3141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the cost of making a trade on an exchange? (I want to do a large number) on: August 13, 2016, 01:12:37 PM
How much does it cost to trade coins? I think some charge a small amount and some just charge for withdrawing coins. I am ESPECIALLY interested in 'yobit.net' and 'novaexchange', because it's easier to get a new coin added onto these..   Roll Eyes

i don't know about the other exchange you said but i suggest you stay away from yobit.net if you want to make big trades (large amount of bitcoin) because they are not such a good and trusted service.

i would suggest you my signature (liqui) but they are still in their Pre-launch and kind of in beta.

so for large amounts as others said, go to bittrex or poloniex.

some exchange applying different prices. but for me the total commission fees were paid very little. was reasonable because they provide all the services on their website.
can't say it was very little if the amount were traded is quite big, just imagine someone trading with big amount of bitcoin like 40BTC at the same time,if the fee is 0.2% (c-cex),it's 0.08 btc at the end,and for some exchangers, picking order will give more fees

while trading you always try to cover those fees with the profit that you gain from your trade so you should have bought at a price lower than 0.2% so it covers the fee.
3142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase has partnered with Paypal - Officially! on: August 13, 2016, 01:04:40 PM
I could imagine a small increase in the price of btc that comes with the publicity so that's good. They're still 2 terrible companies I will continue to avoid though, and would advice you guys to do the same. Paypal are especially greedy and coinbase continually make me facepalm.
paypal aren't greedy, paypal just too strict to their client which make so many people getting dissapointed due to many restriction,i know it's for the sake of security and to prevent from any hacking activities but it'll make using paypal more complicated, although even the rules is this strict, there's still someone who can bypass this so can't say this restriction is useful to prevent any hacking activities

every business is greedy and they need to be greedy in order to earn more money.

and any wise businessman is starting to warm up to bitcoin and take a second look at it with a different perspective, and as they see bitcoin in a different light they start to see the potential so services like paypal wouldn't want to be left behind.
3143  Economy / Services / Re: Liqui Exchange - Signature campaign on: August 13, 2016, 01:01:29 PM

thank you.
3144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next Time ETC PUMP Up Over $10 on: August 12, 2016, 01:28:26 PM
i think it is possible that ETC gets pumped up after the recent dip and rise a lot this time but i don't think it can reach 0.02BTC in a short time.

but it definitely has the potential for growth because there are a lot of investors wanting to buy it simply because it is decentralized version of the manipulated coin called ETH

Now that he Ethereum Foundation has been caught trying to dump ETC in Poloniex and Poloniex has told them to fuck off and frozen their funds, it's going to be fun seeing ETC skyrocket as ETH collapses. ETH is a rotten project, only ETC can make Ethereum shine again.

interesting, do you have a reference for what you said?
3145  Economy / Speculation / Re: Kim Dotcom Predict 2000$ per Bitcoin ??!! on: August 12, 2016, 01:23:47 PM
A bunch of tweets he made in the last few hours :

Everyone is free to speculate but the price is finally decided by market.Although I hope his speculation comes true Wink

his speculation is different, because it is based on some facts that looks to have enough potential for helping bitcoin grow and make the price go up.

if you read the first post and the tweets you can see that he is talking about megaupload 2.0 and they way they are going to implement a micropayment system using bitcoin.
3146  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: where do you trading btc/usd now? after bitfinex... on: August 12, 2016, 01:18:23 PM
Actually I never heard and try bitfinex before it will hacked, there is more good exchanger there just be alert always and don't put all your money with only one exchanger. so if the times come that other exchange hacked too like what happened to bitfinex  you always prepared, by the way I'm not trade  btc to usd there is a lot more good to trade in exchanger ,you can find it there is much more good to trade than usd I also trade btc to my local currency of course.

that is because you have never been a trader, or at least you haven't been trading bitcoin/fiat pair that much.
if you did you would have known one of the biggest bitcoin exchanges out there with a very large volume.
3147  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can we figure out the scammers? on: August 12, 2016, 01:12:22 PM
People now a days who are so desperate of earning money. So some other are taking advantage to them.
Even me was victim of scammers.

You can you suggest how can I prevent from scammers.. Huh Huh Huh Huh
Thanks..

there is not really a global rule for detecting scammers and avoiding them. but generally you can check their history and their posts they have made before also you can check their trust rating or any similar rating on other forums.

also as a rule of thumb what looks too good to be true is a scam.
3148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [updated] Gullibility level = max, story of 1000 BTC giveaway and some fun stats on: August 12, 2016, 12:58:50 PM
I have thought since day one that this is the scammer sending bitcoins to himself to try to remove incrimination off himself, then he will run the stuff through mixers and try to get the trace removed.

that may be true but the question is why did he go through this much pain in the ass to run this scheme? what was the point, if you wanted to run it though a mixer and hide the tracks why not do it directly, and what is the point of giving it to an alt account and then run it through a mixer?!
3149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin: 3 outcomes on: August 12, 2016, 12:53:58 PM
Quote
1. Litecoin continues as the silver to Bitcoin's gold analogy forever and maintains 60-70 to 1 ratio with BTC (or better at times similar to precious metals).

i vote for this.
litecoin will be as it has always been the silver to bitcoin's gold and i don't see this changing unless a new coin is invented in the future than can become big and also "stay big" as long as litecoin did.

i thought the story of LTC replaced with ETH&ETC , what is new here ?

Litecoin will never be replaced by anything else.
the story of ETH & ETC or in other words the big noise that ethereum has created is only a big hype in the market that has caused a lot of spam and as long as the pump and dump of etherum continues this noise continues too.
3150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: *warning* Two current security issues with mobile devices on: August 12, 2016, 12:50:45 PM
Using your phone to store bitcoin was always a major mistake. You should never carry anything more than pocket change in your phone, literally a couple dollars in bitcoin just like you carry only a couple dollars in your pocket (unless you are a baller...)

sometimes you need to have it for some usages so you hold them on your phone and honestly i don't see any problem with that as long as you are using the right wallet for it with the best security and then keeping it password protected.
3151  Other / Archival / Re: Do you think bitcoins will disapear or become unused? on: August 12, 2016, 12:46:19 PM
bitcoin will never be disappear as a matter of fact i think in near future bitcoin will use as real money

yes but any technology will someday become obsolete and be replaced by another technology that was invented new and after that.

so the same thing can be true about bitcoin too. since there is always a new technology around the corner that can rise up and become more powerful than bitcoin.
3152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Remember when Bitcoin was new and..... on: August 11, 2016, 12:00:07 PM
i remember a lot of things about bitcoin, the price rise to the moon, the solo mining hearing about them everywhere but what i have personally experienced is after a period of time passed and price was already heading down from the ATH Sad
3153  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you think is a good time to start trading ? on: August 11, 2016, 11:55:04 AM
Well , let's say you made about 0.02-0.03 BTC , can you start trading ? is there any limits for trading like minimum and maximum amount ?
where you guys think is a good place to start a trade ? share your trading experiments and recommendation.
I also would like to know at which amount you guys started trading [ personal experiment ].

Edit :

Sorry, i think i posted it in wrong section, if possible mod can you move it to the right section?
Thanks
Minimum is 10,000 satoshi in exchanger you can start with just amount but seriously it's too small and it's hard to make it large even you try multiply it, im starting 0.07 and  I did it 0.13 in just one trade only but now I'm in lost and waiting to pump again the coin that I buy. I suggest for you to choose wise before buying a coin.
Even I trading with 1 bitcoin capital I feel so hard to earn for living.
Think to get 10% profit daily or even for 5% only I am struggling as he'll .
Only miracle could bring 10,000 satoshi to make a living from trading,  or it is just will wasted time.

you English is so bad my friend, it is so hard to understand what you are talking about.

anyways, to start trading you can have a very small amount like OP says, the 0.02-0.03BTC is enough to start trading and making some profit.

and remember that you can't start making millions the first day you started to trade, you have to advance slowly, start from a small amount then add to your capital little by little. if you get in with 1BTC and lose 10% of it you will give up the first day. but losing 10% of 0.02BTC is nothing to give up trading for.
3154  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is 1000 btc Possible on: August 11, 2016, 11:49:22 AM
Is it possible to earn 1000 or atleast 100 bitcoins with trading Altcoins. If I buy some bitcoin at cheaper rate today and it's price goes up in future?Which alt you think has potential to make me 1000 btc

it is possible to earn 100BTC profit in a year from trading. although this has so many risks involved and you always have to include your losses in it too. for example you can make profit for a couple of months but something like bitfinex happens and you lose all your money that you worked hard to earn.
3155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETC now number one coin in Poloniex (surpasses ETH in volume) on: August 11, 2016, 11:44:22 AM
Again ETC volume in number one in poloniex and also price rising fast but still confused about what actually news behind this rise. Just a usual pump and dump?

the massive dump has stopped so it is natural for any coin to start rising after the dump has stopped.
when the whales decided to dump it created a panic and this panic has lead to this price that you can see now. and right now all those whales are buying slowly back by putting buy orders so panic sellers sell to their walls.
3156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So, are all the previous ETH haters now ETH(ETC) lovers??? on: August 11, 2016, 11:39:25 AM
the previous traders are always traders so they are always trading both coins with no difference.
they will always go where the profit is. but ETC is showing more promise even with the massive ETH shills dumping on ETC and putting up big walls ETC is still alive and resisting.
3157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Make bitcoin?impossible? on: August 11, 2016, 11:34:08 AM
Hey all,i'm just curious.
Why we not made own bitcoin like on real world make 'fake money'?
If we make bitcoin like we make real money thats possible or not?

i am not sure about what you are trying to ask here but if you are talking about making fake bitcoin as it is possible to make fake money, then i suggest you read more about how bitcoin works and how it is being created. you can not do such thing with bitcoin.

please make you question more clear so we can explain better.
3158  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Africans Can Utilize Bitcoin... on: August 11, 2016, 11:30:24 AM
i think like anybody else in the world Africans can also enjoy using bitcoin and benefit from using it, there not much difference except in some countries (maybe Africa too) there may not be as many places to spend bitcoin but still you can use it as an investment and an online payment.
3159  Other / Off-topic / Re: What will you do if you own 21 BTC? on: August 06, 2016, 12:05:15 PM
I don't have time to rest if I have 21 bitcoin, I'll keep it and keep my habit the same and probably use it in time that I need it to earn more than I earn... There's nothing special on that number of bitcoin, unless otherwise you are planning to just waste it or use it instantly...  Smiley

i agree that there isn't really anything special about that number and even if you have 1BTC you are still involved with bitcoin.

but still the 21BTC is like a milestone in having bitcoin because of the max number of bitcoin that will ever be in existance AKA 21 million coins.
3160  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think guys the hack bitcoin from bitfinex still not sold? on: August 06, 2016, 11:54:12 AM
they can not and will not sell that much bitcoin in one day, and certainly the hacker will never sell it on an exchange site like the normal people.

they may even never sell it publicly or even not on blockchain. they can sell the private keys offline and change it face to face so we never know it was ever sold!
