301  Economy / Speculation / Re: Yearly All Time Lows For BTC on: January 02, 2019, 01:01:40 PM
2012 - $4
2013 - $65
2014 - $200
2015 - $185
2016 - $365
2017 - $780

302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm buying alts now on: January 01, 2019, 04:06:39 PM
Jus bought in alt coins. Mostly dapp coins. I have a bunch of them. And a little less in Bitcoin. At this point I can handle the losses of alts. Hopefully it doesnt go 160% losses.
Here's a few to list
Neo. Ada. Xlm. Bch. Eth. Skycoin. Strat. Lisk waves, nuls, gxchain, Komodo , etc, qtum, Tron , Eos . Ox, ontology, pivx , zilliqa, and metaverse etp.
Year 2019 will be another bear market? Hopefully not.

Just do whatever you think what is right and and be prepared for the worst to come and be able to get out real quick before sometimes will happen wrong with your portfolio.
303  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: January 01, 2019, 03:18:43 PM

304  Economy / Economics / Re: Where to sell for cryptocurrency? on: January 01, 2019, 12:53:38 PM
Good day, dear forum users. My next question is on the agenda.

Sorry, this is machine translation.

Now more and more people are entering cryptocurrency. And some of her quite a large number.

I am a simple men from Russia.
I have land (land plots) that I would like to sell for Cryptocurrency.

Maybe someone knows the site with ads where they sell real material objects for cryptocurrency?

There is land in the Dmitrovsky district near Moscow, as well as in the Perm Krai and Krasnoyarsk.

Share your experience if there is one. Thank!

Here in our country we have our own company of making us sell our crypto into FIAT and also we could buy thing and pay for our bills using this company and using cryptocurrency. The Philippines.
305  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's the real price? on: January 01, 2019, 12:15:13 PM
Currently we have BTC at $ 3,730 on cryptocompare (https://www.cryptocompare.com/)
And BTC at $3,674 on preev (http://preev.com/)

Which one is the most reliable? An average of the prices?

I think the most appropriate price we could tell is where the exchange has the most volume in it. In different exchange, the price of Bitcoin is being traded so the price is no the same.
306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is a bitcoin shopping cart realistic? on: December 31, 2018, 07:13:28 PM
I plan to offer an electrum bitcoin payment address to an online shopping cart for services rendered. Roughly once a week forward the coin in the wallet to an exchange and cash out.  I am not so much interested in playing the high/low market strategies for bitcoin, mainly collecting payments and cashing out.

What is the best way to do this?  Should I do it daily, weekly, monthly? is there a preferred exchange for businesses?  Are there any other considerations?

It is obvious that Bitcoin is being used by manipulators and big people who knows what they are doing to gain a lot of money from it.
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: a factor that will make bitcoin recover on: December 30, 2018, 06:42:31 PM
the first bitcoin can have a high price because the market demand for bitcoin is very high one reason is because bitcoin is becoming popular and is starting to be accepted by the global market, the growth of crypto activists is very high even bitcoin is becoming a new trend among global society and hence crypto value is soaring but now bitcoin has begun to lose its appeal especially there are many coin competitors that will distract investors from bitcoin not to mention because the spread of bitcoin is increasing along with the increasing number of bitcoin inventories generated from the blockchain system and of course it will greatly affect prices because bitcoin loses value he added rather than other coins, namely "scarcity of supply"
then the question is what will make bitcoin recover and can have high prices again?

Any news that is related to crypto could really make it pump and would make it strong. But I guess there are still some things that would make the news to be strong enough to have an effect to crypto.
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think altcoins will be used for in the future. on: December 30, 2018, 03:15:59 PM
The only place I think altcoins has a future in is gambling, normal gambling but first and foremost e-betting.I can not see how it will take over  from normal currency's in the world of buying or selling any other goods then btc. The main reason I think this is that nobody wants to be that guy that bought two pizzas for 10000 btc 5 years from now, so i cant really see what else it has a real future in. But that is only my opinion, What do you guys think?

Some altcoins will be used it some ways of making life easy, but I know that a lot of it will be useless and will have no use at all.
309  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we want btc etf and bakkt? on: December 30, 2018, 02:53:20 PM
Crypto is new technology. Our tokens are dozen times better than stocks, contracts etc. Why we are struggling with implementing new technology into old technology hoping that old technology influencers will let us in just because they are old guys with money. Tokens are new technology.

I made this topic to start conversation about showing middle finger to old technology with old guys on board. We need them only for volume. We dont need to hear all the time "we will let your new technology to be trade on our old technology platworm by old technology assets but not today ... maybe tomorrow... maybe next year"

What you think?
If fund managing cryptocurrencies, or big crypto exchange would implement facebook token - token like tether but backed not by USD but by facebook shares. We will be able to invest in facebook on binance using eth/bitcoin/usdt or even $ in future. What about tokenizing whole NYSE, german DAX, NIKKEI, everything ... even polish WIG (all stocks, indeks, materials etc). Stock by stock. We will be able to invest in every asset by buying simple token on crypto exchange by univesal currency - bitcoin.

Personally i would love that. My broker in my country allowes me to invest only in regional stocks. To invest in foreing asset i have to create special account with other broker with huge fees what makes it unprofitable to invest (not saying a word about daytrading). I think it would help crypto houndred times better than pushing new technology into old technology guys hoping that they will invest into new technology using old technology assets... its stupid. Let them invest in old technology assets by our new technology.

Lets create here possibility for everyone to trade on any asset. That will make not only crypto enthusiast to invest on crypto exchanges but also regular investors willing to invest in foreing stocks, mateials with lower fees. That will make whales from old technology came to us and say "teach us this new technology ... we are ONLY old guys with money"

Just imagine your porfolio based on:
Etherum, bitcoin, US facebook, google, amazon /German BMW and Mercedess / Russia Gasprom / gold, silver / Japaniese Toyota. Everything you will be able to buy on binance and store on trezor/ledger.

Many people and investors that are here in the market want it because they know that it would really help Bitcoin to grown and be hyped all around the world.
310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best use for Bitcoin on: December 30, 2018, 02:39:02 PM
I would feel naked without some.

Or nude, if you prefer.

Every time I think of selling, the thought of being without any (and thus holding only fiat), makes me sweat and shiver.

Bitcoin....the internet's calming, soothing antiperspirant.

For now, and for me. I use Bitcoin for trading purposes and making a lot of money from it by making a lot of transaction and gaining a lot of it.

312  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should i trade on this market ? on: December 27, 2018, 12:00:17 PM
Should i trade on crypton-wallet.com. I have to deposit 0.015 btc to verify my account and start to trade on this market. Have anyone withraded from this market? Pls give me a feedback

Why would you try with that kind of platform when you can try trading at the most well-known trading platform? You would be in a lot of trouble when it becomes a scam.
313  Economy / Economics / Re: US markets have 2nd biggest pump in history on: December 27, 2018, 11:43:39 AM
US markets displayed all the power of printing over 200 trillion U$ in debt

Banks have so much free money they can pump trillions of U$ in a single day.

This is the heavily regulated FED money phony capitalism they say is better than crypto.

Petroleum 10% pump

Dow jones 1000+ points pump in a single session.

This is the effect of inexistent value being printed into money. The markets go on without fundamentals, nobody knows why everything went up 10% today and nobody will know why the next crash will break a whole generation of market participants.

It's a ponzi scheme, new participants must work exponentially more to keep the system afloat.

Worse: these same people from the banking mafia say cryptos are a bubble!

As because they also have the biggest people that could ever manipulate the market and make people go greedy about it.
314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let me be clear to you, this is not a Bear Martket! on: December 27, 2018, 11:38:14 AM
for all outsiders that enter this,

you have to understand that the current claim that bitcoin suffers from a "bear market" is absolutely wrong.

the bitcoin founders in their unlimited greed tried to push the price as high as possible, but ultimately wasted, aquired all possible support they were able to obtain.

without potential new kapital to attract they are now in a stuck situation, as they cant attract new capital anymore to push the value of their beloved "bitcoin"

this stagnation combined with the automatic liquidity loss (miner electricity and infrastructure bill) leads to a slow drain out of capital for bitcoin.

but thats not all, they also are trapped in a death spiral, as people that use bitcoin as a currency, will pay it to someone who doesnt share their "investor confidence"

through the existing deathspiral the bitcoin "earners" then sell their bitcoin in the market again which leads to a continueing collapse in value.

the whole story about "bear market" is just wishthinking or worse deliberate satisfaction, or moral stabilisation procedures to keep intact their "community".

from a socioeconomic perspective of bitcoins situation

according to logic, you are never in a bearmarket, but in reality in a support loss spiral

regards

If I see that charts for the whole prices of Bitcoin for where it has been then it is not seem to be in a bear market, but for a  time like this then it is.
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any chance market bounce back to where it was on: December 24, 2018, 11:46:29 AM
For 2 months, market is not consistent. In the past, I have seen worse but the market bounced back well. The current scenario is so weird for me. Almost all the currencies, I have been holding has fallen to where it was when I bought. Can the market ever be back? Im a part time miner by the way.

The market is steady to make a huge move again, and it will not only be back to where it was before but would be more than where it is and many people will acknowledge it again.
316  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Paper trading in Bittrex or Binance? on: December 24, 2018, 11:32:24 AM
I want to learn trading virtually.
tradingview.com paper trading not working in Bittrex or Binance chart!
Is the any site to paper trading in a platform with real-time price ofBittrex or Binance , because I have accounts in them ?

It is working on both, why did you say that it isn't. You just have to search for the certain coin inside tradingview and putting the name of the exchange in the box.
317  Economy / Economics / Re: U.S. stock market suffers worst week since 2008 financial crisis on: December 24, 2018, 12:57:40 AM
- Dow Jones Industrial Average down nearly 7%, a biggest weekly drop since 2008
- S&P 500 falls 7% for the week, worst since 2011
- Nasdaq closes in a bear market

Then probably it is their time to go down for now, and like other things it most go up again in time and we just have to wait for it.
318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: cryptomarket 2018 was just a big dumpster on fire? on: December 24, 2018, 12:31:34 AM
https://twitter.com/i/status/1076635209976561664

got this nice tweet,

descripes quite good what the cryptomarket was in 2018, nothing but a dumpster burning.

with bitcoin on its top

Okay, we ought to know all about that, but I guess a lot of people doesn't still get all about inside the financial investment system that there are times with downs and highs.
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It might not be easy, you just have to let go on: December 21, 2018, 10:00:27 AM
Year 2018 seems to have the most prolonged dip from what i have seen so far. Some people had serious loss along the line; some vowed never to invest in cryptocurrency again; some sold all their assets and left.
Your encounters though might seem not encouraging, but do you know that you are better of than the person that is just coming in, because of what you now know.
Let go of your mistakes, but whenever you remember them, tell yourself it is not yet over, the crypto space will still get better and you will be glad you're still in the system.

I truly have learned from all of my mistakes from the time I was trading crypto. Until now, I still have a lot of problems regarding on investing, but I hope that I will do better next.
320  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Well played btc family on: December 21, 2018, 09:31:36 AM
Well played today btc family Grin. I want to mean BTC, BCHABC And BSV. Just 3 coin huge bump today. All others all is as same before. Few alts are still on down trend. I am suspecting it's a whales game. They dump 3 of them huge and after bought on low price suddenly bump. Genaral traders like us fall on their trap. I don't know if someone believe or not whales game but I believe. They are the one who make huge pump suddenly and huge dump suddenly. What you think about it ?

As I am well enough here in this kind of market. I know not that every whale are doing something to make people believe that something could be up with the market.
