Also, I personally cannot say Bayern Munich will fail in the Champions League this season because after all, Bayern Munich has also qualified for the quarter-finals.

Theoretically , Bayern Munich still has a chance of winning the title this season , but i dont think that this will happen in practice. Leverkusen is simply too strong this season for that and they would have to lose almost all of their games , which most likely wont happen. Mathematically, many things are still possible. But it is much more difficult. First of all, Bayern Munich is 10 points behind Leverkusen. That's a huge gap right now. Secondly, the Leverkusen team is yet to lose a single match this season. It doesn't seem credible that the team will lose more than 4 matches in the next 9 matches. So at the moment, the undeclared champions of this year's Bundesliga are the Leverkusen team. Although I am not a Bayern Munich hater, I am happy to see Bayern Munich break their dominance in the Bundesliga after a long time. The Bundesliga is likely to become even more competitive next season. At least i hope that Kane will get the trophy for the most scored goals and that Munich maybe can manage to get into the final of the CL.

English Premier League competition and Champions League competition are two different. The later rounds of the Champions League the tougher the opposition for any team. Arsenal are performing well in the English Premier League but they need to improve their performance to do well in the Champions League. With the way they are performing, we may not see Atletico Madrid in the next round. Since the La Liga title is definitely going to be won by Real Madrid, I think Barcelona should now focus on the Champions League matches. A top four finish in La Liga will be enough for Barcelona.
Real Madrid have good advantage against Girona and Barcelona so they have good chance to win La Liga. Except if they suddenly have some bad performances and Girona, Barcelona play well enough to equalize differences on the league table. Girona's performance began to decline after the defeat against Real Madrid. We can see Girona's erratic performance since the 4-0 defeat against Madrid. And in the last 5 matches their performance has further deteriorated. They have lost 3 out of 5 matches. If they won two of these three, Girona's dream of winning the title would still be alive. Moreover, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Girona are fighting for the second place in the table. Although Barcelona's performances have been somewhat erratic, Girona and Atletico Madrid's overall performances have been weaker than Barcelona's. So I think Barcelona won't have to struggle too much to occupy the second place in the table.
I disagree that Atletico Madrid are in a race for a second position. That race is like between only two teams Girona and Barcelona. Atletico Madrid are racing and defending their fourth position against pressure from Athletic Club. Atletico Madrid are only 6 points behind Barcelona. Each team will still play 10 more matches. Girona have lost 9 points in their last 5 matches and Barcelona have lost 4 points in their last 5 matches. And if Atlético Madrid can return to form, then Atlético Madrid still has a chance to move to the second place in the table. Closing the gap to 6 points from 10 matches will not be difficult if Atletico Madrid can continue their winning streak. This is going to be Xavi's last season with Barcelona. So he will try to give his best to Barcelona. Since there is no chance of winning the title of La Liga. So now Xavi will try to do well in the Champions League. However, Barcelona's overall performance does not seem like a team worthy of playing in the Champions League final.
No matter how Barcelona will end this season, Xavi can leave Barcelona as a head coach with pride of himself.
