322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Going In Crypto World Now ? on: January 15, 2019, 04:14:22 PM
Last year everything about crypto  went  really  bad  But Crypto  Investor  never  give up  hoping  that things  are going to Change  this year !!
This year Two  Big Exchange Is in Big Crisis, Hit BTC And Cryptopia !! Is anybody  behind trying to manipulating the cryptocurrency  ? Exchanges platforms are shutting Down  and the Market always keeps dropping, isn't  it a sign  of  someone fighting to  Shut down  cryptocurrency  ?
There is no one who is not profitable to close the crypto currency because it is a very convenient and profitable speculative tool and such a Golden Grail simply will not give an abyss and disappear .
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: about 80 coins on top 100 look good to buy on: January 15, 2019, 04:11:09 PM
about 80 coins on top 100 look good to buy. they may look good to buy but volatility is still volatility. i like top 10 coins alot but still risky to invest no? i may invest in those coins just looking at it everyday.
I believe that it is too early to invest , the market fluctuates greatly and growth can be expected not before the end of the year , but to trade during the day or week is very profitable and now you can bet on the ETH , it should soon make 20-30% growth .
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The End All Coin on: January 15, 2019, 04:05:24 PM
So what would the perfect coin look like? What sort of technology, abilities, and specs would the perfect coin have to have to overthrow Bitcoin and all others and be the only crypto currency we could ever need?
It's very simple - to become a coin on the 1st place it should be the first of its kind , and it is impossible to do ) . About the ideal coin : well, if you paint all the parameters for ideal coins then it will take an incredibly long time, but a few parameters for a very successful coins have their 3: 1) must be low transaction cost and very high speed 2) it should be simple in circulation in everyday life 3) the hard part is it should take government authorized most countries ) .
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest only in active projects on: January 15, 2019, 03:56:43 PM
Here is a good source to decide which altcoin to invest in. I would never buy a dead altcoin with no development except Doge. Doge is unique and will be successful without much development.

Source: https://twitter.com/el33th4xor/status/1068856384983363585?s=21

dead alts are:

- Verge
- Holochain
- Bitcoin Private
- Pundi X
- Poet
- Decentraland (MANA)
Yes, I admit in the dead projects should not invest in the LONG term , but who are not prohibited to trade these coin because the coins are still in circulation and can bring a very good profit .
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have learnt my lessons on: January 15, 2019, 03:50:33 PM
In fact, I am struck by the fact that many people drain coins after ISO without giving the project even start to develop , and I am struck by the fact that very few people use stop loss on their coin believing in their infinite growth . My tactic is simple, I do not sell coins immediately after receiving but I immediately throw them on the stock exchange and put stop losses , I'd better sell when falling and buy again at a better price .
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Listing on exchanges has no effects anymore on: January 14, 2019, 02:54:04 PM
Time has pass when news or listing pumps price of a coin,it isnt 2013 or even the same climate as 2017. Newer projects are building some serious patforms that take time. News  cant just make a coin pump anymore, neither do exchange listings. Look at coins like Tron etc. being added to a new excahnge everyday. doesnt do anything. Its about results. No point in launching news in crypto environment, Hopefully you guys will join good projects with better future results....2019 is the year
There is nothing surprising in this, because any, even the nicest, for example about a fast listing of a coin, will not be able to strongly push the price up if the news background is very bad and there is a bearish trend.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid being disturbed on: January 14, 2019, 02:52:03 PM
I have seen a lot of people get disturbed whenever they see dumpers dumping the coins they have at unreasonable prices. To my amazement also, some people might dump a huge amount of token for just a penny, as if their whole life depend on it.

Whenever this happens, either as a bounty hunter or as an investor, i usually do not get bothered. Most times when a project is newly listed on exchange, i would avoid being in a rush to sell, but wait to see what would be the stable price, before the take off.

If the price goes very low due to dumping by dumpers, instead of grumbling or being disturbed, i will buy as many as i can and wait for the next pump.
Most times i had the opportunities like this, i was able to earn profits not less than x3 the price I bought from dumpers.

It works and you too can try it. I believe it will work for you.
Yes, indeed, this tactic is quite working, I myself often do there, but with such tactics you should separate those projects that will definitely take off and not fall to the bottom forever.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you manage your risks? on: January 14, 2019, 02:49:25 PM
I want to know how you relate the risks to profits?
What is the determining factor for you to sell or buy coins?
How many of you are trading short-term?
I always try not to forget to put stop loss, I watch the Bitcoin chart as it directly affects all altcoins.

331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never buy too much coins because you would eventually forgot gosh on: January 13, 2019, 04:23:04 PM
So, as you guys know, most coins will do swap when they perform blockchain upgrades or changing the coins to to a new coin

I just forgot about one of my coins and the swap was ended in the 31st of December
and guess what?

I just lost 0.3 btc because of it
God damn this is so painful

Been holding the coins since 2 year ago in the ICO stage
Never make such mistake guys remember
I think that if you buy, trade or invest in projects, you just need to obey one rule, and the rule of greed is i.e. not take more projects than you can follow.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is CMC still safe at all ?? on: January 13, 2019, 04:19:57 PM
I’m starting to worry about coinmarketcap lately, after series of deceit and spammish activity
The following are my observed reasons

1. Many dead projects still on cmc

2. Market cap is fake Cox many projects which have seized to trade adds up to the market cap

3. Cmc doesn't verify authenticity of projects before listing it

4. CMC now have ads of fake icos on their website thereby leading people to scammers

Funny enough so many NOOBS believe anything and everything dey see on cmc to be authentic

Let me stop here and anyone against it should bring a proof to counter it
Or offer more options
You are talking nonsense!
1) СMС will not check whether the project is alive or not, he will check only the turnover of this coin on the exchanges!
2) СMС will not check if there is any speculation with a coin. From this it follows that coins can get into the top which speculate!
3) СMС and should not check the authenticity of the coin, kmk considers the turnover of the coin on all exchanges, kmk is not a regulator!
4) СMС also needs money for life and they take it from advertising projects, they do not force you to invest in projects they just sell advertising as well as the forum where we write, it even says that they are not responsible for it.
Read more and look for information and think with your head and not believe your eyes!
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Most Successful ICOs of 2018 and How to Learn from Them on: January 13, 2019, 04:10:52 PM

This year so far, there have been almost 1,200 ICOs, up from 875 in 2017.
Even more significantly, in 2016 there were only 29, which shows the meteoric rise in the sheer number of ICOs coming out of the woodwork.

But what makes a successful ICO? Is it only the amount of capital raised, or is it when the promised product is robust, development ongoing and communication frequent? It’s definitely some combination of those factors, but for an ICO to even get to that stage, it must make the goal by the deadline for the project to move forward.

Looking at the numbers, there’s been a rather small percentage of ICOs that reach this milestone of success. In fact, in 2017 only 48% of ICOs were successful. The research compiled by Suicide Ventures also shows the amount of money being raised by ICOs dropping, from $1.3 billion in January to just $290 million by September.

Even with these declines, there have been some extremely successful ICO projects this year. For anyone who is in the middle of planning their own project, studying these successful ICO stories can be very valuable in aiding their own success.

We’re going to put aside the ongoing, multi-staged ICO for EOS, which holds top honors for most successful ICO of all time at over $4 billion raised, and the somewhat sketchy Dragon platform which raised $320 million in February but has lost 98% of that value to date. The token aims to aid high stakes gamblers in moving their money around, but has been the center of controversy, seen a high-profile theft and generally has little to show for all its investment.

With that out of the way, let’s take a look at some of the most successful ICOs 2018 had to offer, and what lessons they hold.
And how to assess whether the ISO is successful? Estimate on the collected money? But last year almost every second project raised a lot of money! The term of 1 year is very short for conclusions on projects, I think that it is necessary to do a summary on projects only after 5 years.
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of coins i should hold for next 2 years... on: January 13, 2019, 04:05:19 PM
If they ask me what coins I would hold for 2 years? I would answer - those that are not in the top 100 coins by capitalization or are in the ninth top ten.
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: yobit.net Scam or not ? on: January 13, 2019, 04:03:14 PM
Yobit is a Russian crypto-exchange and it is very speculative and full of scam, I will even say that it is itself a scam. I do not want to say that everything Russian is a scam but this exchange is yes, do not trade on it if you do not want to lose your money.
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe the crypto market will never take off! on: January 10, 2019, 03:37:16 PM
There are many reasons why this market will never amount to anything: The list goes on and on!
Is it time to sell and get out of the market?
Just look at a graph of the Bitcoin since it started. It is not the graph of something that is successful! It is the graph of a failed project: Don’t look at price think about popularity!
Price: Tether manipulated price and the prices were not organic. Wake up bitches the market is trying to correct to its true value. That is why it keeps going DOWN!
Thoughts of the most common hamster). If you look at the initial cost of the bitcoin and the current one you will be very surprised)
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the crypto still be in 2050? on: January 10, 2019, 03:35:10 PM
I still imagine, how is crypto in 2050? is the usecas clear? is there still a new ICO project that appears, or is it even crypto dead? if in the year 2050 the crypto is still there, then the age of the crypto has been more than 40 years, and this is not a long time, and if you see age, crypto should have been much more developed than now.
what do you think about crypto in 2050?
Wow, bro, you jumped far, no one here knows what will happen next year, and no one even knows what will happen tomorrow and you want to peregrign for 30 years)
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN DROPS TO $5,600. HOLD OR SELL? on: January 10, 2019, 03:26:31 PM
As at yesterday, we all saw the value of Bitcoin depreciate to $5,600. what is your advise to BTC holders

should we sell of in order not to incur more loss?

or should we HODL with hope that the bull run is coming soon enough?
If you got a loss, you need to decide for yourself how much a big loss you can bear, for example, I put stop loss on -8% of the purchase price, but if you did not have time to sell and received already -20% or more, then there are two options. 1) take profits, sell and trade further 2) wait until the price rises again. Always put stop loss and risk management
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO regulation good or bad? on: January 10, 2019, 03:20:13 PM
More and more countries are planning to regulate ICOs. China, Canada, Russia,... I think this in an development nobody can stop. Do you think it is good or bad that ICOs will be more regulated in the near future? What positive and negative influences will it probably have?

I think there will be more investors like professional managed funds or even retirement funds which will invest into ICOs. The prices for ICOs will then become even more expensive and make it more difficult to make profits for small investors.
In this there are both good and bad sides (more bad) good is that there will be less scam projects, fees will be more transparent, well, the minuses are much bigger and the biggest of them is that the main goal in regulation is to tax everyone completely start controlling the crypt.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP: Time for bears? on: January 10, 2019, 03:14:35 PM
If to look at XRP price momentum now, there is a net 6.5% loss in USD value and a 0.5% drop in BTC value. We will see how it will be evolving in next few hours, as as it still dropping, not the biggest drop expected though. Keep an eye on that.
It is equally important to know what is going on behind the scenes on media and consider the world crypto drop-off.

XRP/USD is trading at $0.354 right now, down 6.5% since the beginning of Thursday. There is some terms of support levels below the current price. The bears targeting $0.3250 area. The initial support was located on the approach to $0.3500 with 38.2% Fibo retracement monthly and Pivot Point Weekly Support 3 spotted around that area. We need a sustainable move to clear the way towards ultimate resistance at $0.04000, provided that we will manage to pass through an intermediate hurdle at $0.3750.

What are you guys doing now with your XRPs?

Trade with extreme caution and on your own risks.
I think if Bitcoin does not fall below 3600, then this will be a good tendency for the growth of Altcoins and it will be possible to wait for a growth of 10-15% from the current level.
