301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any truly safe bets in sports betting? on: September 13, 2020, 04:49:20 PM
Not quite sure if it's safe just imagine this thing there's a chance that you might be losing 2x in a row in a long term and you bet 0.0005 for each bet so you lose 0.001 while if you one you only earn 0.0001 profit from 1.2 odds it's risky for me also i don't really think there's a safe bets in sports betting. Once you placed your bet you are already at risk of losing it.
302  Economy / Gambling / Re: btb88.com Casino & Sportsbook | NO DEPOSIT FREE BET | Licensed & Regulated on: September 12, 2020, 08:35:07 PM
I am not sure if you are restricting some countries to access your website as I am having a problem upon visiting your website. Access denied, Location is forbidden.
I tried to refresh a few times but the same problem occurs, I was really curious about the no deposit free bet but because of the problem that I encounter then I cannot
explore further to your website anymore.
303  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: primedice scam 2020 on: September 10, 2020, 07:00:45 PM

304  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 Dice on BTC in Telegram on: September 07, 2020, 07:21:37 PM
Would you mind if I ask how can I prove the fairness of the game? I'm curious how can you able to prove it in telegram, also why did you choose to open up a game in telegram rather than just creating your own dice website?
The advantage is that this game in telegram .
Always at hand.
The bot returns random values using the standard function.

What do you mean standard function? I think I've already read that you once answered this but It's not clear what do you mean random values using the standard function? We just want to know how the bot came with the result to know if they are really fair and if so I would love to try it or play with it especially I'm using mobile mostly all the time.
305  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚡ LOOT.BET — Made For Live Betting | Esports, Slots, Mini Games on: September 07, 2020, 07:18:13 PM
You have some nice offer here, 2mbtc free bet for 2mbtc deposit also you have a low wagering requirement of 10x which is really interesting for gamblers like us. Wish me luck to meet that 10x wagering requirement.
306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: September 06, 2020, 05:59:20 PM
In this pandemic situation, I have engage myself in different jobs. My best job is to enter into the crypto world. I have participated in different bounty and airdrop programs and am doing these work. I have invested in some coins and making trade in different exchanges. Already I have earned some amount of profits. Besides, I have started my previous job again.

I have the same situation as yours. I have my regular job here in my country and I also juggle my time in working here online. One of these online jobs I have is here in bitcointalk, and it has been a huge help to me. I think that dues to this pandemic, we all have to strive more than we did before.
307  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest Bitcoin giveaway scams and how can you avoid them on: September 06, 2020, 04:53:19 PM
This is the problem why newbies get scammed easily because they don't know anything yet.
Just remember this line "if it's too good to be true, then it's prolly a scam".
And also, there are no free in this world–it is either you pay or work for that something to get it.
Always do your own research, it will be very helpful in the future.

I agree. Especially if the reward on a giveaway is a huge amount, the other party will surely ask for something in return like promoting them or getting them certain number of audience. Always be skeptical, that is the golden rule when in comes to dealing with anything over the internet.
308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: September 06, 2020, 03:56:57 PM
Satoshi Nakamoto has kept his identity secret. We know nothing about him. We have heard many rumors about him, as we have heard that he is from japan. From another source we know that he may be a citizen of England. on the other hand, Dan Kaminsky (security researcher) said that, may Nakamoto could be a team of some genius.  we think a lot about Nakamoto, but we cannot say anything surely about him. even after so many years of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto is still anonymous to us.

I think that being anonymous is the best choice that came to mind of Satoshi Nakamoto. If he had reveal his identity in the first place, I think that Bitcoin and the whole cryptocurrency would be really different from what it is right now. After all, being famous and a public figure could sometimes bring damage and disadvantage to someone.
309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the need to increase BTC's max supply arise in the future? on: September 05, 2020, 03:50:41 PM
I don't think there is any need to increase the number of bitcoins in the future because it is contrary to what Satoshi Nakamoto created. The community will not allow that, bitcoin needs to keep 21 million to ensure scarcity. If you look for ways to expand the number of bitcoins, then bitcoin will no longer be bitcoin.

Indeed. The whole community exist for this reason, to have continuous movement in the system and keep it regulated as well. Bitcoin, it is what it is, it has its own movement and distribution. And by 2100, I bet there has been many changes and improvements with Bitcoin and its community.
310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is here to stay on: September 05, 2020, 02:40:45 PM
Bitcoin will remain and will not be lost. because bitcoin is the world's first digital asset and the world's first virtual currency, so bitcoin will remain forever. bitcoin can also be used as an investment tool or stock trading so bitcoin will last forever

Nobody can predict if how long it will last because bitcoin has a lot of disadvantages comparing to fiat however a lot of people still uses bitcoin as a part of the adaptation process because us, as bitcoin promoters our mission is to mass promote the bitcoin in order for a lot of people to mass adapt this currency.

I think that the peak of bitcoin's popularity has already passed. In 2018, everyone who wanted to get acquainted and try bitcoin for themselves has already done so and expect an even bigger wave after the one that was no longer worth it. The extent to which bitcoin is now widely used around the world in principle covers all the necessary need.

That is true. But I also want to believe that for as long as there are crypto enthusiasts, it will also stay long. I agree with the previous replies that pointed out the different features of Bitcoin, compare to other currencies, and why it is taken as an investment and not its primary function as a currency. Although many have really adopted cryptocurrencies today, I think it will take more time for everyone to acknowledge this currencies as part of ever-evolving society.
311  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any VR crypto casinos? on: August 30, 2020, 02:12:47 PM
I have read a thread before with a concept of opening a casino supporting VR experience. Although it is widely tackled, there are no official opening of such and any recorded experience of any player. If this will be really pursued, I think that many will enjoy this.
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough of bounty scam, you can help to stop it too. on: August 30, 2020, 01:43:24 PM
I would suggest that if you want to avoid joining several scam bounty try to have a research first of the project/bounty that you are joining so that you have the confident to either join or not to join those bounty campaign. Just read the reviews and do your research so that it will not waste your time and effort and you will gain the rightful rewards.
research will be the key for us to find good project, dont ever be lazy to open project document that available in site . it will help us to identify is it good project or scam project. it only take few time if we serious and focus analize this document, and also we took advantages from doing this , our knowledge will improved well
research also does not necessarily make you safe from bounty scams, do you have a good way of research ?, i
n the current situation the project is very difficult to distinguish, the safest way besides research is to follow a project from Binance, I'm sure you will be safe,
but project in binance always doesnt have a bounty program

This is also important to be considered by all of us. Sometimes research is not enough to ensure our safety from these scams. That is why we should seek all available resources around us to gain deeper knowledge and make a good decision.
313  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have shared about bitcoin on my class on: August 30, 2020, 11:08:09 AM
We are all one with your achievement, what you did will be celebrated by all of us bitcoin enthusiasts. It is great to know that you have imparted information about Bitcoin to other people. Although their acceptance is not assured at least their a move made in spreading Bitcoin information. After all, we cannot really please everyone.
314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to Bitcoin in the long term? on: August 29, 2020, 12:15:44 PM
Bitcoin has been predicted to lose value and worse, to stop and be gone before. I am more hopeful now than I did before because I have seen how predictable it is and how people believe with that Bitcoin can offer to the lives of many people.
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in crypto ratings? on: August 29, 2020, 11:22:26 AM
The only rating sites that I believe in when it comes to Cryptocurrency rating are the obvious ones, if you are a trader and investors you know what and who should and who should not be in the list, I see that they did not rank the obvious ones in the top, I don't know their exact parameters, it seems manipulated, these rating sites can rate all they want but traders and investors know the truth when it comes to market performance.
Well, some of the existing rating sites provide quite complete information. however, I don't believe all the information they provide, especially the rates they provide. I prefer to do my own research and rate it according to the information I get.
and no need to believe. I believe that all these sites take money to increase the rating of the project, but the only one thing which I look at is that if the project is not on any site, then it is a scam

I agree that it is not necessary to believe and rely solely on these crypto rating sites. These sites, based on what you stated, can be used as references but doing your own research is much better.
316  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your keys, your bitcoin? on: August 28, 2020, 12:23:24 PM
You have a strong point there OP, if the private key will be stolen, how could you prove your ownership in it when they can use it to sign a message themselves?

Basically, the solution I can say is to backtrack transactions or trace where you have used your bitcoin wallet address to transact or even to send message.

We have this very useful thread here on our forum which is : http://Stake your Bitcoin address here, wherein, it's purpose is to secure your bitcointalk account, but you can actually use your bitcointalk account to do the same thing with your bitcoin wallet.

Indeed. And if it is a law, proving of ownership will really require strong evidences. That is why it always being discussed how important is securing you private keys and on what ways can you store it safely. In this case, your mind is the safest place.
317  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos Withdrawal Fees Rise | August 2020 🔥 on: August 27, 2020, 03:07:21 PM
Still no fees are great. Are they withdraws instant of do they collect it and create bulk withdrawals to pay not that much fee at the end?
From my experience they don't process the withdraws instantly and it's one of the reasons why I move to a different sportsbook. I still remember their withdraw speed was kind of similar to nitrogensports.

Well if they collect withdraws to sent out at once and if the users dont have to pay the fees I could live with that. Wish all casino's did that. I knew there was a site where you could choice if you wanted to withdraw it instant or just wait for a bulk withdraw to pay a lot less fee.

Based on experience also, I only experience with sportsbet.io the instant withdrawal and it's also free.
However, the downside is the betting odds, it's not that competitive with other sportsbook and though they have a price boost, but it's not for every bet.

Yeah, I also had the same experience. I am starting to think now that you really can't have all the goodness in one online casino website. If you have any other great online casino suggestion, please do leave it here.
318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: August 27, 2020, 02:02:30 PM
The three points above are often the main factor in the ease with which investors are tricked by scam projects that only steal investors' money and then leave. However, the three points above also cannot guarantee that investors are free from scam projects, because sometimes projects that pass and are listed on the exchange can end badly (lack of offers, and don't have a good price), this will make the project die slowly and eventually. detrimental to investors. this is the importance of knowledge (especially for new investors). by having knowledge, we have tried to avoid greed and we will not easily believe.

Indeed. Thorough research is a vital part of gaining knowledge. And if you are knowledgeable enough about these things then you can prevent getting scammed easily. And with knowledge you have, you will have the capacity to choose projects carefully.
319  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin might never reach it's ATH anymore on: August 27, 2020, 01:22:44 PM
I want to be optimistic about all these happenings with Bitcoin right now. There may not be an ATH that is the same with before but I would like to believe that there would be another one. Recent events had significantly affected cryptocurrencies in a positive way and for that I want to claim that this will be a prosperous year despite of pandemics and calamities.
320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Regulations in online Gambling sites on: August 25, 2020, 02:52:19 PM
If they regulate how much money they are going to bet, these gamblers will turn to non registered gambling sites because people will not like restrictions, gamblers are different to each other there are those who can afford to gamble because they have excess money and they want to be entertain more.

This will lead to massive losses, if they don't want to be regulated, let them be, because one of the purpose of regulation is to control taxes as well as to help the gamblers not to be addicted. When gambling sites becomes regulated and gamblers still choose to play in decentralized and non registered ones, it could be two things, they have tons of money and they don't care about losing, they just want to earn, have fun by testing their luck. Or, their funds didn't come from legal source that is why they don't want it to be publicly seen being betted in regulated online gambling sites.

Well, I think aside from massive losses that will be the effect of the gambling industry being regulated, I think another consequence of this is the proliferation of illegal gambling sites and illegal gambling places that would be run by gambling syndicates. As people are being controlled in playing inside casinos, they will try to go to the illegal places and sites so that they can have more "freedom" in gambling. Of course there would be crackdowns by police, so I think the whole scenario will be nasty and dangerous in the long run.

I get your point and I agree with you. Being dictated and controlled can have negative impacts most of the time. Considering that gambling is one of the recreational activities that people do, they want want at least the freedom to do and enjoy it.
