC got stolen from our cold wallet in this transaction: "

Do you know when the site is up? Is this a fresh news?!

Best Regards

Not not fresh news around 2-3 days old buddy  Smiley

Lost a few dollars BTC i have just figured they will not be back up if i am honest and classed the coins gone as gone forever!

Shame about all the altcoins on there though, could see some big dumps if they do not come back and do not give investors their coins back.

Banned not banned these countrys are like females just need to make up their mind (...)
are you a sexist asshole? Don't answer that, just remain silent and hold your head in shame.

Hong kong was saying this around the same time last month  Grin

I agree they need to make up their mind shame others do not see that.

It matters not either way to me and my way of life.
386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ulbricht To Be Sentenced On May 15th on: February 20, 2015, 10:22:31 AM
It's a grim outlook. I think he has yet to be tried on the hitman allegations, i'm assuming that's life on it's own?

Of course it is, except in case of a deal.

Picolo everywhere i have gone this morning i see your meaningless one two or three word posts! If i keep seeing it buddy i will report you to both you're signature campaign and mods!! I see 4 or 5 just on this one thread!

Just some few questions, what will happen to Ulbricht's Bitcoin account? Where will his millions and millions worth of BTC go?

After he was found guily on every count http://bitforum.info/t/ross-ulbricht-found-guilty-on-all-charges/223?u=angelo

Will his things be confiscated after the sentencing?

What do you think?

I don't think he will get life. Maybe 20 years, but not life for sure.

Not life but 20 years, damn man this is a life time the world would have left him behind and prison would have cracked him up  Shocked

His BTC etc was all confiscated from the start if i remember rightly and some have already been auctioned and the next 50k btc to be sold next month, 180,000 btc

How bad a time he has might depend on what type of prison he is put in. The USA has supermax maximum security prisons or sections of prisons for the most dangerous prisoners. I doubt they would put him in one but that sounds as bad as it gets. They will probably put him somewhere with less security measures.

No buddy you might be wrong he was convicted of charges what will get him put into a terrible jail  Undecided

If he is convicted of the 5 conspiracy to murder/paid then he is so screwed and all his worst nightmares will have come true, but if he did pay for someones life it is no less than he deserves i am afraid.
387  Economy / Speculation / Re: Huge BTC dump incoming on: February 20, 2015, 10:07:19 AM

Volume dropped, interest in the market saturated like just before jan 12th mega crash.
Stay ready!  Shocked

This is one mage crash like i have never seen before, i hope it bounces back really soon i am down a fortune.

Tested dust twice to make sure and lost the dust testing but atleast i know that most of them are just clear as day scams, you can check the wallet address to see what is paid in to what is paid out from what i have seen it pays out to the same 3-6 addresses.

You will get people claim they have won a nice amount from them but when you look they have newbie rating and account was created for that very purpose to sucker newbs in.

That site has had a small fortune run threw it  Undecided
391  Economy / Gambling / Re: Looking for a new site for BJ on: February 20, 2015, 12:02:00 AM

392  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ISIS Using Bitcoins :o on: February 19, 2015, 11:39:38 PM
I just got the confirmation, they use dogecoin.

Let's make a piggycoin. Then we're sure they won't use that one.

Looks like we have a coin they would not use then as there is already a 'porkcoin' trading on bittrex and a new piggy coin trading on poloniex  Grin

For the people that took the doge coin confirmation seriously above me you made me laugh ahaha
393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Govt Auction... Round 3 on: February 19, 2015, 04:06:29 PM
The thiefs are cashing in from there robbery i see  Roll Eyes

Mark Karpeles stole BTC850,000 and he is still living freely and happily.  Grin The Sheep Marketplace thief is nowhere to be found after stealing some BTC200,000 coins. And now FBI stealing another BTC180,000. Bitcoin is the favorite currency for thieves.

If I were him, I should be looking for a good lawyer now that Ulbricht's case is done.

Todays price roughly $200 million i am sure he has a fairly good lawyer,

Plus nothing will happen to him imo it would have already he was probably part of some government btc robbery team like the FBI Grin

Well that is just a theory and i have no proof of course.

Bter are Bter of away from this crypto scene they had terrible customer service, their security was roughly the same.

And the owners morals was on par with the service, let them run into the night with their 7000btc and be happy it was not bigger and they got more.

Horrible exchange.

Wow thanks for that info dude i really did not know that Mark Karpeles got that much  Shocked Shocked!! I am sure he is living happily but freely that is insane amount of BTC to get away with stealing lol

Yes it is their favorite currency at the minute as there is no regulation and like you have shown they can do what they want without any kind of punishment.

850,000 btc! Unbelievable  Grin Grin

I am now going to look into that further.
397  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: VodPonzi is LIVE!! #1 MOST TRUSTED PONZI! 7% in 72 HOURS! on: February 19, 2015, 11:31:24 AM
I don't think the users of bitcointalk enjoy to invest in ponzi.

It is a fun way to gamble.

It is a fun way to lose that is for sure, the site is terrible but made me laugh.

I would say good luck but no point this will go nowhere as you already know  Grin

399  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 bitcoins. Will I be a millionaire by 2020? on: February 19, 2015, 10:46:19 AM
Well that would be pretty cool to have 100 coins equal $1 million retire for the price of 25k!

I am sorry but this is so unlikely  Angry
