If i were you i will choose tokens which is already in the market, those tokens have low cap so that you can buy it cheap. Then sell it if the price will rise then. You must need some strategy for trading in order for you to completely avoid some losses.

For me if you have capital the best for you is do trading because in trading you need money to start on it. While doing bounty is need only your time and effort but its take your time also in order for you to get some profit. Thats why i prefer do trading than bounty hunting.

Its all depends on bounty managers when they want to update their works, but maybe some managers are lazy because they still don't have salary to their clients, something like that.

For me the best time to buy altcoin is when the prices are low because when its come to rise again surely have a better profit on it.
