Chelsea getting a huge cash injection is not going to "solve" anything for them. Lets be real, they do not have a bad team anyway, and they got a good manager, that is not the problem and money certainly isn't because they have some awesome players they bought as well, overpaid mostly too.
The issue they have is that they are not a "team", like if anyone thinks that City has the best team in the world, or at least in this league, has no idea about football, they have one of the best, but not better than everyone enough to win it four in a row. Why are they dominating then? Because they are a team, and being a team beats anything else in the world. Chelsea needs to learn to be a team, and if they do that, then sky is the limit for them, they have everything else ready.
Chelsea do have a team, but how effective is that team. They have a lot of young players I think don't have enough experience to pilot the affairs of the London pride and it played out last season. If the management of the club wants to pump in Money to help the manager buy some players he feels will help improve on the teams current performance, I don't see any problems with that. The kind of team you're looking out for Chelsea to get will Definitely take a bit of a time, Chelsea literally overhauled their team for last season and brought in new set of players who for me I still think are learning on the job, give them the next two seasons or even lesser, then you will see the army they will turn out to be. Mikel Arteta had almost similar experience with arsenal, but today the Gunners are one of the most solidify team in the English premier League. |

Another underwhelm game for England.
Even today they can't dominate the game.
England and France were the 2 favorite teams before the start of the cup and they can be both out from the final if they can score another goal in the final 30 minutes.
They are having a lot of ball possession but they cant score, fun fact, 65% ball possession and 0 corners.
What good is possession of the ball if 90% of passes are cross-field passes from defenders? At the end of the game, the Netherlands looked better in my opinion (even despite the fact that England scored from offside now). Southgate makes a double change with an emphasis on attack but I doubt Palmer and Watkins will do anything in 10 minutes, most likely we will see extra time. The match ended 2-1 and England won. This was a great experience for them and they qualified for the final, the last match, with the goal they scored in the last minute against the Netherlands. Watkins will remember the goal he scored for a long time. We will see the Spain-England match in the final and my favorite was Spain, who I thought would win from the very beginning. Spain, there were 2/3 teams that I consider as favorites and I think Spain has a higher chance of winning in the final Ollie Watkins was the man of the match after entering as a substitute to score the winning goal for the three Lions of England. Of course Watkins will surely remember this goal for his entire football career especially the fact that he came in less than 10 minutes towards the end of the second half to make that spectacular delivery. So we have England against Spain, my favourite to win between both of them is the English team, though I understand that Spain have higher chances due to the calibre of intensity they approach with every game they have played so far in the competition, but I still believe England can still make out something from that final game. |

I think this is for the continent group stages of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. In the African Continent, Group C, Nigeria will not qualify because their performance is very poor in the time. At least they qualified to play the group stage in the world cup but this time, they will disqualified in the qualifiers stage. Rwanda, South Africa and Benin Republic has the highest points of 7 each while Lesotho has 5 points and Nigeria 3 points then Zimbabwe has 2 points. Quite alright, we can not justify the underperformance of Nigeria in this world cup qualifying but it's also difficult to predict their final position in the table. There are still many games ahead to play which we are not sure of the outcome yet. It's too early to make conclusion that Nigeria can not qualify for the 2026 world cup. I know it will be difficult but it is very possible mathematically to qualify. Nigeria only need to win all their remaining games in this group and the chance to qualify will be revived. Nigeria squad is capable of beating every team in this group if they have a good couch who can manage the squad effectively. I think there is no motivation from the couch because it is very obvious that Nigeria is not playing this qualifying game with the same spirit they used to play AFCON. Until it is all over, there chances is not completely dashed. It is very unlikely that Nigeria is going to win all their remaining matches at least From the way I've seen them play, I don't think they have hope to qualify for the world cup. The last match they played resulted in the resignation of their coach finidi George as the NFF raised a lot of concerns, up till now I don't even think they've been able to put themselves together to have a new technical manager for the next qualifying game they to have to play. Nigeria literally drew all their first leg encounter, I don't know how sure their going to win the remaining games they have without a draw or lose. Left alone with me and with the results on ground, I doubt if they are going to scale through this qualifiers stage being almost at the bottom of the group with just 3 points, I know that this is football anything can happen, but for the Nigerian case, it will likely take a miracle. |

Infact I consider anyone holding in this current economic situation as a very disciplined person, I think they must have other sources of income before embarking on such journey if not I wonder how any Nigerian would be able to hold for long in this present situation of the country with just one source of income, if there's anyone here then I must commend you for your discipline, cause on a normal Nigeria would humble you and you'll be forced to sell.
With that being said I think and I've concluded that those holding currently must have numerous sources of income to do so, I might be wrong though. Nigeria could be seen as a blessing to the continent Africa because she played a crucial roll in the formation of ECOWAS, she also supplies electricity to some countries in Africa and also have the highest population. In terms of security she fathered so many peace keeping nation to ensures the continent enjoys peace and stability. Nigeria is in did a blessing to Africa.
That blessing you are mentioning that Nigeria is to Africa, I as a Nigerian I've not seen it. Nigeria should first be a blessing to itself first before wanting to be a blessing to other African countries across the Sahara. This issue of Nigeria supplying another African country electricity is another mirage i find very difficult to believe why because, Nigeria itself doesn't generate enough electricity to supply her citizens because the national power grid collapse every now and then, so how do i believe such kind of story that nigeria supplies another country electricity. What Nigeria can easily boost off is their numerical strength, which is the largest in Africa, outside that I don't see anywhere their pride is coming from. If you look towards the economic aspect, south Africa has a more sustainable economy than Nigeria in terms of GDP per capita. The ECOWAS you mentioned is just a council of west African states, so it doesn't encompass the entire Africa and all the members of the council do supply military assistance to a country that is at war for peace keeping. |
