281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sites accepting bets from countries where gambling is illegal. on: October 11, 2020, 03:29:41 PM
Just look to the TOS for the countries that they are not supporting. It would only take you around a few minutes upon reading which countries that they are not supporting. It's better to read that for awhile than to miss it when you come to the point of withdrawal and then you'll be put into investigation just because of it. You will be removing that problem from the beginning and it won't consume your time a lot if you do it before gambling in a casino of your choice.

New gamblers fall in this category they sign up without reading the TOS and the rules of the gambling sites until it's too late to find out that they have violated the rules and worse of all they have earnings in their dashboard, they cannot circumvent the rules they will lose everything eventually.

The very essence of reading TOS, like what you have said, many newbies are unaware or neglecting reading TOS they only realized it when they already suffering from any restrictions or freezing of their account.

They surely loss everything after the casino blocked them there's no way for them to recover their money, it's very important to pay attentions with every details in order to safely enjoying your gambling activities.

Well said. Many gamblers are to complacent and are eager to satisfy their desires on the current period, and does not really mind the incoming events or situation they will be at in the long run. Reading the TOS is indeed essential for a player to understand and decide if a website is worth the time, attention and risk.
282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Square Says It Bought $50 Million of Bitcoin on: October 10, 2020, 05:34:50 PM
Though it's quite big for us but it is only 1% of their total assets as of the end of second quarter in 2020, so I guess they have a big reason behind this action aside from their
statement that their actions aligns with their company's purpose.

I am not sure if it is part of their marketing plan to boost their company or etc. but what I am pretty sure is that they have deep reason behind this action. But still as a crypto user. I can say that their action can really help the crypto market to become lively again.
283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Kaiji: Anime to learn about the stakes in Gambling on: October 07, 2020, 04:20:51 PM
I think I will check this one since I am fans of the Manga and Anime too. Anyway, have you guys see the Korean Drama Daebak( The Royal Gambler) or Jackpot in English? it has the same atmosphere as this Manga too since it's all about gambling and the stake was his wife. you're not gonna believe it but it has more lessons to teach us.

I have also seen this movie, and I must say that one can have substantial insights after watching this. As per Manga and Animes, I am not really a fan but I am glad that I get to see that there are growing channels of satisfying each unique interest of those interested in gambling like us.
284  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do they use our computers for CPU mining? on: October 06, 2020, 06:13:00 PM
Hello bitcoin talkers!

I am a gambling fan who has almost tried all the gambling websites that exists. I love trying strategies, playing with numbers, studying probabilities and coding my strategies projections with R  Grin Tongue Roll Eyes
When I start an autobet in different websites, I mentioned that the temperature of my PC is HIGH  Shocked
I checked the system monitor and I found this! (I am using Ubuntu)

If you try to end one of them, the webpage will crash.

Websites that I tried for this experiment:
- Luckyfish.io
- Wolf.bet

Do you think that they are using our computers of CPU mining?
Nonsense, gambling sites does not use our computers for CPU mining.Your CPU process is high because your PC consumes a lot of RAM visiting gambling sites . Most of the gambling sites nowadays uses high quality graphics interface which cause your PC to overheat and obviously this kind of sites will definitely consumes a lot of RAM. My PC specs are 16gb RAM and it's still lagging when i visit gambling sites. I suggest you upgrade your PC, mostly recommended is gaming PC cause they are built for taking a load of processes.

Your statement is on point and I agree with it. This may be due to the capacity of your CPU, specifically the RAM, to accept and render HD graphics interfaces of the website. Upgrading your PC might be the best solution if you want to continue visiting the site without hassle.
285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite gamemodes on: October 01, 2020, 04:05:42 PM
Im starting to like sports bet, because i can wager with my friends especially when the hype is real like in the NBA Finals, also has better odds and winnings cannot be manipulated. You can have a fun time speculating and having arguments with friends on whose team is stronger, and has better team chemistry and gameplay. Repetitive games gets boring especially when it yields no results and the difficulty in earning is just to damn high.

I also like sports betting and mostly bet on cricket games. I don't know about the odds of NBA finals but how can you say that winnings are manipulated in other games ? I think the winnings cannot be manipulated in majority of the sports. Also there is no way casino can manipulate the bets as the match results are transparent.

I have been into sports betting as well since the start of the year. Although I still play and wonder with other games from time to time. These are exactly my thoughts regarding the issues of NBA being rigged. Nevertheless, I explore and stick with playing games that of course will benefit me.
286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting small amounts on a lot of matches or big amount on couple of matches? on: September 30, 2020, 03:48:12 PM
~~

Experience may help but not really a big factor as I know a lot of people who have a long experience gambling, knows almost everything but they aren't still winning, so what you really need is skills, and with skills you can always be confident staking a high amount even with high risk.

You are right too. But sports betting requires both experience and skills. I have observed that from my own experience, I have been involved in sports betting for many years. As I have seen during this period, experience is more useful.

Because before betting on a team you need to know a lot of information about that team in advance, which new and inexperienced gamblers cannot find out. There are always risks involved in gambling, but your experience and skills can reduce that risk.

Indeed. Skills cannot be maximized without experience and vice versa. Being familiar and knowing information about a team is also an edge in sports betting. And from here, you can now decide whether betting several small amounts or going for big amount on particular matches is the wiser decision. I also agree that odds are sometimes a trap, and odds do not give the same results to everyone.
287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you prefer? Live casino games or slots? on: September 29, 2020, 02:45:22 PM
To be honest none of them. Both can be manipulated to have the house it's advantage so not fair. Somewhere I read a story that in a casino in the roulette they can use magnet or something to manipulate the ball to stop at a certain number. And slots are just some random images rolling in front of you. I have no idea how people get excitements from it :-P

My only preference to take entertainment from gambling is sportsbet. There ARE match fixing but in the big leagues it is not very common so call it fair.

It's the same for me because those games are hard to predict especially what we have seen in the NBA we never thougth that those two teams will be competing in the 2020 NBA finals that would make us excited even though we don't bet in any of the team. But when you bet on one of them, every shot will make you excited and want to shout with the fans for every crucial shot.

In comparison with these two given subjects, slot ad live casino games, live games are indeed more exciting. But personally, I agree that sports betting is more preferable compared with these given ways of gambling. I also think that these online gambling games could be possibly being manipulated. With the advantage of technology now days we do not really know what is happening behind those screens and programs.
288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: September 27, 2020, 04:26:36 PM
If Manny had already decided then lets wait on McGregors team to agree and then set the fight. Some said that this might not happen but we do able to heard up on whats the motive of Manny Pacquiao for this match
which is really a heroic kind of thing specially into these hard times on where people do lost their jobs and have some problem on day to day living. Its rare for someone whom do donate most part of his winnings
for the sake of others..Hopefully this fight would push through not for the sake of fame or reputation but thinking off for the people that would be helped for this cause. This is aint a charity fight or whatsoever
but the other fighter had already recognized for this one to be the way on making things. When it comes to winner talks then theres no doubt that he would really pull this one off easily.
Boxing rules will always suit boxing fighters.

Indeed, one of the reason why I am hopeful for this fight to push through is because of the people who will benefit to the aid that Pacquiao will be giving out. And knowing him he will help those people regardless if he wins or not. It is for the best that he wins tho.

The odds are not good IMO.

Conor at +700.. nobody would bet on him against money though the odds is very attractive.

Manny  -1200, I know Manny would win this fight, but 1200 usd for 100 usd win, I'll pass on that.

Actually at -1200 those are great odds even though its almost $1 for every $12 bet.  If I blindly told you  an ex world champion in professional boxing is going up against a guy who has fought one other professional boxers in his life wouldn't this be considered a steal of a fight.  When conner faced floyd money brought it down to around 7-1 and thats when the massive money came pouring into floyd at Vegas pushing the odds back out.  I imagine people will bet on conner as a novelty but then as the fight draws closer a ton of mo ey will come in on pac

Very well said, this odds are great enough but let’s see what will happen next. Pacquiao all the way!
289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: September 26, 2020, 05:38:07 PM
~ And I can't believed that Manny Pacquiao is willing to take this fight though, this is exhibition match.
He is known for his generosity in the Philippines. Conor is a cash cow and it makes sense for Manny to fight him instead of other boxers because it can generate more money. The more PPVs, the more he can donate for COVI-19 relief.

https://twitter.com/ESPNRingside/status/1309876739011682305

Manny is a clear winner here. The only question is how long will he entertain the fans and let Conor stay on his feet.

I am also rooting for Manny Pacquiao all the way since day one of his boxing career. And talking about the intention, Pacquiaco really does what he says. Although I think that rules and scoring system must be clearly indicated since this is a boxing match and Conor do not really have a clear record of being a good boxer or even for showing how being a boxer truly is, as witnessed by the many.
290  Economy / Gambling / Re: CasinoWow presents the Most Amazing Bitcoin Casinos! on: September 24, 2020, 03:15:54 PM
Agreed on the statement, as more and more gambling sites with cryptocurrency acceptance reach the market the competition is going high. To stay high the site needs to give services that is unique and attractive. Apart from this promotion is much important and has got a big role.

Now these comparison/review sites were also a way of promotion. So, there are chances of paid listing on unfamiliar sites on the listing. Good is to go reasearch of your own and use it rather than believing the words of new comparison sites for casinos.

Very well said. Focusing on what you have mentioned, paid listing, I think that there’s a probability of bias reviews rooting from this. From the date that this topic was posted and until today, I do not see any response from the OP regarding to the many inquiries and comments. And honestly, I am not quite sure how to take this new casino review site.
291  Economy / Gambling / Re: OneHash || Mutual Sports Betting & Casino 🎲 || No Registration or KYC 💰 on: September 22, 2020, 08:45:46 PM
I am a little bit puzzled with your title as you said that there is no registration but upon visiting your website, I see that we need to register
before we can use your platform.

The platform is good as it is player against player but may I know if the odds will continue to change if in case there will more bettors to that certain team?
May I know if the +3 to basketball are referring to plus points? Ex. Nuggets vs Lakes, there is +3 that I saw below the bet button.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should bitcoin be introduced into the educational sectors on: September 19, 2020, 05:28:51 PM
Should Bitcoin be introduced in educational sectors? I say why not. Although it would depend upon the courses offered by an institution, and if this topic is related to the nature of the course. But most definitely it has been tackled to some during their management courses, which is I think that this would be applicable for tertiary level.
293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inspirational gambling quotes. on: September 19, 2020, 03:58:09 PM
These are inspirational, indeed. It’s nice to be reminded about the things that we thought we know already but we often forget even if these are just simple principles. No matter what we do, when it comes to gambling it is important not to be impulsive and to guard yourself by having self-discipline and knowing your limitations.
294  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to expect in soccer this season on: September 18, 2020, 02:48:15 PM
This pandemic really affects most of the games that we love like basketball, soccer and etc. This new season, I would love to support them also by betting the team that I love while looking also for the best odds that are going to offer by the casino owners.

This season will definitely affect the players also as there are players who can give their full potential if there are many supporters around them but because of this covid19 there will be less supporters or even none if it is not allowed, let see if how those players will adjust to the situation

This Covid-19 pandemic surely had detrimental impacts on every aspect of our lives. And now this, the things we enjoy doing, has been affected also. For sure there will be restrictions in accordance with health protocols in compliance with the new normal. But I do hope that players’ performance would not be affected by these restrictions. I hope for the best results.

The biggest impact of coronavirus on the sports is that most of the sports and soccer matches will be played without the crowd. Even though this should not impact the performance of the players but there is some physiological advantage when the players see a lively crowd in the stadium. Playing in empty stadium is something new for the players.

I definitely agree with you. The liveliness of the audience certainly brings some type of vibe that consequently impact the mood of the players as well. If only this Covid pandemic would end and just vanish. I miss the old days.

What has been stated by the previous commentators is definitely true. I hope that OP will find time to make modifications about the organization and content of the information being presented here. It is important to have a good impression and proved your credibility so the community would trust you.

297  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Card counting in black jack on: September 16, 2020, 06:27:59 PM
It turns out that card counting in blackjack is quite difficult when it's actually done at a casino. Even though when our practice was
smooth using the card counting strategy, but when used in casinos there are too many obstacles and pressures that make it difficult
for us to focus on card counting. So the card counting strategy really has to increase the practice, so that we can focus and concentrate.

It is, you need 100% concentration and zero distraction I don't know how these people do it but it's more of countless hours of practice and of course, you also need luck, luck that you have a good state of mind to give 100% concentration and zero distractions I read in one article that it's illegal, so you are actually doing it without anybody noticing it.

I don't think you can do it alone it's just too much work for one person. Just because you are counting a deck doesn't mean that the odds will be in your favour. It might be that you watch a table for 1h and it's still not enough odds in your favour to start actually playing. Most people who were successful in card counting had a hole team working on it. It's best to have 2-3 spotter just to find the best deck for you, and you want to stay relaxed and fresh yourself until you actually start playing. The game can be quite fast with many people playing on a table.

Although I haven’t done this card counting before, I really agree with your point here. Observing the movement in the deck by yourself would be exhausting and can cause confusion when your concentration is hampered. As they say having a team is better than playing solo.
298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP FIVE SECRETS OF MAKING IT BIG IN BETTING WORLD on: September 15, 2020, 02:32:55 PM
All I see here is a motivational speech! You can change the "betting/gambling" word with word "trading, investing, working...or with any of your activities". In the end you can't be a successful cook if you don't:
1. Take your job seriously and have professional approach.
2. Anxiousness is never good!
3. You need to be disciplined in everything.
4. You need to have your own style, something unique if possible that will make you special in everything you do if you wish to leave a mark and become recognized.
5. Don't do anything without researching it first, learning about what is waiting for you, the more you know it will be easier for you to find your own way and style!
And in the end we have "it's not for everyone" part of course. All that can lead you to success, but not necessary, in any way give me more money and I will give you more "secrets" that can help you/or not help you in achieving your goals.

There's no secret that some people have to work hard to achieve something! Some people will have to give an extra mile to get to the same point where some people start! If you wish to be successful in anything, literally anything you need to be dedicated, you need focus, a lot of work on your skills, your mind skills, your everything! And like in every beginning it will be hard, in some points it will seem like a waste of time and energy. You will think about quitting when pressure become unbearable. Every road to top have good and bad days, surviving them all means you know how to deal with both. It's hard to believe and endure when it's hard, but believe it's hard to stay cool and focused when you are on top!

And now about betting on sports, you can be successful if you like to watch the games you bet on and if you have bankroll management skills. First means you have some knowledge about the teams/players, second means you know how to deal with money and that you will place bets according to your bankroll, you can't bet all in every time and believe that you will be positive every time, you need to count on losses and how to
recover them. Good luck people!

A motivational speech, indeed. Sometimes we have to learn the way in order to see things more clearly. As for OP, 15 years was enough to realize the insights gained from these life experiences. I agree that there is no secret, shortcuts or specific strategy to be successful in gambling and in life in general. As we have different paths, and different destinations.
299  Other / Archival / Re: What will happen to bitcoin on a world war? on: September 15, 2020, 02:06:41 PM
War is not a nice event to  experience but if it does happen i dont think people will be interested to know what is happeniing to bitcoin at that moment surviving will be the main concern of every individual internet connect may or may not be lost, prices will crash, and bitcoin will lose its value

That may just be true. And since Bitcoin and the crypto industry is significantly dependent with technology, unless there is an established technology and electricity which is not assured if there is a world war, then it would probably have lesser essence in the lives of enthusiasts during those times.
300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Police Raids and kids involving spider betting. on: September 15, 2020, 01:26:27 PM
For someone who was born and raised in the Philippines, I am very much familiar with this game featuring these small creatures, spiders. This was merely a game, children would first catch their spiders and would then bring them into a fight with the others. Somehow this is funny to think that what was once a street game for the children is now being integrated with gambling. But nevertheless, these adults shown in the pictures should’ve known better that protocols must be abide strictly due to this pandemic. And they must be the one securing the safety of these children as well.
