3201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is Silver to Bitcoin's Gold? No So Fast Mister on: September 11, 2013, 06:03:39 AM
Bitcoin and Litecoin developers did the work and you just come and copy past....

Open source...no?

yes, which make it a bad copy  Wink , and the one who copy and past cant call him self a Dev, developing is all about innovation and resolving issues.....
3202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is Silver to Bitcoin's Gold? No So Fast Mister on: September 11, 2013, 05:51:04 AM
you still didn't answer 2 of my questions:

1- how many coins do you hold (honestly)
2- how much is the network Hash-rate right now ( I know how much it is but I want you to tell it here)

when talking about digital-crypto currencies the first thing comes to any investor mind is the security of this currency, I know some people who can destroy your coin twice a day by pointing their hash power to the network.
your coin is a bad copy of LTC, forked, suffers with the low net-hashrate, and every single and most important parameter about it was changed, and have a group of scammers running it, calling the people involved developers is a shame for IT, your a bad copiers, Bitcoin and Litecoin developers did the work and you just come and copy past....

3203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is Silver to Bitcoin's Gold? No So Fast Mister on: September 10, 2013, 09:58:51 PM
you simply changed everything and the most important thing (block reward), and you try to convince new comers to buy into your coin in every possible way, and your argument is that the coin name has Gold in it, this is why people have to invest ? this is why it will over take Bitcoin and Litecoin ?

even you are stupid or this is the pure definition of ponzi-scheme and scam, you should be ashamed.
3204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is Silver to Bitcoin's Gold? No So Fast Mister on: September 10, 2013, 09:50:12 PM
On a related note the idea that a coin will be successful based on its name makes me concerned about the OP level of critical thinking.

That's the entire point.

The vast majority of consumers don't make decisions based on critical thinking. It they did, they never would have continued using Windows 3.1 for Workgroups. The average consumer (aka human) makes buying decisions almost entirely from the perspective of the subconscious. This is a concept well known in the marketing world.

And the word "Gold" is embedded in the subconscious of every living human being as a concept/thought meaning value and wealth.

How many Goldcoins do you have ? answer this question honestly

edit: and how much is the network hash-rate of Goldcoin, I remember a couple of months ago when you were paying miners with 5mh/s to mine it just to get to the block where you had a hard fork.... man you had forked this coin so many times that no one would trust it ever.

what is this guy smoking? take your scam coin back to the alt-coin sub forum.
3206  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BITSTAMP SEPA account flagged - no transfer countries/banks' list (upd 22/08) on: September 10, 2013, 09:53:11 AM
last week I sent a SEPA of 3 digits and it got credited the same day, this week I sent a SEPA deposit of 4 digits and it got credited the same day, I had to open a ticket and ask them to check hourly for my deposit and they did kindly did.

I am located in Slovenia so maybe this is why it worked so fast for me!! otherwise my bank consultant said that for SEPA it doesn't matter from which country in EU you are, they all take almost the same time to get credited.
3207  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] AVALON ASIC BATCH 3 WITH 4 MODULES...MAKE OFFER on: September 10, 2013, 09:19:03 AM
you will never get 60BTC, a bitfury 400Gh/s mining rig that consume only 350W is selling for that money .
Where is somewhere selling these in hand for BTC60?
Interested, if true

October delivery, there is only 3-4 weeks of waiting, you will get 300+Gh/s and consume twice less power, you can wait 3 weeks get full ROI with profit or buy this and never have a chance to get even close to ROI in its life time.

You have to consider that we won't be taking orders forever, once we run into a determined quantity of orders (paid + reservation) that we know we can't handle anymore with the promised delivery terms, any new order won't be accepted anymore and only people in the reservation queue will be able to pay and get their units delivered. Hope this explains a bit  Smiley

Ok, I think I understand the confusion. The reservation queue isn't a queue at all. It's a reservation pool beause the order you are in the reservation queue doesn't matter one bit. The only thing that matters is order of full payment.

if this is true then it is same shit same shit all over again.... sorry to act like this but I had a good feeling for a moment here.
3210  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: September 09, 2013, 09:08:47 PM
They're explained here: https://bitmine.ch/?page_id=850

I'm sorry, I can't make sense of what the reservation queue actually does. Answer me this:

On Oct 1, customer A places an unpaid reservation order.
On Nov 1, customer B places a paid order
1 minute later customer A pays for his reservation.

What order do the units ship in?

B, then A.

you are still ignoring my suggestion, If I want to keep my reservation (guaranteed) without paying my order now, or with paying 10-20% of it to show my interest and wait to see how your schedule progressing, and if you fulfill your promise i will just honor the rest of the payment. we've got enough of companies playing the miners with their promises, if you are not one of them and you are so sure about your specs and schedule why wont you just offer us this option ?

We gave really many options, you can choose to pay and get your slot confirmed, or choose to not pay and go ahead with the payment as soon as you feel comfortable with. You see here how many questions arise only by these two options, if we did add the "pay 10/20% to partially confirm your order" it would have been even more complicated!  Smiley

OK then my next question is what is the time stamp for keeping my slot!! this came nice and this is why I placed two orders, and i wish to see some improvement a real one before paying.... honestly I really had enough of the pre-order shit already I guess you understand my frustration.

sorry if I am being an ass here....

I did read that 4 times... but it is still not clear for me, how this works? and they are ignoring my question, this is so important if they want to be honest with their customers, If they doesn't need pre-orders to finance their production, but still need pre-orders to see how big their ticket will be( which is logical), they should just ask for 10-20% as deposit for reserving the queue, people who wish to pay full orders will do now, people like me who want to see the progressing till the mass production and without delays then pay for the full order but still keeping their place in queue. this is the best protection plan they can come out with.
3213  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: September 09, 2013, 08:39:39 PM
I still do not understand how can you reserve a place in queue but still doesn't guarantee the place in shipment queue..... I am trying to understand it but it seems just like "yes and no".... I would like you to clarify this to us.
3214  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: September 09, 2013, 07:37:55 PM

you can reserve a place in queue without paying if you are not comfortable with trusting them, they will ask for full payment when they are ready for mass production and shippment, which seems to me really fear, at least this is what I've understood.....
3215  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: September 09, 2013, 07:35:09 PM
does coincraft desk and coincraft rig use the same 28nm technology, I fail to understand the deference between these two.

Quote
Coincraft Desk is the product of natural evolution from our Generation 1 devices based on older Avalon’s chip

what deffer between the two designs ?

Quote
Available in 28nm technology from 500 GH/s to 2 TH/s in 150 GH/s increments.

they didn't mention this on the coincraft desk!! what chips they will use on that one ?
3216  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: September 09, 2013, 07:27:30 PM
Ok it is fixed I can see my orders as reserved
3217  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: September 09, 2013, 07:14:12 PM
I still do not get the Reserve queue, It is not working for !!! is it working for anybody here? It is really a nice feature if they honor their promises.

the better thing would be paying 10-25% of the order to show the interest and to secure both parties, then when they start mass production and have a better picture about shipping schedule they could ask for the rest of payment. it assures both your place in queue and funds for their production plan....

Just had a semi heart attack. Was logged in on my btc-e account and my btc balance suddenly appeared as 0, as if someone had hacked in and withdrawn my btc. Logged back in and it showed up. Frightening moment, especially because that site is shady as hell, but the only choice to trade LTC at a decent volume :p

they were upgrading their wallet BTW, there was a post on their latest news about it Wink
