i was talking about that too but your talking about the effect and the need to support.. i was talking about the cause
scrol down to this second of that link "Link between conflict and food security Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Qu Dongyu highlighted " click the word highlighted
and read more about the cause.
and then realise its got nothing to do with americans wanting haircuts and go skiing while spending the evening in a bar.. which is the thing america are complaining about
.. the reason i point it out is because conspiracy guys are trying to use african conflicts and pretending the reason of the conflicts are corona isolation laws/rules. its not. its about farmer day labourers losing their jobs and farms being left to rot
Yeah. Were on the same page. The coronahoaxers aren't really interested in what the UN has to say (conspiracy > science) so I don't think there's any possibility of a "oh...the UN scientists were right" moment. All they (science community in general) can do is try and convince anyone who will listen how to not make things worse - which is what I feel like they have been doing. Anything they say will somehow be twisted via tabloid => youtube => TECSHARE => bitcointalk. I was just trying to point out how it was being twisted instead of how obviously wrong they are to begin with.

yep you didnt read.. here ill give you a better exert. because your talking about the EFFECT of 'possible missiles'. not the CAUSE so here goes. just for you FAO’s experience shows that interventions supporting livelihoods and food security contribute to local peace, and broader peace processes. Because these interventions address not only the symptoms but also the root causes of conflict. And this goes to the essence of the Sustainable Development Goals that we work to achieve by 2030.
For example in the Sahel: This has been particularly the case for pastoral and agropastoral communities, whose livelihoods have been increasingly eroded in the Sahel and elsewhere.
In West Africa and the Sahel, livestock production contributes up to 44 percent of agricultural GDPs.
But marginalization and neglect of pastoral communities, as well as the depletion of natural resources on which they rely, left them exposed.
In many areas, the relationship between farmers and pastoral herders, which was once cooperative, has become confrontational as they compete over the same scarce resources. but the point is. american haircuts and leisure activities do not compare to the real world big issues happening an ocean away on another continent I was talking about this article: "As famines of ‘biblical proportion’ loom, Security Council urged to ‘act fast’" https://news.un.org/en/story/2020/04/1062272Noting that WFP is the “logistics backbone” for humanitarians and “even more so now for the global effort to beat the COVID-19 pandemic”, the WFP chief urged the Council to “lead the way”.
“First and foremost, we need peace”, he said.
He asked that all involved in the fighting provide “swift and unimpeded” humanitarian access to vulnerable communities and for coordinated action to support life-saving assistance, along with $350 million in new funding, to set up a network of logistics hubs to keep worldwide humanitarian supply chains moving.

actually the 'armed conflict' is a misdirect. the big agra just gave up farming, deciding to take government handouts instead. so they sent people home. making them angry. they didnt pesticide crops, they just left them to go wild and let the insects take it over.
so yea alot of angry people that are not getting paid, and soon not getting fed. but you gotta look at the cause. the conflict is not the trigger.. the conflict is the bullet wound i was explaining the real trigger. but if you dont like the big picture being explained. well stay with the small picture
anyway. using the situation in africa as a excuse why america should be allowed to go on vacations and have hair cuts does not even come close to a comparison enough.
sorry america. but you just gotta stop being selfish and think about al the people you are coming into contact with when your doing your protests and realising your raising the risk of spreading covid. and actually causing isolation requirements become more required
The tldr of the UN article was "Dear World Leaders: If the missiles start flying in the middle east right now, 100 million extra people will probably starve to death." But they mentioned "biblical famine" so now it's click bait to trigger all the coronahoaxers.

Faucci and Brixx, and most of the guys he brings into the briefings are great. The science community seems to agree that Fauci is one of if not the most qualified person in the world when it comes to infectious diseases. Pence also does a great job.
I watch a decent chunk of most of the briefings though, and when Trump is off script or taking questions, it's just a shit show. He regularly contradicts the experts about things they're experts in and just says the most mind blowingly stupid things - it's like he's torn between the corona hoaxers and science so he just bounces back and forth so that in the end he'll be able to claim victory no matter what. But yeah, it does seem to be working - but everything is so weird right now it's tough to figure out what the country is actually feeling.
Today was real funny to watch. I only got to catch a few moments because I was working from home. However, he suggested to the expert that since bright light/uv light can kill the virus, they should invent a procedure to deliver the light internally. I don't think it is advisable to expose lung cells to uv light. Sure it might kill the virus, but it would also kill whatever living lung cells the person has left. I'm not a doctor though. So maybe I am totally wrong. Yeah he watched on presentation on how long the virus lasts on doorknobs or counters in various conditions when he suddenly had an idea. We know the virus doesn't last as long with light or clorox or lysol - so...just put the light or clorox or lysol inside someone who's infected. https://twitter.com/joshtpm/status/1253451487415619586?s=20BADecker has been posting the clorox cure for months now.

I think Trump could take all 50 states, I really do.
I guess anything is possible - he'd have to use military force or find some other way to stop ~50 million Americans votes from counting though. On the other hand, Trump has been front and center for months now, and it's not looking like that'll slow down any time soon. Love him or hate him, agree with his policies or not, he's been working his ass off to mitigate the damage of this pandemic. He has a free spot light, every day, for hours. Even his critics can't help but commend him. His Task Force team is mostly respected and revered, and even the Pence is looking like a better leader than Biden.

In case anyone doesn't need Tim Pool to explain a click bait dailymail article that misrepresented a UN article, here's the UN article (instead of sources Tim Pool likes to stick with only links to donate or buy his T shirts) "As famines of ‘biblical proportion’ loom, Security Council urged to ‘act fast’" https://news.un.org/en/story/2020/04/1062272yep. while americans complain about their hair. other real issues are not talked about like the lack of prolonged underfunding of hospitals to not have them prepared and bufffered to cope in an emergency epidemic/disaster that while airline companies send staff home on government paid furlow, the airlines refuse to return passengers ticket fees. like big-agra sending people home and keep the government funds. yep if african farms continued farming. which most other countries are the issue wont be as big. but the big-agra sent workers home, unpaid due to them being 'zero hour contracts/day labourers' and not employees. so they go home unpaid. while the management get free government money to not farm but hey i guess the story is how americans need their hair cut, while a youtuber sells t-shirt You two are some of the dumbest most willfully ignorant cunts I have ever run across. Yeah why would there be food shortages after: -droughts -floods -trade wars -early freeze just before harvest -more floods -pandemic shutdown for the winter harvest -pandemic shutdown for spring planting -everyone at home producing nothing -government printing money creating massive inflation resulting in a rise in cost in finite resources What could go wrong? You people have your heads so far up your asses I am surprised you haven't suffocated years ago. The UN article was about how an armed conflict could end up killing several hundred million more innocent people now than before the pandemic. It was basically a plea for a cease fire or at least make leaders think twice before provoking anyone. Crazy how an article can evolve when a tabloid writes about it and then a youtuber creates a video about the tabloid article, and then someone talks about the youtube video on a bitcoin forum.

It's clear that even if I manage in future to refund all the bankroll and bought all tokens back, with my own hard earned money starting from absolutely fuck all now, that you and the idiots on this forums still won't be convinced or believe it and will still brand me as a scammer.
Come clean about everything and tell your story from start to finish, including all the success you've had so that others can learn from you. I'm sure it's a hell of a story that people would love to hear and if you're sincere I bet some good opportunities would come from it.

Don't worry, this thread is all lies and not part of the story at all. The only thing that matters is people have been getting refunded.

Who do you guys like as VP?
At this point I'm thinking Warren.
She's also old and boring, but hey, she's a woman, and a lot of dem voters at this point need something to get excited about. And that thing is a first woman VP, and a first woman P if Biden croaks (which, let's admit, is a real possibility in the next 4 years).
She also has name recognition which Harris and Klobuchar don't really have (even though they were also in contention for a while).
As far as the election is concerned, let's hope they scrap the debates. Biden would get trounced by Trump. And I'm saying this as someone who thinks Trump is somewhat retarded.
The best thing Biden has going for him is he's not Hillary Clinton. He's somewhere between a bag of cheese sitting in the sun and Hillary Clinton as far as electability is concerned, and that may just be enough to win the presidency of the most powerful nation on earth, given who he is up against.
It's looking more and more like it's going to come down to WI so Amy? I'm assuming that people in WI would like her bc she's from MN, could be wrong about that. She'd probably help him more than Warren or Kamala with PA and MI also, and If he can win PA MI and WI he'll probably win. Trump could take FL GA AZ NC and flip NV NM or CO and still lose. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.gyazo.com%2F2164ad6f51d7356bee6e32135be997d3.png&t=663&c=f77YSuvKhDuQ4w)

Little update on the Plandemic: Lockdown | Died per Million | | | No Lockdown | Died per Million | San Marino | 1179 | | | Sweden | 192 | Belgium | 560 | | | Iceland | 29 | Andora | 479 | | | Guyana | 9 | Spain | 474 | | | Belarus | 6 | Italy | 415 | | | Latvia | 6 | France | 327 | | | Belize | 5 | UK | 267 | | | Uruguay | 3 | Netherlands | 237 | | | Brunei | 2 | Switzerland | 174 | | | Cameroon | 2 | Ireland | 156 | | | Indonesia | 2 | US | 144 | | | Jamaica | 2 | Luxemburg | 128 | | | Japan | 2 | Monaco | 76 | | | Singapore | 2 | Portugal | 77 | | | Equatorial Guinea | 0,7 | Denmark | 66 | | | Hong Kong | 0,5 | Iran | 65 | | | Taiwan | 0,3 | Germany | 63 | | | Zambia | 0,2 | Canada | 52 | | | Bhutan | 0 | Slovania | 38 | | | Cambodia | 0 | Estonia | 34 | | | Macau | 0 | Equador | 29 | | | Maldives | 0 | China | 3 | | | St Vincent G. | 0 |
Ummm what's your definition of lockdown? Most of the countries in the right column have similar rules in effect as most of US. Not that it really matters. You're comparing countries with under 100k people to countries with tens or hundreds of millions. (or 1b+). Go back and look at some of the other sorted lists you've posted here in the past 3 months. Remember when you just kept posting total deaths by country, reverse sorted, including all the zeros? Why did you stop doing that right around the middle of march? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5220206.msg54005294#msg54005294![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.gyazo.com%2F0333a2c394da7e0596ef186ecba503d6.png&t=663&c=LnUbMVWz4zmlRQ) Was it because the numbers just kept going up exponentially? San Marino, Monaco, Andora, Luxemburg... high population countries, yeh right. It is per million in case you did not see. San Marino is really just a small town (~40k) in Italy (60 million). So...are you saying that you think the deaths are coming as a result of lock downs? For example, in Italy, the number of deaths shot up right after they locked the country down. Does that make you think those deaths happened because of the lock down?

I was pretty surprised to see the cash payments and unemployment only make up ~30% of the stimulus package combined. (closer to 20-25% if you factor in they just added more money for small businesses) ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.gyazo.com%2Ffe8449411ad05e6ac9fcc84801bd40e2.png&t=663&c=5Kn-DHsKlVBQ3A) Edit: I guess technically some of the business loans are kind of the same as unemployment since if a company doesn't fire any workers, they don't have to pay the loan back.

i found the source of that image reading the article. the swedish health authority did advice social distancing and to stay 2 metres apart. some swedes follow the advice but they are noticing alot of danish people turning up because denmark is more stricter and they travel for the 'paradise'. but alot of people are not following the guidance. many swedes think they are being stupid and its only inevitable that the case numbers will rise because of it https://www.aftonbladet.se/nyheter/a/y3dad2/kroggasten-svenskar-ar-dumma-i-huvudetyep showing an image as if it shows 'covid is a fantasy' makes stupid people then take the risk thinking there is no harm just like the guy in ohio.. who then went stupid.. and then got covid and then died. "Last month John McDaniel, a 60-year-old from Marion, Ohio, wrote a series of Facebook posts in which he described the coronavirus outbreak as a “political ploy” and decried the “madness” of the governor’s decision to close the state’s restaurants and bars.
“If you are paranoid about getting sick, just don’t go out,” he wrote, adding that others should not be prevented from “living [their] lives”.
A few weeks later, Mr McDaniel died from complications related to Covid-19, becoming one of more than 40,000 Americans to have perished from the disease. In his obituary, his family requested that “everyone continue practising social distancing to keep each other safe”. "
maybe death certificates should be wrote 'died of stupidity' and have it wrote on their gravestone. as a lesson to learn for others I also noticed the image was recently posted on r/conspiracy by someones who's mad their parents won't let them out of the house because of a fake virus...lol I think it's possible Sweden gets through this relatively unscathed and don't look back and regret the path they chose. It could be due to their overall health, healthcare system, or some other random variable. They also could be benefitting from all their neighbors locking down. Perhaps if Norway, Denmark and Finland made the same decision they'd have run out of hospital beds and been forced to lock it down like Italy. It's a country with 10 million people with only 1 city close to 1 million. Using it as an example of why the rest of the world should just stop social distancing is pretty silly. You don't have to take my word for it though, we've got the best scientists and doctors in the history of the world - listen to what the overwhelming majority of them are saying - we shut down the economy on our own terms, or it shuts itself down when the hospitals and food supply stop functioning.

Haven't seen or heard Joe Biden talk in days, guy has literally just been off the grid. To be honest, he's probably putting out daily press releases and videos but who the hell cares when we're in a time of crisis and he can't put out a coherent sentence without just forgetting most of what he's talking about. I know people attack Trump for not being the best public speaker, and honestly in a WH press briefing setting he really isn't too good. But Biden wouldn't be better and we all know that.
This is literally the worst case scenario for Biden. Typically right now everyone is uniting around their candidate, but no one cares because of this crisis and they're looking to the current administration to continue to help.
It could actually be a good thing for him. He rarely opens his mouth and says something that gets everyone hyped to vote and often make the democrats just shake their head. Then again, Obama will probably be holding his hand and be the main event from here on out when/if any actual rallies happen before Nov. Bernie has been making a bunch of appearances and probably has more influence over the election than Biden at this point. At this point I have no fucking clue what's going to happen. Should be exiting though. Secondly, Trump is not a public speaker. This is well established. When he takes pauses, repeats words/phrases, and jumbles verbiage on public policy when answering questions to the press, it's inexperience in politics and having to make up bullshit on the fly, not dementia.
It's also just being old. Go back and watch some interviews of him from 20-30 years ago. As you age the muscles you need to speak don't work as well. Getting old just sucks. He's very experienced at making shit up though. When you're a narcissistic sociopath, lying becomes second nature.

Btw, there was a question to be answered about why do many users here still trust VOD even after knowing all of the above is true. Doesn't it activate your spidey sense.
He's been around forever and has contributed lots to the forum (scambusting and bpip). He has no credible scam accusations made against him (that I'm aware of). He shouldn't have doxxed OgNasty - he took it down and admitted he made a mistake - Now it's really just one point on the long tally of flame wars they've had. Og will never let him forget it. I don't think many people take TECSHAREs crybaby/troll threads about default trust seriously. He's been doing this since the first iteration when he accused theymos of creating default trust just to fuck him, followed by a bunch of mod conspiracy theories. They are just tons and tons of 500+ word TecShare rants that all say pretty much the same thing.

Do these links make you think that social distancing is doing nothing or very little?

Perfect. Now I'll go back to working on the blockchain.
You should start with addressing my statements in this thread first.... You seem to ignore the logic, and stick 100% to denigration. It’s not like he’s ever going to come out and say he’s a liar with no friends who can’t hold a job and is trying to get money out of this community any way he can while attempting to vent his personal frustrations on innocent users. What can he really say? He tried to blame his behavior on alcoholism, his lack of a personal life, a stroke, and used the coronavirus epidemic as an excuse for why he hasn’t responded to the many questions people have asked him. At this point it should be clear to everyone exactly what Vod is. My questions have turned to why there are members of this community that support his behavior. Jesus Christ. Even if everything you said is true you're still the one acting like a child. Go take a walk or something.

When I first saw his [plead] post from a few weeks ago, my spidey senses went off making me think there was 40-60% chance this was a scam and the whole thing was a money grab - after all, this is bitcointalk.
So I did a little digging. He made several posts several months ago (Nov/Dec I think?) that discussed the shitty situation he was in. I don't know if it was a cry for attention because he was all alone (what a sad thing to consider), bu it was clear that he believed he was going to die, pretty soon, OR if he (or whoever he sold his account to) was just going for a money grab with a valuable account.
He hasn't logged on since April 3rd.
We have the obituary.
We have pictures of his hospital board, bracelet and the giant gash in his skull.
Pretty sure no money has moved from any of his donation addressed since then either.
Is it possible the whole thing is a scam? Yeah. A more likely situation: is it possible he sold the account and someone is faking Brunos death? Yes. The most likely situation: He's dead.
I think he's dead.
