Nice
I thought the web wallet was coming first (poswallet.com not counting). Is the web wallet going to use the same blockchain as mobile?
Can mobile stake? I suppose not but it's good to have it explicitly answered.
Can I import keys from desktop wallet to mobile wallet? So I can stake on desktop all the time and still have it accessible from mobile anytime.
Webwallet will be using same technic / bip32 electrum-server . There is no way for staking this way. Yoiu need a full node for staking. It is not implemented into HD wallets as far as I know. I don't know if there is a way of importiing these key. But I guess not, since this bites each other. Think about you want to send over mobile, but the coins you are sinding are in stake / not matured. That would occur into errors. edit: here is an answer from soopy: You can derive all your private keys using a tool and your recovery phrase. Additionally set the External / Internal field to 1 to get all the change addresses. Notice that it is not recommended to share the keys with third parties due to the way BIP32 works. Also if you import the keys to the core wallet and make transactions from there, the Bitcoin core will use change addresses that are not derived from the recovery phrase and thus you would need to backup the wallet.dat file. But please take care! always use with caution!

I can't seem to sync the Swap wallet. Anyone have nodes for the old version?
Send me your wallet.dat or privatekey with new wallet details to navajocoindev@gmail.com. Sorry i am tired of explaining this. Thnx and regards Shahim It synced with 1 connection lol... Now I can't sync the new Nav 2.0. I did get the nodes from the website. Guessing my firewall is to blame. The one connection is "normal" since this network is only alive with two nodes for the swap! If there is any problems, let me know. I am syncing myself right now, to swap two peoples nav.

Does the New Nav Wallet use Headers Sync? Thanks. Hi mate, all needed protocols are avaiable inside the new code! We are in the last steps of porting the electrum-navcoin-server to handle POS and orphaned blocks for it's database. As soon as this has happened, we support all these lighweight wallets using electrum. regards shahim

Now I have not a direct element of comparison with the directory's size of a "normal" version of wallet, so I'm sorry for be so raw but I must ask, how is big the yours? I have to admit, I never measured until now. I make it human readable. It is up to block 181058 . .navcoin2# du -h txleveldb/ blk0001.dat 145M txleveldb/ 90M blk0001.dat txindex is activated in that wallet! regards shahim

Hey Remy, thnx for your answers. You are still missing answers from us? I am sorry for that, guess they got lost in the action of the swap, which was a bit of work for all of us. Good to you see you here again thnx Shahim

So command "reapairwallet" was not working. But after 5 days of synching to network i was able to get my founds to the wallet. This is so bad because if someone have some transactions made before it was registered at wallet it takes ages to synch. I think that "resacan" should be repaired i have used it in other coins and was not problem with that here if i import any priv key i will have problem with synch data.
I actually have imported with importprivkey and did a rescan. After 5 minutes i was able to rescan and had the coins ready to swap them....

Now that all the exchanges are working with the updated NAV, which could raise the value of it?
Hi Mate, The answer is quite simple. Just look at the roadmap on the website! Android wallet and Web wallet plus a good marketing strategy will bring the value up. The big milestone will be the decentralisation of the anonymous servers. everything is here: navcoin.org Hello juguelio. But the wallet android and web have not already been released and what the value is realized only falling. Theoretically the launch of web wallet was to have made the currency to a prized! If I'm wrong correct me at some point. Grateful. When you take a look at two months and the ongoing distribution , there is nothing to worry about. New things are in pipeline. Regards

I understund. But my problem is I am online and staking only 2-5 hours on one day. So maybe I cant collect more nodes to connection. Thx but working anyway better now.
Ok so if you have too less stakes it is because of the splitting of you coin blocks. You can see that when you activate coin control and go to the sending side. The thing is, a block of 1000 coin can only stake once all few hours. When you have instead 10 blocks with 100 coins you will earn 10 stakes in that time. So it is a technic to split all coins to different addresses inside the wallet and let them stake. They will split each time the blocks stakes all alone but they need time for it and the more coinblocks you have from the beginning, the bigger is your multiplicator. I hope you understand what i mean. Edit: where the ****is remy? edit: sorry kids

I added ALL actually nodes and my connection rise from 4 to 6 connection after restart wallet. Now drop to 5 again. But some better anyway. Thx.
To have a higher connection count you need it to be online longer time. On my server i have around 50 connections. But it also does not depend on how many connections you have, but how many coins you have, if they are matur enough, the network diff.

I dont take answer about web wallet. Its the same from road map 90% completed or its different because its "3rd party" ? And 1% its fee for anon send or any normal send ? 1% fee total coins can be more than any wallet stake few months I think.
I already asked that a few pages back and got an answer. The POSwallet webwallet is NOT the official upcoming web wallet. I wish they had actually clarified it better so such misunderstandings would not occur at all. Just forget about POSwallet and their 1% fee (which is not a fee...whatever). Not really worth using. Thx for answer. Now I understund its not the same online wallet like official web online NAV wallet ready in 90%. Can somebody check the connection numbers in windows wallet ? Somebody wrote is port is to high for routers but on lower I still have very small number connection and after back to the oryginal low number connection still. After 3 hours after full synchronize I still have only 3 connection to nethwork. Its working ofc good but 10 connection its max and normal ? but I never have more than 5-6. I stake normal but I want more than 3 connection ... And maybe for this low connection I have some time orfant stake coins and bad luck when number staked was good like 7 coins or 5 coins and orfant Hm please go to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/nav/#!network There is a button nodes. There you get actual node list

Finally!
Also Cryptopia managed to swap and is online again! All Exchanges are on the new chain now!

Sorry I used my windows wallet and read about 1% fee for "send". I dont saw detail to read about 1% its to faucet or fee or everything. And if you answer can you answer me to second question about 90% web online wallet its other than this 3rd party wallets with many coins ? So progress bar is now 100% "web wallet" or its still 90% and will be in future develeped only for NAV coin >? Its simple question I think ...
Sorry mate. I think we are not getting each other's point. What fee exactly do you mean with 1%? I thought you mean the webwallet. Please explain again, what you mean. We are very close with web and mobile, there had been some problems to be solved regarding pos and x13. But we found a solution and making good progress. I am sorry but giving out an exact time would be not smart, since there can always appear a problem that is killing all timetables
|
|
|
Wow you are really not reading and trying? When you read what is written there than you can read the 1% is on deposits and is going directly to the faucet. There is no fee on transactions. If you don't like, don't use it. Where is your problem? What have you done except insulting between the lines. Edit: sorry I raged a bit Thanks

So polo swapped? i dont see anything official.
They posted it under the trollbox. There is some kind of newssfeed

Finally! I have not received a mail from polo yet, but withdraw and deposit are open again. Polo wrote this on the site:
All NAV balances have been migrated to the new blockchain. Posted by busoni@poloniex at 2016-07-11 13:13:27
Happy trading!

... No more cheap NAV
, Or no more expensive one on poloniex. I hope price will go up but life is brutal.v NAV will sit between both prices. Which is the healthy thing. Then when Web Wallet/ Mob Wallet gets release price will keep flowing up. The coindesk article brought more than 130 btc of trades to Poloniex. And that was just an announcement of things to come. I am not going to predict any price, But I think if you were supporting this coin for a while you'll be super happy and if you just got in, you''ll be happy too! ok, so I did send the swapped coins to polo today! just a matter of short time until polo is on the new chain!

Ok guys, I just tested the swap wallet. I have loaded it from here: http://www.navcoin.org/files/NavCoin_3.4.2_Coin_Swap_Wallet.zipUnzip that file. Meanwhile start downloading this blockchain data (two days old) : http://www.navcoin.org/files/Navajo-Blockchain.zipUnzip that pakage to %Appdata%/NavCoin/ (before you start delete all blockchain data files . best delete every file except wallet.dat and navcoin.conf!!!) Edit your navcoin.conf and paste this inside: rpcuser=username rpcpassword=password rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcport=44444 port=44440 listen=1 daemon=1 server=1 staking=0 addnode=5.230.142.254 addnode=95.183.50.58 addnode=111.69.149.134 addnode=5.189.144.97 addnode=121.99.177.103 addnode=70.113.61.111 addnode=96.127.136.18 addnode=162.255.117.105 All addnodes are from "getpeerinfo" of the swap wallet. Start your wallet. I have started 2 hours ago and my wallet is nearly synced, 500 block left. Happy swapping. regards shahim Edit: if it seems nothing is happening, take a look into the debug.log and you will see it start sycing whe nthere is a connection. I'm on Ubuntu. Can you test out that? I get no connections. I do not have a ubuntu setup. But I can offer you to do the swap for you, if you like. I have done this for a few others already. edit: Compmaster, what is your debug.log showing? How long have you let your wallet run now? As said it is perhaps not showing the sync, but you would be able to see it in the debug.log.
