321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO WhitePaper Matter Most? on: June 29, 2020, 04:17:00 PM
Developers spend money and time to create their own white paper and many scam projects are busted because of creating a face or copying other's whitepapers, serious investors are reading and analyzing whitepaper because from this they can see the potential of the project and the originality of platform, people should always look on the whitepaper, it should be detailed and comprehensive.

I agree, reading through the whitepaper is crucial especially if planning on financially supporting the project. ICO's main objective is to write one such document because it gives an overview of the market research undertaken to see how this new product competes with what's already available.

The sad thing is that often this document can be plagiarised but often this is a good basis to discard a project. If the team wasn't bothered to detail the product/project it goes without hesitation that there might not be an end product at all!

It could still be very bad but if you live in a place with infrastructure that helps you get online and gamble, that means with 200 bitcoins you could at least buy a great house and a great car and help pay all your debt and even some of your families debt as well. How could this make you feel any worse than you are feeling now? How could 200 bitcoin could lead to anything worse?

I agree with you, a good amount of money like this is sure to be making a lot of improvement in this guy's life and not only that but for those around him too. This is the power of money, it can make your everyday financial and sometimes health worries disappear in an instant. It really is glorious to be this lucky, and for sure this is not something that could lead to anything bad. This guy at least had some brains to even consider crypto, right  Huh and the fact that he got lucky is super cool! I wish I had that kinda money...
323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Predict the price and win BTC on: June 28, 2020, 08:41:20 PM
Dont forget about the wagering requirement as well, the prizes comes with 40x wagering requirement.
So if you win the 1st prize $100 means that you need to wager $4,000 before you are able to withdraw your winning.
High likely you will lose your prize before you complete the wagering requirement.
One more thing, if you are able to wager $4,000 with the $100 then you should be ready for KYC as KYC is required once your betting volume is equal or more than $3,000

As @panjul07 says this is the 'big' catch on this. That's why I hate when people advertise all of these kind of 'easy to make money' ways and conveniently don't mention anything about 'the small print'. It's disgusting that this is still happening. So easy to fall into this trap, only then to find out that your money is either lost or locked in!

Disgraceful really but I suppose there will be some people who fall for this even if its obvious this is a blatant 'phoney'.
324  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐉 CoinDragon.com 🐉- Provably the best crypto gambling in the world!💰 on: June 28, 2020, 05:50:11 PM
Nice to see many improvements at coindragon, its been a while since my last visit and play. I did not even participate on the latest few promotions. Will check the site soon to see and perhaps try the new features there. But let me say "good job" first for the improvements so far.

Yh, many of us on here have noticed the improvements you guys at coindragon have made and I can only see positive vibes from everybody. These changes are sure to bring in some traffic, especially since you worked on that promise of withdrawal. Also, the promos have been coming and I'm keen to dip in  Tongue
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know job/investment related to crypto that provide stable daily income? on: June 28, 2020, 01:56:29 PM
100$ per day? It's wouldn't easy OP
In the crypto market there have been jobs but if you have skills anything then you can earn without fixed amount. Trading, video contest, coding programs, etc. Otherwise you can take freelancer jobs, if you have skills web development, graphics, drafting, design, poster & photo design, video editing etc then possibly income 100$ per day in this jobs.

As per the above comment there are many things you can do to earn money in crypto it is all dependent on the skills you have. You could find a list of certain jobs either temporarily, remote or permanent on many sites.

I'm sharing two of these so you can see the different options: https://jobs.dcg.co/ and https://crypto.jobs/

Good luck
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum too tied to Vitalik Buterin? on: June 27, 2020, 10:47:47 PM
As someone already said, Ethereum has very solid decentralized roots, so it is not depending solely of Vitalik existance, but I do agree that the market seems to look at Ethereum strenght as being directly linked to Vitalik geniality. On a small market like crypto this kind of thing can have an impact if something happens to him, but it would be temporary
While I understand how the founder through his actions may influence the market price of ETH, I think what needs to be considered is the technology this project developed. And since ETH is highly engraved in the crypto industry I think even without Vitalik the area is going to grow and prosper, though initial damage might be possible.
Remember, there's no point in attaching people too much to their outputs since these outputs may be carried on/endorsed by others, and I think ETH has reached the point where others would help take this even further...
327  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trade & investment is getting harder and harder. on: June 27, 2020, 08:57:30 PM
Your loss in trading should give more hints and new strategies to follow, but if that cause failure then advised to stop immediately.

This might be the point where you're headed towards a double edged-sword. In my opinion if trading isn't something you can make a profit on then there's something so fundamental that you're missing on. The logical solution would be to determine what that is and try again because traders haven't become successful overnight but with patience and lots of experience and by that I mean losses too. Though, as advised above there are also people/situations where perhaps the best thing to do is to look else where if trading isn't making you happy.
328  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possibleTrump Will Prohibit Bitcoin? on: June 27, 2020, 06:25:15 PM
Banning an asset might make its price more valuable. I'm certain that the US government understands that they can't stop Bitcoin as it is not a central server they can take down, and I'm also sure that they understand that banning it will cause a negative reaction. Bitcoin has done nothing to hurt the collapsing dollar. It is there just in case everyone fucks up. It doesn't affect the dollar or the US economy. It will be the ship that everyone will jump to save themselves. This might take 10-20 more years, still, the fundamentals are that the dollar is collapsing on its own, without someone fighting it.

It is not Bitcoin the enemy of the dollar or the US economy. Bitcoin is a vehicle to help the population when they abandon their failing fiat experiment.

In a way I see what you mean and also agree that even if trump wanted to ban Bitcoin, the asset is so valuable that I think many people won't be bystanders but instead will embrace cryptocurrency.

Leaving it at that then the the argument flips upside down where even Trump might come to see that banning it running away from the issues regarding regulations and that would not be acceptable for the people of America as this act would put them at a disadvantage over the people where crypto and BTC is regulated and allowed.
329  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Trading lesson and tips to earn 3% to 10% per day on: June 27, 2020, 11:06:05 AM
Nobody wants your pathetic course bro, you can't even spell, why would anybody think that you're capable of showing people how to generate up 10% per day...

that's 3,650% interest per year, which is obviously ridiculous.

Even the very best traders can barely double or triple their principle in a year unless they're trading on leverage and get extremely luck or take massive risks.

330  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Algotrading BTC? on: June 27, 2020, 12:45:56 AM
There's a bunch of bots out there for this exact purpose, like Gunbot, profittrailer, EONbot, etc. Some of them even originated on the forum.

None of these are going to be an automatic money-making guarantee, you'll need to put some work in to fine-tune the built-in strategies.

You'll also find that these programs can quite easily lose your money too if you don't set the right parameters,

I recommend taking some time to trial a few of them out before investing (most offer free trials).
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: so what to do with USDT ?! on: June 26, 2020, 10:41:02 PM
Echoing what the others have said so far, I invest my USDT in Nexo right now and get 10% interest.

The platform has a good amount of insurance over user funds, and I believe it uses a custody solution too, so should be safer than the lending products offered by most exchanges.

You can also use your USDT to provide liquidity using one of the myriad DeFi protocols, check out DeFi pulse as there's a bunch on there that offer safe returns on USDt.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most trusted projects ruined me !! on: June 26, 2020, 08:50:46 PM
Just because you trusted them, doesn't mean that they're capable of actually delivering one their promises.

There's a reason why IPOs are only available to accredited investors... Because only these people know the market enough to understand the risks that are involved and properly conduct a risk assessment.

You invested your money, almost certainly with little to no investment experience, thinking you're going to get rich no doubt. Look where that landed you.
333  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Reputable Seller of BTC, ETH, LTC and other Altcoins on: June 26, 2020, 06:06:26 PM
There are a huge number of far more reputable platforms out there, why would anybody use you when they can just head over to BestChange to find a list of vetted vendors?

I would personally stay well clear of platforms like LBC and Paxful, since there are ways to scam if the buyer is a complete noob.
334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are happy only when the price goes up? on: June 26, 2020, 12:06:14 PM
When the price of BTC is going up everybody gets excited because it is a sign of growth and it shows that the industry is picking up pace. For most this also aligns well with increased worth of their assets while for some it may act as a good sign to buy in now that the market is showing green. It's all to do with confidence, people feel more confident overall and they start making investments in the FOMO.
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: June 25, 2020, 09:39:29 PM
Trusting too quick and too much is the main reason many lose their fund in cryptocurrency, immediately they notice a new project as been launched and few days after launching the project is still doing well on any exchange, they will rush to invest in the project, which may not later end up how they thinks.
excessive trust in new things is wrong, especially for investors. many hope to get large profits in a short time. Well, so many people have been fooled by the HYIP system, even today. due to a lack of information, and a lack of research, it is easy for investors to make mistakes in investments.
True! The reason why a lot of people easily get scammed because they expect to earn a large amount of money in a short period of time without knowing anything about this market! When you jump into a market and don't have a fundamental understanding of it, you'll be a worm in the ocean for whales. Furthermore, a lot of people want to earn profits without dedicating their works. The easier in the way you make money, the more risks you have to face!

Being able to get scammed can only be effective against the very greedy. This is why when people see something that gives them unbelievable return potential they go for it without thinking and in the end they get burnt.

It is tempting don't get me wrong but when large amounts can be made in a way that's too good/fast to be true should at least become suspicious. Sometimes this 'lure in' effect might not be obvious but then who's at fault for entrusting others with their own money  Huh
336  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The most safe AI trading bot? on: June 25, 2020, 05:30:32 PM
i have seen a bunch but none of them could keep performing well since they aren't really "AI", they are just predefined scripts that perform the same action based on a bunch of conditions that were hardcoded by the  developer and since the altcoin market is extremely unpredictable they always end up "confused" and lose you a lot of money. all is needed is a simple dump or even a pump to screw with the bot completely.

Using a bot in trading? I'd rather make myself better in trading that use a trading bot.

Trading bot is not that effective in any situation especially if we know that the market is not that stable. Your strategies should depend on your technical analysis in the market, you are the one who are responsible for the result of your trading that's why you should not rely on a trading bot. I already used a trading bot before but I don't find it really effective when I want a huge profit in trading, it just increase more risks for me. But I suggest you to try Gekko, that's a good trading bot that you can try. Just be careful on using it and always check it so that you will not have a huge losses. Failure and losses are unpredictable in a volatile market.

Rightly said @AniviaBtc trading bots are not my thing especially when it comes to trading. I understand that people want quick money but in my opinion I'd rather carry the responsibility of loss myself rather than a bot which could much quickly lead to a loss.

Unlike a human the bots at the moment only train and recognise certain parameters, they're not adaptable and trading is all about adaptability.
337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gold Medalist Bought Bitcoin on: June 25, 2020, 01:30:23 PM
celebrity ? i though celebrity means actor and actreses or maybe he is also an actress ? many actors and actreses were already involved on btc but this is my first time to witness an athlete that invest in btc........
Celebrities are the famous individuals we have in our societies, those individuals have millions of followership and have influence on them. Their strengths lay on their followers, what they speak to their followers is or are their last command  sometimes, they are the game changers in the social world and they have great influence on the internet. For a celebrity to have bought some bitcoin mean a huge impact is ahead of Bitcoin. Let hope this improve the awareness of Bitcoin to the society.

To be honest I do not believe in the 'celebrity glamour' at all - they're not the most skilled, there are people out there who would deserve to be praised but you can't think of anyone who has had some videos and followers as celebrities - they're just normal people, definitely not the builders of this world, the thinkers or the entrepreneurs. Of course, with no names this can be interpreted in many ways!

In any way, the fact is that if an influencer of any kind is backing up crypto then I have no problem sticking up for these people - they probably understand more than the so called stereotypical 'celebrity' and I wish there were more people using their influence in a more productive, positive manner - the world would probably advance at a much faster rate!
338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Overcoming Systematic Racism with Bitcoin on: June 24, 2020, 06:11:50 PM
The only way to get out of oppression is to educate your children not to elect presidents like Donald Trump. Bitcoin has no role to play here! Bitcoin doesn't see you as a black or white or Asian or as an Tibetan. It's indeed the most less racist payment system available today but it doesn't have the power to clean out hatred from people's mind. It's not a magic wand either!

Bitcoin can certainly decreases your dependability from institutional authorities but can't educate you to be peaceful. It's your upbringing and education that makes you a better person.

When I say educated, I do not mean graduate or long list of degrees beside your name. It's your maturity and humanity coupled together.

Hope this makes sense!

Couldn't agree more with your arguments about Bitcoin not being a 'thing' that differentiates in any sort of way. The fact is that BTC is for everybody that's up for this technological challenge and wants to know more about what the future stocks and finance might be. BTC and crypto in general is for anybody either super rich, comfortable or poor - you just need some guts and a little spare cash!

Racism with respect to color, race, religion continent or whatever has no role in this new society built by cryptocurrency, so lets not involve/relate racism to literally anything we can think of.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Future of Crytopcurrency on: June 23, 2020, 10:53:55 PM
With DeFi we have decentralized finance on the blockchain and people can determine their finance themselves. Blockchain is the new revolution enhancing data storage, finance, security and ease of transactions. Blockchain has decentralized the globe DAO, dApps and all is built on the blockchain as well as games.

DeFi and the use of blockchain technology to power finance is for sure a technical advancement that I believe holds the power to transform business by making them more efficient and more secure, while at the same time giving the people the choice and responsibility of their money and assets. Decentralisation is the next big thing and crypto is definitely paving the way to a better less monopolised future Smiley
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 325 million new potential users on: June 23, 2020, 07:42:58 PM
If this would really happen then we would see a massive price increase due to the potential new investors.
But we couldn't be so sure about it unless it is already happening and this could be what we need to see another ATH.

That's right, if paypal is starting to support and integrate Bitcoin then this will certainly be a positive wave for the crypto industry. In fact, this alone will make other institutions alike reconsider their position of blockchain and crypto in general which in turn will lead not only to greater adaptability but also faster technology improvements. And that's worth looking forward to!
