Hey,

is there a thread for that Lukas CPU miner? I'm getting an error "libsomehtingwomething is missing" and can't seem to find a solution..
322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: Extremepool [POOL] [BCN & MRO] 2% fee on: May 20, 2014, 08:14:33 AM
Your pool is very unstable!
its under very heavy load.
moving to new farm in the morning.

Nice! BCN needed an open pool very badly! Will start mining on your pool soon!
awesome, its now finding many blocks, its doing pretty well right now.

yeah, they're coming in like every 30 minutes or less.. still not all that profitable but hey. mine for future value right?
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MRO] Monero - Anonymous Currency Based on Ring Signatures on: May 20, 2014, 08:04:26 AM
So...
ALL Pools have 50KH/s COMBINED.

Yet, network hash is 20x more. Am i the only one who thinks that some people are insta mining with prepared faster miners?

Likely, but I guess this is rather people with access to large server farms or some crazy cloud miners.
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: Extremepool [POOL] [BCN & MRO] 2% fee on: May 20, 2014, 01:04:16 AM
I get an error I'm missing "libeay32.dll". Placing it in my Sys32 folder then gives me the error "Application unable to start correctly".

I can give the detailed error code if needed..

Nah, I'm just bored. Actually, after 13000% done I just participated in my first B+ block.

I hope someday those coins show up somewhere.
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BLAKE-256] DIRAC (XDQ) - Advanced Finance on: May 19, 2014, 11:48:18 PM
For a moment I was happy, because I f5-ed the page and something looked different.

It wasn't a change in balance though, just the dashboard interface malfunctioning.
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BLAKE-256] DIRAC (XDQ) - Advanced Finance on: May 19, 2014, 11:42:06 PM
And here are our nominations for "Worst mining experience ever": Blake, Photon, that other coin and Dirac.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BLAKE-256] DIRAC (XDQ) - Advanced Finance on: May 19, 2014, 11:13:00 PM
Been mining for an hour but:

How does this work? Tongue

I'm asking myself the same question. Are all those coins forked or what?

If this is what merged mining looks like..?

Edit: Merged mining - the future of cryptocurrency. Where every block is like super long, like, really really super long.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BLAKE-256] DIRAC (XDQ) - Advanced Finance on: May 19, 2014, 10:53:00 PM
Are those super long several thousand percent blocks common for this coin?
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MRO] Monero - Anonymous Currency Based on Ring Signatures on: May 19, 2014, 05:20:33 PM
So we have surpassed 1 million $ . We are somewhere at first 25 at coinmarketcap.

Up 500k from this morning. Just insane.

well actually we reached 0.005 on poloniex for a brief time!

That pump was just too obvious. Ready for the next run?

Payouts are quite low but no need to be rude man.

Edit: THose payouts included 2 orphan blocks the admin payed from his own pocket.
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MRO] Monero - Anonymous Currency Based on Ring Signatures on: May 19, 2014, 02:57:04 PM
Someone used an invalid address on extemepool.org so the payment processor isn't sending out payments. There are 6 blocks that will be paid out. Apparently address validation isn't working correctly. It's being sorted out as we speak.

Ssshush, glad to hear. Thanks for communicating, very very much appreciated!
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MRO] Monero - Anonymous Currency Based on Ring Signatures on: May 19, 2014, 02:52:25 PM
My current predictions are that MRO will cool down a little bit, and that value might decrease to 150000 sats

what gives? it's currently trending towards 30, smashing through every wall and generated a 56btc volume on poloniex within 8 hours, so..
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MRO] Monero - Anonymous Currency Based on Ring Signatures on: May 19, 2014, 02:49:17 PM
Yeah but it is realistic to expect what, 1 block per week or much less? In addition, what is the wallet file we should be saving if we happen to change wallet address or something like that?

any1 on this?

i second this?

extremepool is finding a lot of blocks today.

you should back up wallet.bin.keys and wallet.bin <- don't take my word, i read that somewhere here.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MRO] Monero - Anonymous Currency Based on Ring Signatures on: May 19, 2014, 01:40:49 PM
is ti even possible to solomine at 40h/s ? expectations?

I don't think so.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MRO] Monero - Anonymous Currency Based on Ring Signatures on: May 19, 2014, 01:30:02 PM
I sold all my MROs in the yesterdays dumps Sad. I don't have any at the moment - very silly. I hope I'll solo mine a block. Someone willing to send me 1? Thank you.

MRO:

How much was your monero stake?
About 450 Smiley I panicked in the FUD with the 50+% farm mining.  I wanted to make sure I could pay for my electricity bill and buy something for my baby. I'm continuing to solo mine with 73 H/s on core i7 3610QM.

I take care of my old friends

That was you? Thank you very much! You are so generous.

I'd like to send you a little as well, for the baby - so if the cryptonote exchange ops could get a move on with withdraw approvals (I've been waiting ages) you'd make more than just me a little bit happier.....  Wink

Babies? I have 18 of those. They run primarily on Monero. Please consider donating, thanks Cheesy
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MRO] Monero - Anonymous Currency Based on Ring Signatures on: May 19, 2014, 01:24:59 PM
Man, still no payout from extremepool for the last three or so blocks.. now I'm getting antsy..
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MRO] Monero - Anonymous Currency Based on Ring Signatures on: May 19, 2014, 12:35:05 PM
Can anyone explain me why would anyone invest in this currency instead of Darkcoin, Zerocash, Anoncoin, Fantomcoin or Quazarcoin??
Darkcoin is going to implement bytecoin's technology afaik so..

Going to.. Monero already did it.

But go with your own guts. That works out for me better most of the time.
