2 problems:
- You offered him early payment, then retracted the offer
- This was not spec work; you can't expect him to get nothing for his time.
I'm not saying he needs to be compensated in full. However, he did spend time on it and should receive partial payment for the drafts. Certainly not $150, but something partial. Then he can hand over the high-res and you can both move on.
Speaking of which, where are the source files? They've been paid for...

Even if his plan was done by buying cheap drugs off SR and resell them for a profit...... That would easily pay interest he is offering....... People have to start somewhere and he's trying ( a little to hard IMO) but still trying... If he was a sammer he would pull multiple loans and take off... I doubt he knows 100% of all the things involved in running a bitcoin bank, but he might be like me.... Learns as he goes.... Good luck to you Dank and if I ever have some extra BTC I will definitely invest a couple with you.... I am located in Sarnia, Ontario Canada border to Port Huron Michigan.
I have a 5850 with a burnt cap. It will boot fine and work as a desktop card, plays movies and what not but it will only mine for about 30 seconds before freezing up.
