You are right. For many years we have seen Bangladesh trying to find a perfect opener. But they still can't do it. Liton, Soumyo, Anamul and tanzid were given opportunities. But no batsman can bat consistently. Each batsman performs well in maybe 2/1 matches, and then again they start batting poorly. I don't remember the last time I saw Bangladesh's opening pair survive the first 10 overs at the crease.

Bangladesh is completely dependent on their middle order. However, experienced players like Shakib, Mushfiq and Mahmudullah will retire within a few years. Bangladesh is yet to find a replacement for these experienced players. The condition of this group will be worse in the future.
