I am not sure why it is even listed with other cc
3202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [COVAL] Circuits Of Value - Tokenize everything [LOYYAL] on: December 04, 2017, 07:06:10 AM
this has sounded promising for quite some time.....

sounded is the operative word

perhaps these guys are going to piece some these tangents together soon and the results will be outstanding.

I hope so because this is needing a boost in recognition and price.

Good to hear everyones opinions. It seems byteball is way out in the lead at the moment.

I wonder if it will stay that way if we reach my goal of 5000 votes ... seems ambitious to get than many but you never know.
3204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The price of BTC has fallen sharply. Will altcoin price fall? on: December 04, 2017, 04:04:03 AM

3206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [NEWS] Coinbase hands over data to IRS on: December 04, 2017, 02:18:12 AM
im going to move to the UK

apparently fortunes made gambling on alt coins are non taxable since gambling is tax free there

others claiming their accountants submitted 28% cgt on them

even 28% is a pita but i can live with 72% not too bad. better to be less greedy and not end up in the slammer..

of course try the gambling route first.

Holland gets an even better deal i think

or jersey/guernsey could work nicely

3207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is no Premine so important to the value of altcoins? on: December 04, 2017, 12:57:39 AM
Well this is of course very important

How can you start a trustless decentralised currency if most of the minting or a huge % is in the hands of one person with no ledger.

They can control and collude to control the entire market.

Please do a lot more homework before investing in anything.

If there is a full transparent ledger this is something different but again it is hard to validate the spending is not to themselves or pals.

The initial distribution is the most important part for ensuring no scam.
3208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recommend a good open source coin to study for educational purposes. on: December 04, 2017, 12:52:31 AM
edit ... not sure

thought you were asking something else to start with.

I am not qualified to give you a good answer.

I would suggest maybe ask david zimbeck he is a python coder too I believe so perhaps he knows a good solution for you.

3209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IOTA on: December 04, 2017, 12:50:31 AM
all these fucking sock puppets asking the same retarded crap

BUY BYTEBALL IT IS BETTER

Find the iota thread and ask there ffs.

3210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 100K$ to invest! What would you do? on: December 04, 2017, 12:45:52 AM
Look for the REAL projects.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2479595.0

there you should put a good portion of any crypto investment
3211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ALTS are the next BIG thing? Add your Valid suggestion here now IMPOR POLL on: December 04, 2017, 12:27:43 AM
Who the hell voting for a Byteball?? Are you serious??
This is just a scam coin, that pumped every time before airdrop and dumped immediately after it.
Show me the person or real business who accept a Byteball every day? I can't believe this shit.

Waves are real, you can find a lot of tokens based on Waves blockchain. I voted for it.

I voted for Byteball. Get unblocked, Go mine yourself, we don't have to! Not a ICO but a community fueled p2p DAG Platform that can handle ICOs, too (example: www.titan-coin.com). For real world usage look for the (currently Micky Mouse) Buisness that accepted it like the Restaurant in Milan Italy or the Hair dresser in Japan (Google it yourself).

The no-mining DAG thing is a issue waiting to be raised! Look at the global footprint of Bitcoin in terms of energy usage. DAG scales and is fast as hell with one confirmation 100% certainty in under 30 sek. for sure. Yes Dash and Pivx are massiv, but Blockchain vs. DAG is like Public Bus vs. Private Shuttle. Got to use one to learn to love it.

Let's have a word on the airdrop and pump and dump. Because you are right, this was not clean. But I say the ones that pumped are still holding and the ones that dumped just dumped their airdrop from BTC. Thats my opinion and I expect you to call me a shill AND bagholder. I could not care less! It looks like a pump and dump curve and that is what you will see if this is all you know.

But crying I am. Crying that Byteball is deep under the radar. That people call it a scam. That they have never seen the inwallet Exchange(s!). Have not seen the fast confirmation times. Seen the inwallet chatbot(s!) and the fair lottery (inwallet), the sports betting or flight insurrance (all inwallet and p2p and implemented and working). This project is so substantial that it is a black swan among the vapour of other projects and their promises.

And I ain't even beginning to talk about the Byteball Blackbytes privacy thing that some will just call stupid because their mind is already to blown with Bitcoin and Monero to see what paradigms are not just possible but are already in use.

The great community is icebergstyle 99% not visible because it hangs out in Slack which is a major NONO for growth.

Regarding exchanges. Look at the brand new love-child made for Byteball: www.cryptochangex.com
Yes it cannot compare to the volume of bittrex but its tradeview (again you have to see it to be blown away!) is what a crypto-exchange should have looked like years ago.

I have to point out that more is in the pipeline (community development so no roadmap) and major holders of Byteball include Lisk and Iconomi (for obvious reasons).

The airdrop did hurt the price but strenghtens the community. The tech is prime. Love it, use it and word of mouth allowed me to get more of my friends to buy some than I managed to convince to buy BTC. For non Bitcoiners Byteball is actually very obviously a big step foreward.

Personally whenever I buy more Byteball from my paycheck I have to go fiat to Bitcoin, and then to Byteball. It kills me! It - Is - So - Slow - It - hurts. A crypto needs to be as fast as a WhatsApp message. Byteball, Dash and Pivx do supply. Dash is big already. Pivx can grow, so can Byteball. And IT IS DAG. Sorry this is not some thing like POW vs. POS (prisioners of Work/ rich piece of Shit).
One day you will actually read the Byteball whitepaper and might ... Just might .... See 😋😎

Yes yes to much text BUT: face it 2017 is Bitcoins year and Bitcoin has worked its ass off to get where it is now. It really deserves it and it had to withstand all sorts of SHIT to do it. Bitcoin is in such a state of group think that I cannot handle Bitcointalk most of the time. Bitcoin is currently a yoga-position bitcointalk cannot get out of. It is really stuck. 2018 is still EARLY in the crypto-age and bitcoin has already a place in history like email. A new generation is coming (Ethereum is a case in point).

While I am here I may give a historical perspective, too:
Originaly there was Bitcoin and it did CPU and that was good. Than the Botnet, GPU, FPGA, ASICs and Terrahash china electricity thing. And thats supposed to be "fair"! Fuckoff. Noone is impressed if you need that much anything to encrypt something.
Early on Litecoin screamed foul and said back to CPU and I didn't listen. Bitcoin maximalism. Shitcoins are Shitcoin -You know? Meanwhile Litecoin is ASIC, too....
But on the way the cloning and ICO thing was discovered as the major thing for profit.... 2017 - BOOM!

Now look at the DAG again and tell me: No NO there must be mining.... The solution is so elegant that crypto cannot even see it has a burning house problem. Why? Cause Bitcoin is up. So all is fine.

Wait till Byteballs low supply (Good old Bitcoin Canon) starts to manifest its effect.

Several edits: not native etc.

This is the kind of conversations we need to spark up here.

Real projects getting real analysis and different perspectives by different people.
3212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some of the big ICO's getting delisted from bittrex already? TIME.........OUT on: December 03, 2017, 09:30:00 PM
Bittrex has been threatened by SEC, they are delisting every token that doesn't demonstrate it isn't a security.

There was a communication issue with Chronobank team but looks like it's been solved: their lawyers are responding to Bittrex.

Perpahps TIME will not be delisted after all.

That's interesting and more like the answers I was looking for. ALways good to get the real reasons behind things.
3213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There are ONLY 6 REAL projects here on this entire board outside of the top 10?? on: December 03, 2017, 09:28:35 PM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2479595.0

I created this thread and yet there are no projects at ALL that meet the criteria in the OP ??

There are really only 6 real projects on this entire board that are not scams that are not in the top 10 that have real use cases?

That is totally crazy.

If true why isn't everyone investing in them then??

Surely there must be others??

Nobody can present even 1 other?

I think we should collate a list of REAL projects with REAL use cases.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2479595.0

if you want one added go there and structure your case for it to be added as others have done so other members can see why it deserves to be called a REAL project.

Waves and Sys are the only coins that I can agree upon. The other coins are just well...there.

Always good to hear other peoples POV.

Can you tell me why you don't think komodo, bitbay, blocknet and pivx are not REAL projects or that you dont agree.

There are no right or wrong answers. Everyones opinion is valid.

Have you examined any of the others and if so what made you decide they were not real projects or failed to meet one or more of the criteria in the OP.

I agree sys and waves are real projects so no argument there.
3214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in Komodo and Lisk? on: December 03, 2017, 09:04:35 PM
like komodo

lisk could be good but taking their time over it
3215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some of the big ICO's getting delisted from bittrex already? TIME.........OUT on: December 03, 2017, 08:40:30 PM
Forget about ICOs being delisted, users are getting locked out and their funds stolen: thread#1, thread#2, thread#3.

And 'ICO' and 'fair distribution' in the same sentence, really?

Anyway, Bittrex really stinks recently. I'm on thev verge of believing the theory by which they were hacked recently and this is their attempt to get the funds to get them back on their feet or they intend to scam people and this is their slow exit, like cryptsy did it.

Just look at the trust rating of the staff:

richiela (Bittrex admin - topic starter) :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=96390

ryan (Bittrex admin) :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=171880

Bill (Bittrex admin) :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=252559

PS: what's the point of promoting PIVX by attacking Dash AND locking the thread? I mean I love PIVX and am a long time holder but promoting it by attacking another coin is childish and locking the thread is even more childish. Either attack Dash OR promote PIVX but don't do one with the other imo.

Dash is a scam. Simple as that. If you want to debate that then bring it to my dash thread. This is not relevant here.
I don't want further mention of that scamming shitcoin here.

Actually i did take that onboard hence why i locked the thread and opened a new thread focusing on one without the other.

SO what is the  point of mentioning it after you observed I already took that very  action on my own council?

Attacking - do you mean providing real world observable events? is that attacking/? are you a dash holder per chance. Anyway you want to continue the discussion regarding my attacking (PROVIDING REAL WORLD OBSERVABLE EVENTS THAT TOOK PLACE THAT ANYONE CAN CHECK FOR THEMSELVES ) come to the appropriate thread.

Whist your there not here I will be interested in your opinion. Since you're aware of the thread why have you not replied on it.?

Do you not want people made aware of scams or something?

Notice the word fairer is not the word fair. These are completely different and I;m sure anyone following any of my post history will see i will always say POW with fair release protocol is the only trustless way to distribute initially. Unless english is not your native language you would pick up that referring to something as fairer implies that it is not totally fair and that the rest of the bunch are way more unfair.

If you wish to discuss dash bring it here

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2511190.0

this thread is not about dash or pivx.

Having said all of that if i wish to create a thread claiming PIVX will likely devour DASH because it will offer all of what dash does with superior anon  and no stigma of being a scam. I am fully within my right to do so and justified in doing so too. I just chose not to do that today.
3216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Some of the big ICO's getting delisted from bittrex already? TIME.........OUT on: December 03, 2017, 08:14:00 PM
bye bye TIME?

thought they would have had enough funds to ensure they stayed on there for bit longer.

or is there some other issue with that project?

thought it seemed one of the fairer distributed ones ... open ended big advertising campaign plenty of time and opportunity.

Oh well perhaps things didnt work out havnt been following it.
3217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: just find old wallet.dat on: December 03, 2017, 08:06:50 PM
thanks you , this was not clear since i didnt get into BTC since while ...
i even got 0 donation for my open source crypto exchange lol so i simply gave up ...

that's quite unfortunate if you really went to all that work to make and open source exchange and people that used it did not donate a bit of something your way...

3218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: just find old wallet.dat on: December 03, 2017, 07:54:14 PM
forgot to mention that the wallet is empty , still ok ?

well you wont get much sadly if empty
3219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BIGGEST PROVEN SCAM ON THIS BOARD EVER - MAKE A REPLY - KEEP ON PAGE 1 DASH on: December 03, 2017, 07:00:06 PM
Hi Cryptohunter, I like you more and more. First I was pleased by your kind responses to my questions regarding BitBay, then I read the threads about the legit crypto projects that are on this board. And now this. I guess there is a lot to learn from you as you have been around a while and it seems that you honor integrity over money and therefore only support real projects. As for newbies (as I am, although I read a lot and am also in crypto for more than a year now) it is really hard to distinguish scams from honest projects - I mean who would have thought that something like the things you described above can be true for a coin that is ranging that high on CMC (besides of bitconnect scam, but this is a mlm scheme everybody knows about anyways). Im glad that I didnt put much money in DASH so far. Its a pity that most people will keep buying even detected scams as long as there is money to be made.
Keep up this attitude, you got my respect.

Thank you very much that is kind words.

Thanks to all those that are replying.

I don't mean to single only dash out as a big scam (they are a proven scam) however so many noobs ( i suspect sock puppets too) are spamming this board with spam about dash that it needs to be clear what they are promoting.

Of course nearly 500M dollars for one hour of the dev captive instamining this coin and pretending it is a fair launch is bad. However to then slash the minting by 75% to magnify this scam is terrible. On top of that the masternode owners ( the dev has so many and so do other whales who got in early on the scam) take coins from miners and they make all the choices too.

It is disgusting.

Roger Ver is a big investor in scams like this and other scams. SO be aware of him too.

I would like Roger (who does have an account here) come and explain why he chose to invest into a proven scam.

But anyway thanks to all who will reply here and keep this on page one as a warning to all new persons here.

Of course if people want to invest in this and try to benefit from a known scam that is up to them but it is important innocent investors are not duped.
3220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dash — currency of the future? on: December 03, 2017, 05:57:15 PM
Dash is likely to take one of the key positions as it has programmatic advantages and a good marketing strategy and I think it has every chance of becoming the currency of the future: decentralization, anonymity and a high level of protection. It has already shown growth after the upgrade, and I think this is not the limit

I think 2018 will be as interesting for Dash, as 2017 .... specially as Dash Evolution (major Dash update) will take shape.

stop avoiding the pertinent points here scammer

I'm calling you here and now a scammer. Defend yourself stop running away.

To refute that you are a scammer you need to disprove the observable real world events I have posted here for you 100's of times which you are lying and saying is fud from a troll..

This makes you a scammer until you prove the real world events did not take place.

SO yes that makes you a liar and intentional scammer. I think you should have your account flagged and given scammer tag.

Now scammer defend yourself running away just makes you seem an obvious scammer to all accept dasher and sock puppets.

You are knowingly promoting a scam as I have illustrated with real world observable events. What do you say. I will be encouraging people to review the evidence and decide if you should be flagged as a scammer for lying constantly about them saying they did not happen.

You have been promoting knowlingly a scam for too long it is time for this to stop from you specifically. Where is tao that other scammer too?

What are you talking about? Are you dreaming or something?

Try reading my post again and then employ your full capacity to  understand.

I am presenting observable real world events that anyone can see for themselves. How do you relate this to a dream?

Is this all dash scammers have left?

You too can dream this dream called reality if you want you just have to try harder.

You noticed that scammer qwizzie vanished now? where is he ...?

When he returns he will no doubt have no rebuttal for the proof I have posted here for all to review.
