The likes of Sir Alex Ferguson, Pep Guardiola, Conte, Arsene Wenger where not really talked about as top players during their professional careers but performed exceptionally well in their managerial careers. Interesting enough, there are players like Thierry Henry, Paul Scholes, Rooney, Gerrard and the likes of Lampard that we are talking about. Seasoned managers like Jose Mourinho never really played professionally as players yet he recorded great milestones during his active years.

So in essence, a good career will not be a guarantee if being a coach can bring success to the team you are managing and in fact that is how it is so far. The great coaches you mentioned have the capacity to win various titles with the brilliant tactics they have and I think we rarely see that today.

Meanwhile, the new young coach who went from being a club legend couldn't even apply his neat system when he became an active player and perhaps this is his individualistic ability that must be questioned. The EPL has always been a place of competition for great coaches and unfortunately we haven't seen that return and maybe Pep Guardiola will still be a coach who has no competitors for a while.

A team like Liverpool is a team that has already make name in the Premier League; they were patient with Jurgen Klopp and he tried his best when he joined them from Dortmund to bring glory back to the team and he did, I think it was his last two seasons that things didn't go well with him which was he left before been sacked; but he did a wonderful job for the team and signed great players to give the fans great memories.

Arne Slot is coming from another League that is nit as tough as the Premier League, therefore, Liverpool fans and management needs to be patient with him before he will adapt to the Premier League style of play, and also I am sure some important players will leave the team, so he need time to rearrange the team to his taste so as to get the best performance the team need. I don't expect him to give a better performance this season, but a season after this one will be tough.

Players and coaches have quite striking differences, players have to be smart in digesting every instruction from the coach and applying it on the field, while their coach has to think about having a strategy and it can be different based on the strength of the opponent they will face. Coaches must also have the ability where they must know very well the characteristics of each player they have, including what their playing style is like.

Not everyone who is successful as a player will also be successful as a coach, we have seen many examples in this case and also not all coaches have to be born from players, many coaches who even started out as translators can become great coaches, like Jose Mourinho for example. I don't want to compare which one is more difficult, because both are different things with their respective roles. However, maybe someone has different abilities in different fields, in this case coaches and players.

The most important thing that Klopp did for Liverpool that is worthy of emulation is the fact that he kept the players playing with all their heart because they had a good relationship with each other on the pitch and in the dressing room, Klopp was  to win trophies with his team Liverpool he also ensured that the team was able to challenge for the league trophy with other elite teams in the league even though he didn't end up winning trophies most seasons but making the team become a title contender is a sign of an improved team.

It's not all about money but the Premier League is also the toughest competition in the world. Management governance and ways of making the right decisions will be one step ahead compared to other teams. Chelsea need to learn a lot and they are not only able to hunt for players, but the management side must also be filled with talented professionals. So it's useless if you have enough money but are always careless in making decisions and that won't make a good change. Manchester City is currently one of the teams that has a pretty good management structure in the Premier League so they are always able to see the situation and make very careful decisions.

Whether they are patient by practice or not, they don't have choice but to adapt to him, his rule and his standard, that's why he is chosen to represent the team and other assistant managers alongside with them. When Arne Slot was in Leicester City, we didn't see any toughest in him, it could be his style or he could be because of the league division. I'm saying this because some managers tend to change who they are when they find there self In a bigger club.

I hope he doesn't think Championship will be easy now that he is here, we have about 3 team that finish the last division and none of them still remain here, they are sent back to where they crawl from and only lord knows when they will make it to this place again. Leicester City was even lucky, they spent just a season and they are back, it will be cool if he do more that what he has done for Leicester City, more bid for him if he win the Premier League for Liverpool.

Why would you expect a decline in performance when you have almost all the good players needed in a team as part of the clubs squad. The football that Liverpool are playing is great and they just need some little adjustments in some positions in order to come out victorious in their respective competitions they participate in. Having a new coach just demands that he knows how to make this players play to their best and not just relying on some old techniques that have not been winning games for them or has already been known by their opponents to be their most weak points. Arne Slot coming in as the new manager should know that more is demanded from him  and as the head coach of a big club in premier league, he should be aiming on how to finish the league in top position amidst the competitive atmosphere of the league.

People easily think that Arne Slot has inherited a team that can win but i don’t think so, since the last two seasons Klopp himself has been finding it to win with this team since the departure of certain players from the club. If we are been honest this current Liverpool squad isn’t the type of squad we saw last three that went to three UCL finals and have the highest points of any premier league runners up,  so people should lower there expectations because even if it is klopp still sitting at the helm of the affairs he wouldn’t win the league with this squad without proper additions. If you ask me this is the perfect time for any coach to build their team with Liverpool, the Fans needs to back him because they will definitely experience rough patches, maybe this is the time they should never allow him to walk alone.

I still can’t wrap my head around what exactly Chelsea and Todd Bohely is after, man spent over a $1B last season to buy a whole lot of amateurs and it didn’t go well, he is doing the same thing again buying all the available South American talent. There is nothing bad in buying them but at least not everyone. They had a manager last season that seems to be working some thing out from this overpriced players and they let him leave for a Championship coach, I don’t think I rate Chelsea currently.

Concerning Manchester city 115 charges, the case is to be heard on court October or November I have forgotten but I am sure they will either spin their way round this or the punishment will be less, no matter what happens I don’t see them concluding the judgement this season.
