3001  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Top 20 Bitcoin Ambassadors? on: June 21, 2021, 07:08:15 AM
There are just few person that have acted as trusted person for community and not just for the sake of money and glory.
1 Gavin Andresen
2 Andreas Antonopoulos
Another person that I think it was a great mind, and literally a piece of history of bitcoin was Hal Finney.
Last I want cite an unknown person behind an username on twitter " Cobra ". Most of times I agree with his message posted!
As an admin, Theymos is doing a tremendous job, although no one is perfect. And how about Mr. satoshi himself? The name itself is legendary, despite he is the creator of the whole bitcoin idea.
3002  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Top 20 Bitcoin Ambassadors? on: June 21, 2021, 06:56:30 AM
Elon Musk, John McAfee
Rest is history :-P

No no.  people with real depth and long standing history in the Bitcoin community. As a legendary member of this forum. Whom  of this community do you hold in high regard? Some other legendary members of this forum that have been around for lets say 7 years or more?

No no. You missed my humour :-D
However, these guys are some guys who make a tweet and the market moves like crazy. In reality, I think they have no care for the crypto industry. They are after their own gains.

3005  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 📝[Discussion topic] Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns📝 on: June 19, 2021, 09:12:05 PM
There is a new campaign [OPEN]BETJA Signature Campaign | Hero/Legendary only ($50 Per Week) and immediately the topic was closed. A strange situation, the manager wrote that it is possible to submit applications, but the topic is closed, and there is no explanation anywhere.

This is the first time I've seen this.  Undecided
I remember seeing a situation in the past, I might confused it with another topic but I recall it was a signature campaign also and it was a mistake where OP forgot to unlock the topic. BetJA appears to be a new service but Little Mouse is running the campaign and holding the funds. Until now I don't see red flags at least for the campaign. I will send pm to Little Mouse to inform him about this.
I had a quick chat with Little Mouse earlier, and he said they are updating the sig code design. So there are no red flag and sorts of things. It's very usual in my opinion.

Bump!

Is the offer still available?
Sorry, I totally forgot about this. I should have locked it.

No, it's not valid any more because I have a revised one which is this: Bounty pool - Royse777 [Monthly payment in BTC]

Please feel free to take part in the new one.
3008  Economy / Reputation / Re: Hero today, it's been all fun right from the start. on: June 18, 2021, 11:51:27 PM
You are doing exceptional. Enjoy the time, buddy. Next goal is Legendary. Remember the Barden you have to the community. We all are playing our parts.
3009  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: A member LIST .. What do we speculate the price will be this summer JOIN IN on: June 18, 2021, 11:47:57 PM
Oh no - we going down , down, down !
Let’s hope Royse777 doesn’t win !!!
LOL
It's not going to happen. Trust me. I am assuming it's something in between $30k to $40k
3010  Economy / Services / Re: Bounty pool - Royse777 [Monthly payment in BTC] on: June 18, 2021, 05:57:47 PM
Please read.
PS: There will be a change on fund sourcing.
Currently it is:
For every new signature campaign, $50 will be added to the pool.
For every bounty campaign, $50 will be added to the pool.

With this setup it seems I did not take weeks in considerting. It was a silly mistake but impact is huge. For example, when I am taking a campaign for one week and adding $50 in the pool it basically takes out everything from me :-D

So the new changes funding rule will be:
For every new signature campaign, $50^ will be added to the pool.
For every bounty campaign, $50^ will be added to the pool.

^ Considering 4 weeks contract. If less then 4 weeks then it will be divite by 4 to calculate per week alocation.
For example if the campaign is 1 week then $12.50 will be added to the pool
For two weeks it will be $25.00
And maximum sorcing for single campaign is $50.00

This new rule will be effective from the next Cycle (Augues 2021)
3011  Economy / Services / [Closed]Bounty pool - Royse777 [Monthly payment in BTC] on: June 18, 2021, 05:57:22 PM

Help me to promote my service, and everyone who gets picked will get a share of every campaign I manage to start during a cycle.

A Cycle is a full calendar month. This campaign will start from 1st July 2021 and will continue...

Stakes for wearing signature:
- Members: 2
- Full Members and Sr. Member: 3
- Hero and Legendary: 6

Stakes for wearing avatar with personal text:

- Full Members and Sr. Member: 3
- Hero and Legendary: 6

Additional stakes for each post made on the following boards:
Gambling (not including child boards): 0.01 Stake
Services: 0.005 Stake
Marketplace (not including child boards unless specified): 0.005 Stake
Service Announcements: 0.01 Stake
Service Discussion (not including child boards): 0.005 Stake
Altcoin Discussion : 0.005 Stake
Announcements (Altcoins): 0.015 Stake
Tokens (Altcoins): 0.015 Stake
Service Announcements (Altcoins): 0.015 Stake
Service Discussion (Altcoins): 0.005 Stake

edit: too much to do here so this is not applicable.

Helping me to manage this campaign: 2 stakes

Minimum 5 posts a week for a full cycle in the sections where signature is visible if you are wearing signature (except off-topic and archival).
Note: All the stakes you earn are counted if you work at least 1 week as a promoter and I get at least 1 campaign during the cycle.
To avoid dust BTC payment your earned BTC in each cycle will be added up to the earning in the next cycle until the minimum is 0.001 BTC

How to determine how much you will get?
For every new signature campaign, $50^ will be added to the pool.
For every bounty campaign, $50^ will be added to the pool.
Blog and YouTube bounty which has one off payment are excluded.

Let's say x number of sig, and y number of bounty in a cycle. The total pool for the cycle will be ($50*x)+($50*y)
End of every cycle, the active users will share the pool and will be distributed according to their earned stakes.

Additionally: If you refer a client and if I close the project successfully, then you will get 10% of the total service charge.

Rules and Suggestions
- You are free to recommend others about my service, but make sure you DO NOT SPAM. If a client comes from your direct recommendation, then you will receive an extra 10% of the total service charge.
- You can post in any section of the forum, but minimum 5 should be in the sections where sig is visible if you are wearing the sig
- Minimum 5 posts a week for a cycle is required. However, I reserve the right to remove any participant if I believe they are not performing well enough to earn the stakes.

How to apply:
Wearing the avatar with personal text or/and signature before applying is a must.
Code:
Bitcointalk profile link:
Bech32 address:

Avatar, personal text and sig code:

^ Considering 4 weeks contract. If less than 4 weeks, then it will be divided by 4 to calculate per week allocation.
For example, if the campaign is 1 week then $12.50 will be added to the pool
For two weeks it will be $25.00
And maximum sourcing for a single campaign is $50.00

3013  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Whalemaker.org Facebook, Twitter & TG bounty | $30,000 Alocation (810,810 WAKER) on: June 18, 2021, 03:46:49 PM
After few days long discussions (I was sick in between too so we had a long gap) here is the final decision for Whalemaker Social bounty, Signature campaign and Blog, Youtube campaign.

Please follow the final payment spreadsheet on my telegram Channel (Pinned) : https://t.me/Royse777Agency

Final payment is based on the expected "value of public sale price" of WAKER at listing. Prices not guaranteed based on market fluctuations.

On the social bounty and blog/YouTube bounty - the internal team had extreme filtering not to give any chance to spammers and cheaters. If you are not listed in the final payment sheet then know that you are one of them. However, if you think you are in the correct side that your works were authentic then feel free to contact user WhaleMaker but please be aware that you have enough evidence to back your claim or upon their report I will blacklist you from my campaign.

It was nice working with you all. Congratulations to all who are qualified to get paid. The internal team may launch a new bounty with their own terms and conditions. You are free to join them. I can assure that these guys are awesome, and they are working hard clockwise to launch this genuine project.

PS: Topic locked!

Spreadsheet:

And this is it!

There will be no more for this campaign. If you have not get paid (I see three of them) then I had nothing to do. I was asking for your address but after even waiting for so long when I don't have your address - I had no choice but to send the payments to others.

The campaign is officially closed. Thanks to everyone who participated in it and thanks to user onemd.

The above two sites help?
3018  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Ledger Live 2.29.0 - Windows Users on: June 15, 2021, 10:38:41 AM
The most important thing is to never type your seed (24 words) anywhere - especially in Ledger Live (this is a sign that you have a fake version), and to always check several times that all data from Ledger Live is identical to what your hardware wallet screen shows.
I have not used my Ledger for a while. The Live will never ask any seed to enter. The seed is a one time use when we restore the wallet using the Ledger device.

By the way, thanks for the heads up.
3019  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Practical Advice For A Beginner Trader? on: June 15, 2021, 10:34:55 AM
I tried trading Bitcoin a couple of years ago but quit after I lost $300. What advice do you have for me if I decide to start trading again? Thank you!
Invest in knowledge first before joining the crypto industry. Bitcoin is not an investment but a currency to trade.
3020  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Was it impossible to send less than 0.01btc before Bitcoin version 0.3.21? on: June 15, 2021, 10:09:20 AM
Not sure if there were a minimum set back in the days. But I don't think it's safe to use an outdated version of software, especially if it's a piece of software which is targetted by scammers to steal the most valuable asset of the planet right now.
