321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETHER IS BULLYING on: August 02, 2020, 07:14:56 PM
With the bullish momentum seeing in the ethereum prices we can expect ethereum to be back at previous high prices by novemeber or december especially if the trend continues.
Exactly and i will add by saying that there are multi facade reasons for bulls in eth price both fundamentally and technically so i expect the new all time high prices un next 6 to 10 months as the scenario is super  bullish for me and hopefully it will turn out to be even better than expectations.
322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your favourite coin and token ? on: July 31, 2020, 05:56:46 PM
Xlm and xrp are good but my holdings are ada, eth, neo, waves and obviously bitcoin.
Among tokens i like utrust with utk token it is a practical project with already working products and partnerships across a variety of businesses and industries.
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is 5 years old today! on: July 30, 2020, 01:06:16 PM
Superb stats and Ethereum is definitely that top notch project that will always stand out from the rest.
And to be honest it is just the beginning of the great things that ethereum has to offer, in few years ethereum network will be everywhere even in our daily life in shape of smart contracts, ai or iot. So the potential of growth for ethereum is huge and it will reach new heights with every passing year.
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PlusToken Ponzi Goes To Jail on: July 30, 2020, 12:13:55 PM
China is leading everything at the moment, as far as i know they were against ponzi coins and other scammy schemes and that is why they initially cracked down against all coins back in 2018 i guess, they just wanted to wipe out the bad guys and it is a great initiative i think it will pave way for real growth for genuine coins and projects in the future while blocking the bad projects.
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if you want to invest in crypto... on: July 30, 2020, 11:30:51 AM
to prove they're not scammer project and minimize your investment of being scam...

1. look for the team if they're legit and real human... prove to yourself if they're human and real, not fake linkin from russia, reddit or facebook stuff...
2. list your find...
I like the fact that the community here is proactive and helping their fellow members regarding due diligence before investing in any project. Yes, team members are really important but sometimes the people behind these projects are too clever and they are able to dodge the community so there is even more requirement of efforts from senior community members here to keep an eye on each project.
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: July 29, 2020, 07:28:27 PM
Although the whole market is red, I'm very much afraid of holding ETH now. In my opinion, ETH was fluctuated to its ATH when people were more interested investing in ICO. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.
What's your thoughts on it?
Eth is definitely a longterm hold and as you have named the ico trend do not worry it is also coming back slowly but surely and even if it comes in the shape of ieo still most of the projects are eth based so eth will see demand also do not forget the defi and gaming apps and products being built on eth network and that is a big stimulus for the current uptrend.
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: This is why I AM BULLISH on ETHEREUM!!! on: July 29, 2020, 06:40:09 PM
Suddenly many people are bullish on ethereum but it can reverse too so do not trade with emotions rather trade what you see, price action can guide the direction of the market. Obviously community wants the bulls to continue hopefully but only time will tell how big the bulls turn out to be.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How can blockchain help amidst the pandemic? on: July 29, 2020, 05:52:50 PM
This pandemic has proven to be a turning point and now the world has no option but to move towards digitalization lead by blockchain tech and cryptocurrencies.
Even during pandemic blockchain tech has shown its worth by collecting and transmitting world epidemic stats and data to WHO database.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you going to keep quit about bitwings? on: July 24, 2020, 02:00:51 PM
I know it is disappointing especially when someone has worked for so many weeks and then forcefully put to wait for another year or so for distribution and right at the time of distribution a new spreadsheet comes out that does not have your name and rewards in it. I was shocked to see this too but when i contacted the manager with details they accepted my claim and added me. I hope all members will be paid for the tasks they performed and all issues will be resolved in a friendly way.
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best deFI tokens out there on: July 24, 2020, 01:43:56 PM
I was holding jarvis reward token and it was my favorite defi based project rather still is but i was need of some money so i sold my bag. I wish it comes down to 1-2 cents again so i can buy again from there.
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How possible is it to make a living trading cryptocurrencies alone? on: July 23, 2020, 07:31:52 PM
Can someone make it trading only altcoins?
Only experts can make it especially who trade at small time frame charts like 1 hour or 4 hour but to be honest it is not that easy because most of the coins and pairs in crypto market still lack enough volume so making it difficult for even scalpers to make regular profits.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance lists Maker and Dai tokens amid DeFi boom on: July 23, 2020, 05:48:55 PM
Looks like a good step at the right time and this will help stimulate the trend even more and will keep the market alive but i think growth should be natural and not just be a result of hype. In my opinion DeFi afootion will atleast take 2 to 3 more years.
That will be the time when DeFi market will be really huge at the moment masses do not know much about it.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Elon Musk trolls DogeCoin and it’s prices rises? on: July 22, 2020, 09:52:00 PM
Elon Musk is a very smart business operator and he is big supporter of innovation and that is why he openly supports blockchain tech and cryptocurrencies. Regarding his remarks about doge coin i am not sure if they were sarcastic or not but definitely they have helped spread the name of the doge across.
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum (ETH) Price on Course to $300 on: July 22, 2020, 08:51:31 PM
It is strange to see ethereum not moving as fast as some of the tokens with much less usability are doing, I have seen coins with more than 300% gains in last 2 months or so and that is massive an example is snx, there are more but lets stick with eth at the moment and hope that it will make serious upward move soon.
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Blocknet solving Ethereums Centralized Data Protocol - Infura on: July 22, 2020, 08:26:52 PM
I would have to agree that this is a very practical use case and problem solving side of blocknet that i was not aware of before, Infact it is really pleasing to know that these independent projects and their developers are working for a bigger cause and providing solutions for ethereum network which is a big achievement in my eyes and for this blocknet should be really appreciated.
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WHAT HAPPENS IF BTC TOUCHES 100K ? on: July 15, 2020, 01:17:42 PM
What happens if BTC is still rally to 100K ?
ALTS ?? dump to zero
at the moment BTC sideways until end of the year

this time currently the last choice for ALTs
take actions or die..!!!

good lucky
Altcoins may suffer against btc of it goes that high but in usd value they will also become expensive by that time and personally i think that the next peak value of btc will be much bigger than 100k if the market just follows the historic price cycle then btc will be way more than 100k.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promising low market cap altcoins on: July 15, 2020, 10:58:37 AM
I still trust pundix as a genuine project and i believe they will make big difference in coming years regarding crypto payments, usage and mass adoption, they just went a bit wrong in the npxs token model where alot of npxs were given away for just holding npxs every month which resulted in crash of price but as the rewards decrease the value will also regain but it will take some time.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Aave( Lend) prediction on: July 14, 2020, 08:21:59 PM
what do you guys think of where Aave( LEND) price will be in next few months?
This project has really performed astonishingly well and has set the bar for others to follow both in terms of platform development and gain in value. I remember holding their tokens from ico and sold cheap after holding for a year or so i never thought they will come so far like they are now if anyone from ico is still holding he definitely has hit the jackpot and i think there is still more potential for growth.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: A suggestion from an early adopter on: July 14, 2020, 07:00:31 PM
In my opinion Ethereum and ada are the best choices as for as the altcoins are concerned, obviously bitcoin should always be in the list. I have selected ada and eth because technically they are in there support zones if we consider monthly charts and fundamentally both are poised to release big developments and updates in coming months so definitely these are top choice at the moment.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Telegram bots strategy to scam airdrop participants on: July 14, 2020, 02:56:29 PM
Note: Feel free to move this to Scam Accusations if it’s necessary. Thank you.

I don’t know if you have encountered these Telegram bots before who are offering fake airdrops. Like ClipClaps and Sky Token’s case today, they are offering you a “too good to be true” amount of ETH or tokens to be given away to the airdrop participants for participating and for referring a reasonable amount of people to do the same like you.

After the airdrop period, they would ask you to send them an upfront payment as “gas fees” to “verify that you are a real person”. Like Sky Token, they are asking us 0.005 ETH as “gas fee” so that they will distribute the tokens to your wallet (which may be true or not true and may end up as shitcoin). As for ClipClaps, they are asking 0.006 or 0.01 ETH as gas fees before distributing the ETH. ClipClaps is currently disabling chat room for the community.

As for Sky Token, as I warned another users not to send money to them, they kicked me out and continue to scam more people with their so-called “selfdrop”. I also find out that they both don’t have websites as well.

Have you guys encountered these kinds of fake and scammish airdrops using Telegram bots?
Yes there are a lot of airdrop bots based scams online and most of us face them almost daily. I am personally so fed up of spam and scam in telegram channels that if i see someone added me in a new group or channel i just delete the group and report it as spam even without checking what it is about. The fact that there are so many scammers out there is alarming and I think community needs to comeup with their own scam buster police to identify and block and report such scammers and also alert other people.
