I just do not get how they can even continue doing business ? I am sure that there is some US customers with a shit load of money invested at the edge that could sue the shit out of them!!!! the EU or/And US consumer laws doesn't approve/allow what they are practicing in any way, but still everyone comes here and cry about it instead of doing something to get their money back.
If I had a minirig that supposed to ship earlier this year I would get a good lawyer to make a good case of how much money I lost by waiting, I would explain to the judge how mining works and what is diff.factor and the lost that they caused me by waiting.

lost over 13BTC at $260 bubble, and around 20BTC at the silkroad news, I sold at $98 wanted to buy back at $85 but I was thinking it would fall even more so I waited, sadly the priced recovered in less than 30 min, I didn't want to buy back at $106 and $115, then when I knew that I fucked up, I bought back at $121.
I worked hard to earn that BTC and I squeezed every possible chance to get more, then at a fear moment made the wrong decision and lost around 30BTC.

I sent my coins to bitstamp to sell high and buy low, I ended up waiting 45 minutes price went below 104 I sold at 98$ didnt want to buy back at 85 thinking it would go lower... than boom it went up to 120+ I still think it is to early to judge about baying back, I didn't learn anything, the only thing that I've learned is that I suck at trading .... I will wait , maybe I will have luck and price drop below 90 again.....  Just remember when trading, there are people dumber than you who will make irrational choices that can and will fuck you over. Such as the buyers on bitstamp even worst, my friend 5 hours earlier needed cash to buy something, I told him that he can sell me some BTC, I took all 17.5 BTC he had at 126.88$ , called me later to tell that he feels sorry , I asked he feels sorry about what then he just replied the price just drooped for 8$, when I went to my PC it was already at 116$ .... just checked the SR news ... and my brain was on sell mode .... my wife told me to calm down and I was like this is my chance this my chance to make some profit.... I would stick to the 8 BTC that i could make at 85$, I am so mad at my self now. You can go lay in a bathtub with drain and water running. Cut your vein open and end yourself. Dont be an amature and cut across the vein, cut ALONG the vein so you're not embarassed being caught with an "attempt". you seem expert at this ..... this makes me think about what kind of life you have there.... I'm very curious what we see here http://avalon-asics.com/No offence here either, but KNC's chip is consuming about 1.5W/GH. How is that better? Do you have confirmation from real power consumption KNC chip ? BTW not for all power consuming are important. More important is the price for Gh/s And what do you know about our future pricing? punin, are you waiting to see what AVALON are going to announce to reply with a better offer ?
