Well.. Your fine either way, anything 1 ounce or less if you get caught with it.. you wont even do any jail time or even be arrested... Most cops just take it from kids without laying charges...
In my area, you only hear of large marijuana busts... Never small under 1 ounce.. It's a rather low priority..... They seem to be leaving the small time smokers/sellers alone... but are focusing more on harder drugs.... Methamphetamine and Oxycodon are a very big problem in my area........

Water cooling is a lot of work and can become very expensive... You need a pretty hefty "WC" system to cool multiple GPU's....
I would get some risers and keep the cards further away from each other....

I heard he will have his own presentation at bitcoin conference in London to tell everybody how his con was prepared and executed from the day 1. Then he will thank everybody who participated and will vanish to his Caribbean island.  Well, he obviously deserves it. Reputation in this community, other than a forum scammer tag, affects very little in the grand scheme of things. Not only has he shown how smart he is by exploiting people's weaknesses (greed, stupidity, tunnel vision) but also how even though his 'reputation' is completely in the crapper, that he can still have a thriving and successful secondary Bitcoin Business up and running with zero interference from those who can affect him, yet chose to remain on the side lines. The guy is slowly becoming my hero, rather than being my enemy.Total sarcasm right? ugh  |

Makes it nice when once a year you need to pull off one big purchase that is for sure.
We have 1 little boy..... Just turned 2 years old a couple weeks ago.... He was diagnosed Type 1 Diabetic at about 16 months old.... Was a huge scare.. But it's a part of our life now Sorry for the off topic reply... I just think good of people that have children and work hard to take care of them |

No.. It's a city thing.... each city charges property tax.. It seems to go up every year... But it's to help pay for all the local stuff. Like roads and schools and whatnot Our sales taxes go directly to Federal and provincial = (a state) just bigger When you buy a house.. Unless it is brand new.. You don't pay any taxes on the purchase of a home... Unless it was brand new.....Only brand new homes get charged TAX.. .13% ... HOLY SHIT YA... What my plan is.. Is to build a very nice home on this great property I own.... I probably only owe about $40k on my mortgage so in the next 5 years I will be tearing down this old 100+ year old small 3 bedroom home and building something KICK ASS... on my owned property.. But that will only happen once our mortgage is 100% paid off.... Depending if we have more than 1 kid..... (Type 1 Diabetic 2yr old is a handful already) Will depend on the size of the house we build ...... |

Actually in Canada... Ontario Canada.. Pretty close to Detroit Michigan... about an hour drive away... but located In Canada Property tax is charged on any property with a house on the property.. If you have a bare property you don't get charged any property tax.... I have purchased two different houses since I have been 21 years old... My dad pressured me in to it.. Told me I was wasting my money renting.... Property tax takes care of schools in the area... pays for garbage pickup and so on... I believe the property tax varies where you live.. I live in a small town and I guess just under $2k per year is very little for my property size. well over 10,000 sq foot property People that live on the water... pay upwards of $10k per year on property tax. |

Yeah you gotta put the work in, and my wife does not have a job, then have 3 kids for the tax credit. I pay like no taxes so it works out Well good for you,, ,That is great |

I will be tomorrow... I have not had a chance due to work.... I have the day off tomorrow and my son is at daycare most of the day, So I will get on it tomorrow.. I'll call a few times throughout the day if I don't get a answer..

I've heard that the average American breaks three laws a day. Geez are these 3 laws?....  Rolling the joint, Smoking the joint, Passing the joint. Especially passing the joint. You are classified a drug dealer if you pass a doobie to your buddy. In Canada it is not illegal to smoke weed... It is only illegal to possess and sell the great weed |

Yeah I think property tax is everywhere... Possibly hidden in mortgage cost ?
I pay a whopping $2k per year.... plus 13% sales tax.... Never heard of rental tax...
Any luck on you renting a place with BTC ?

I know my fair share about taking cutting.. But not of birch tree's  I have found tons of Birch tree seeds around my local area but none are viable... I cant get any to germinate. Will be trying to take a cutting next... Thanks for the idea |

a lot of times if someone is charged with a crime of theft or fraud a restitution order is put in place so the money is returned....
