Relying on others may have a different meaning. If it's about information, there is nothing wrong if there are better traders than you and give their insights about the market and you just have to pick those information that will help you gain knowledge and help you with your trades. It's a matter to know what you must do if you have those information that you've just extracted from traders who are better than us. But if it's about decision making for your strategy and you rely on others, that's a big no. I like your point of view, if things will help you to improve your knowledge, there's no wrong about it. Just don't rely everything on other people but instead, enhance all those collections of knowledge that you gained and form your own strategy for the betterment of your success. The satisfaction is on how you build and established your own strategy, and be comfortable with great outcome. Yup. There's no need to hide that validation that you're really in help if relying on other for information is greatly helping you out. Too much reliant on them won't do good. But you can't really stop yourself if those information you're getting is changing a big part of yourself and you're winning your trade. You should get the good parts but not entirely all of the things they say to you. Even myself is really fan on reading up others analysis and sentiments which it could give out more idea and knowledge about the market and it isnt really bad to consider on having or putting up some time
on reading those and you wouldnt know if soon you would able to make use of those ideas which it would really be that situational. This market is a never ending kind of learning which you would
really be needing and snipping out others idea wasnt bad an option to take as long you do see it would be relevant.
I agree. You'll have to learn continuously and this is what the market is teaching us. There are also those trading experts that shares their insights which is not bad to extract the info they have if it's helping us. |

I certainly agree with this because based on my experience, our funds would be nothing no matter how big it is if we aren't knowledgeable about trading. We have to invest knowledge first so we'll be able to create the right decisions and we'll know how to deal with every market situation. Trading is a long process of learning but it's an edge because we couldn't gain the profit that we want if we lack knowledge.
It's the first step. Take it from those professional traders that they've been through several ups and downs before they've reached themselves into that peak of their trading career. Learn in all aspects that you should as you trade like in experience, trial and errors, risk management, emotional management and as in almost everything. |

Buy bitcoin. Don't risk too much in putting that into different altcoins. At least with bitcoin, you've got a certain investment that's going to give you peace of mind in the long run. It's volatile but looking at the future, you'll understand why everyone is holding it. if I don't force it then I'm worried that my life won't change.

Definitely not gonna happen. It's already money and win on him and for sure we're all going to agree that we're not going to let the site cancel it. But when it comes to losses, there's the feeling that they are disappointed because of it. It's hard to accept the fact that they've lost and they should just avoid it if they have that problem of acceptance. |

What I did was, I made a backup quickly offline and wrote it and then deleted what I have written on my email.
The chance that the private key you were storing on email has been compromised is very high. You should have moved the coins from the compromised wallet to a completely different wallet with a different set of private keys. Only when you make sure that the keys you generated have never touched the online environment can you create an offline backup of them and assume they are relatively safe to store for the long term. This also applies to lost backups... If you made several backups of your seed and now can't find at least one of them, you should consider your security compromised, and you should immediately move all your coins to another wallet. If you lose your hardware, your system is compromised no matter how strong your passphrase or PIN is. Never rely on passwords that protect your backups or hardware wallets you lost access to because you never know whether or not it was hacked. Don't worry. It's long due already when I've done that and that was during when I'm new to electrum. Right now, it's on my hardware wallet and never published the key that I have generated. I was a complete ignorant by that time and my email was really likely compromised since I've been receiving odd emails and notifications from websites that I didn't signed up for. |

Yes that's right because most of the easy things end in failure. as well as investment we all are not easy all also need patience. Bitcoin investment has a long life and has a big risk, only patient people can get through such market situation. Ups and downs are normal things that happen in a market, but the cycle of time traveling down prices requires great patience. Judging from the line of graphs that were made, it seems that the journey of an investor will be very easy, even though everything also needs a process And mostly just patient people who always win. If you've been holding for so long, the risk won't be felt that much. You're just enjoying the ride and wave that bitcoin is making. It's like bitcoin is becoming part of your daily life and the dips and pumps are going to be normal to you. That's the big risk that you're telling but it won't matter that much upon experiencing its market for that long. As you invest, you think of the reality that all of those successful people that have held bitcoin, they never became rich overnight. I think that depends on the person or on the situation because what if the person doesn't have a job and he is consider gambling as a job or just a past time because when you do not have a job, your life is bored and your looking for ways to entertain your self or you look for ways to earn. Some says treating gambling as a job is wrong but IMO it is not wrong as long as your gambling stats is in profit and not in a loss.
I do not want to say that the the person might be looser too. I want to be agree with you that the person may make profit and that's why the person may try to invest his/her full time on the gambling. But how that can be 20 hours or more on a day? Isn't it too much? If I'm really committed to a thing or activity and I don't have else thing to do, I can spend 20 hours for doing that thing I love. Whether it be gambling or not. I have done that with playing games although it's entirely different from gambling but it was during my younger days, when I was still on my teenage days. But in gambling, it's overcommitted for doing it with 20 hours, you're too stressful in committing that much time even if you're just passing your time with it and you're already rich. |

Well, it is good to remember those days when I have started and happy to have these people earlier than us that have said the same thing of doing what's better for the security of our bitcoin.
Now, I have it stored on a hardware wallet while keep my seed privately offline.

It still depends on how you use these OS.
But most of the linux users are very well knowledgeable on how to avoid simple hacking tricks like phishing which is very common on windows users because they've got the most users.
As explained, the hackers are likely on the side for which they can have more potential victims easily.
That's why for me, whether you use linux or OS but if you're not aware of that simple hacking trick being done through phishing, you're still at risk.

It was rumoured that he will join a team from the SEA region but so far all potential team from SEA region has already changed their roster. Talon might be taking 23savage as their post 1 so there you go, Ana is not getting back this season. The thing about retuning to pro scene when you are a TI winner is that there is alot of expectation for you to carry the team but Dota is not a 1v5 game so yeah I kinda like it if Ana doesnt go back to pro scene and ruin his reputation somehow Yeah, that was T1 that many have assumed that he's going to be with them. But it had a surprise when T1 announced that it was not him but Gabbi. As for 23savage, it's not Talon that had taken him but it's Motivate Trust gaming that took him as a stand-in. Well for this time, it's better to assume what you've said about ana. And that is he's likely not to play for this DPC season. Edit: I didn't see that coming for Talon and 23savage, you're right. I just haven't saw the news about his transfer there. He is now officially there and was just announced a few minutes as of typing this. |

Just advise them if they have a separate device, use it as their wallet. I wouldn't do that if I'm them, if they're into downloading cracked software, they shouldn't place their wallet there.
They're totally at risk of losing their fund.
It may sound easy but it's really risky and worrying. Tell them, don't wait until something bad happens to their wallet or pc because they've known it from the start that they've got unlicensed software.

I'm thinking of the other way around, I don't want to sound mean but imo it seems risky to bring in a returning player as we see how Jerax is struggling a bit with EG though it would be impressive if he could find a team that would easily mesh with his playstyle. I understand that as they're now past their prime but still, they've got experience that would be helpful to their new teams. As for EG, I've been also seeing them having some adjustments. Despite they've got a really strong roster, still, they're having a hard time on their region. But it's all about the team chemistry, despite having 5 good best players but if there's no chemistry, they won't win. I just wish ana and jerax the best and for ana, hopes he finds a good team that will synch with his playing style. |

Aside from anti viruses.
It should be more on your activities as you use your PC. Majority of the people that I've seen that got hacked were due to malware and phishing sites.
Just as said about windows defender. I've talked to many people that are using it plainly but never got hacked. And it's because they're aware on how to protect themselves through their usual activities.
They don't download malicious software, they don't entertain random emails that has attached file and links and never shared their important details like private keys and seeds. Unlike those that got hacked through phishing sites.
