Liverpool is unbeatable all this time. I think that in this game they are going to lose points. Champions League games are coming and I think that Klopp will start being more focused on those games, doing some rotation in the next Premier League games.
I seriously doubt Klopp will risk losing any points in the EPL this year. There are three days between the match at Norwich and the match in Madrid, plenty of time for travel and rest. This will be an easy victory for LFC, and they are hungry for the points and setting records. If you're trying to convince yourself that taking the odds on Norwich is a smart move, nothing I say will stop you, but don't bet the rent money.

I found odd that Rivers is hitting free agency instead of straight out retiring, (...)
He has a lot of kids to support Lol, you aren't kidding. (See what I did there?) I had no idea he had so many kids, nine as of last March! I thought I was asking for it with four of my own. He'll be raising teenagers for over 20 years, poor guy! Good looking family, though. I wish him luck.
But on a more serious note, I often wondered why athletes torture themselves by playing up to their late 30's or even into their 40's and the answer is simple: They love what they are doing. And iirc Rivers never had any serious injuries, so he should still feel good playing football. Earning very good money with a thing you love is not easy to give up - even when you have more than you could ever spent probably. Rivers always gave me the feeling of really enjoying being on the field, so if he is still comfortable competing, why not.
You are right about him not being an upgrade to most of the NFL teams. The Chargers always strike me as a bit of a messy organization, so I would like to see what he could do elsewhere. But QB needy teams will just draft a new QB and the others are not really in need, because they have QB's of the caliber of Rivers already (like Broncos, Jags, Panthers). I've always liked Phillip Rivers, I think he's a classy guy, and probably one of the smartest QBs to ever play the game. He's always struck me as a Payton Manning type of quarterback, almost like a coach who suits up. I agree that the Chargers seem like dysfunctional organisation, and have been so for decades now. With Rivers at the helm it seems like they would have been perennial contenders if they had their shit together.
Also it seems the negotiations between Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys are going nowhere, he is simply asking too much money and while he has the right to ask whatever he wants at the same time the Dallas Cowboys can refuse if they think the price is not right, this most likely means the franchise tag will be applied to him and now there are some crazy rumours stating that Brady may be headed to the Cowboys, I do not believe it but if it were to happen it will be one of the biggest media storms we have ever seen. I don't think Prescott is that good tbh. He is a product from that very good O-Line and Zeke, but his throwing abilities I don't know. So I wouldn't pay him elite money. I would love Brady going to the Cowboys and think this is a team that fits his needs (good O-Line, good running game, good WR's) and playing style nowadays. But I would only love it for all the circus that comes with it The Cowgirls' biggest issue isn't with their quarterback, or anything related to their offense. They need to beef up their defense, have Jerry Jones step back from day to day operations, and give more authority to their coaches. I've said it before, but I'll say it again; I think the Cowboys' biggest problem is the owner having more say than the coaching staff, and the players are well aware of this dichotomy. I would hate to see Brady going to the Cowboys. I've always liked Brady and have been rooting for him throughout his career. The conflict of rooting for one of my favorite players while rooting against the team I love to hate might be too much. Not that any of this really matters. All the speculation about free agency in the middle of February is just that; speculation. There might be three highly experienced veteran quarterbacks hitting free agency this year; Brady, Rivers, and Brees. The players will be looking for top dollar, while teams are looking at them as a possible bargain. In most of these situations there can be a big gap between what the players expect and what the teams are willing to pay. After testing the market we might see a couple of these guys decide it's time to retire, or take a pay-cut and stay with their current team.

Hey DireWolfM14, where are those principles now eh? Lol, the ones you claim I sold to become a member of the mob? My principals dictate that I refrain from engaging in personal disputes which have gotten so heated that neither side can discuss the situation reasonably and rationally. I recon this is one such situation. So, I won't be asking for anyone to substantiate anything they say in this tread, because there is very little substance to either side of the argument. Besides, I know what you're really up to. You're trying to bully me into removing Vod from my inclusion list. Ain't gonna happen.

"violated members' privacy."?
Are you crazy? They themselves published their wallets in signatures and their profile, what are you talking about? All this data is obtained from open sources, on your forum, everyone can see and check if he wants to spend time on it. I did everything right and wanted to warn these members, the administration of this site could help them, send them emails with a balance notification. You are powerless to help these people, but you have the courage to crap here in the comments and write useless nonsense.
Yes, privacy. If you had any concern for your clients' privacy you would not have posted that list. You could have PM'd each of those members with your "concern" for their balances, lol. Sure, most recipients would have flagged your PM as spam, just like that thread you posted. But that's not what this is about anyway. You're a spammer trying to advertise your "service" outside the normal channels provided on this forum. Probably because the boards where you are allowed to post don't provide much visibility for your spam. So you're abusing this board to shill your shit. Now that you've gotten your answer as to why your other thread was deleted, feel free to lock this one because it's off topic for this board, and may also get deleted.

Yeah... once "libsecp256k1-dev" was installed on Ubuntu, after recompiling with build-wine, the Windows binaries automagically include everything required. I did not install libsecp256k1-dev prior to compiling the windows binaries, but I didn't have the issue with missing lightning button. Once I finally got past the other issues I was having, the software seems to be working fine. Seems to be working OK (at least on TestNet): Did you have to run the installer file to get on Testnet? I don't see that as an option with the portable exe.
I'm liking the new version, the gui updates are cool. The main page now includes a field for your password if you're opening an existing wallet file. Seems more streamlined, less clicking involved.

For what it's worth... I suspect that this is the issue: [image] There goes my opsec! If onedrive had anything to do with it, it's not an issue now. I'm able to run the binaries from the same directory. Something I did in Ubuntu seemed to make the difference, but I can't point to a specific thing. I suppose I could try to duplicate the issue, but now that I have the software working I lack the motivation. Ubuntu and I have a love-hate relationship. I like tinkering with the OS, but when I actually want it to serve a purpose it can be a real bitch. And just to be clear, I'm not ruling out operator error.

I heard the xfl was back, I haven't caught a game yet, wasn't sure if it was actually worth it's salt or going to be around in a couple of years. I'll have to catch a game.
Pretty much interesting to expect for more good games for this team, and this brings more entertainment to American fans worldwide. This is very exciting, since it's been a long silence they're totally coming back for good and many opportunities to come for those who missed previously. I'll be hoping for greener pasture on their career wish them all the best. With there only being 8 teams in total how are they setting up the schedule, I mean that seems pretty spare or will it be similar to baseball with multiple games with the same teams? They have two divisions, Western and Eastern, each with four teams. Each team in either division plays each of their divisional rivals twice; once away and once at home. They also play each team in the other division once, for ten total games. The two teams with the highest win percentage in each division face each other again for the one playoff game, then the two remaining teams play for the league championship.

Your other thread was deleted because it was spam, and violated members' privacy. You listed a bunch of wallets that belong to members of the forum, along with their names and the wallets' balances. You only did it to promote your service, and doing so outside the "Services" board is a violation of the forum rules. Furthermore, posting the addresses, names, and balances of those wallets was a real dick move. No one here needs you to do that. Assuming that those users lost access to their wallets because they haven't been touched for some time is plain wrong. Obviously you don't care about those people's privacy, which is a bad start for someone in your position to demonstrate. If you expect to attract clients, you may want to change your tactics. If you want to advertise your service and not have your thread deleted, do so in the proper board. I furthermore presumed that insults were directed at me, because I am the topic of this thread, wherein you have previously seen fit to call me a... complete buffoon ...as part of your life advice to me, which I duly filed in “taken under advisement”. 🗑️ The mistake is understandable, given my previous responses to your post. Just to be clear I don't think you are cyrptohunter, and obviously your English is good. As for any life advice, you weren't asking, and I wasn't exactly giving. In the future I'll refrain from using a cutting tone in my response, and if you happen to find something that may be gleaned as "life advice," you're welcome to it.

Fixed. Sorry for the oversight, @jackg.
I also updated the OP to include a couple of lenders, one old and one new. @irfan_pak10, welcome back. @magneto, welcome to the list. Best of luck to both of you.

Thanks to Nutildah for hosting last season's NFL thread, that was a lot of fun. I've decided to start this thread as a general discussion for anything relating to American Football. Feel free to discuss anything related to the NFL, free agency, the draft, the new XFL league, college football, gambling, or whatever might be related to football.
I've had the XFL games on the TV while doing some work around the house, not paying close attention, but checking out the big plays. It's actually not bad at all. The players are mostly selected from those who barely didn't make it onto NFL teams' 53-man rosters. Some were on NFL practice squads as well. Many are definitely good athletes, and look like they could easily play in the NFL. There are some different rules that make the games flow a bit faster, which means fewer commercials. They also allow three options for the extra-points try following a touchdown which are pretty interesting. Overall, I think this one of the better attempts I've seen to compete with the NFL. Previous attempts to create a new pro-football league have largely failed because the quality of football wasn't there. If the new XFL teams can keep some decent players on their rosters, I think they might survive longer than one season, lol. Self moderated topic local rules; spam posts will be deleted.

I wish I knew exactly how, but I got it to work. On the VM I deleted the electrum directory, and compiled the code again. I had restarted the Virtual Box, maybe that has something to do with it. I also used sudo commands in the Terminal to copy the dist directory to the USB drive, instead of what I had done previously; use Nautilus in default mode. Anyway, now I'm in business.

@BitMaxz, thanks for the response. I had already tried scanning the executable, but Windows Defender didn't find any threats. I added the executable to the exceptions anyway, but the issue persists. I tried to start the program using powershell, hoping to get more information, and I got this error: Program 'electrum-3.3.8-1481-g7bd29ed8f-portable.exe' failed to run: The specified executable is not a valid application for this OS platform. At line:1 char:1 + C:\Users\DireWolfM14\Desktop\dist\electrum-3.3.8-1481-g7bd29ed8f-p ... + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~. I didn't mess with the signatures after compiling the binaries, so the check sums are certain to be unverifiable. Would that prevent the program from starting?

I'm late but it's a sum of any chip value.
So it's more what you send module base chip (in this case 0.001).
Someone translated my script into java script and placed it somewhere, it'd be interesting if anyone finds it as it might be useful for other users here (I can bookmark the post then too).
I thought it was simply that anything under 0.001 gets donated. For example; if I send 0.1029 I'll get "chips" worth 0.102, and forgo the 0.0009. But if I send 0.102 then I still get 0.102. Am I mistaken, is it not that simple?

I'm sure there are users who post more often than that in the gambling section for their own gratification. Absolutely, and many are good contributors. I can't see myself ever going for a gambling campaign simply because I have less than nothing to say on the subject. More power to those who can. When I was invited by the campaign manager to join the Sportsbet.io campaign I had my reservations because I don't gamble, and felt the same way. I rarely ventured into the gambling sections, never posted there. The campaign manager told me he was aware of my post history, and the requirement to post in the gambling boards doesn't apply in my case. But, being the guy I am, I went venturing into the gambling section anyway, and before long found myself talking about sports which I enjoy following. I've found many users who's posts I've enjoyed in other sections of the forum, and they make equally good posts in the gambling boards as well. I've had good time discussing my favorite sports team as they made their way to the championship game, which wasn't something I expected. As for the campaign mentioned in the OP, yeah great pay rates, but it's not for me.

I don't get the reasoning behind this. Why is blockstream wasting time and money developing this into their app? Bockchain.com has a very similar feature, where you can use a hardware wallet as a 2FA device. Odds are anyone who owns a ledger has the understanding that he has sole control over the funds held in his wallet. So why would he choose to use what is essentially a custodial wallet and relegate his hardware wallet to a 2FA device? It makes no sense.

Hello all, I want to play with Electrum 4.0.0a0, the alpha version of their new wallet with lightning capabilities. So, I've been trying to compile the windows binary files using a VirtualBox running Ubuntu 18.04.3. I installed the minimal OS version on a 32GB hard drive, gave it 2 cores and 4GB of ram. To compile the binaries I pretty much copied and pasted the terminal commands from here, and here. I've tried it twice, the second time making sure to install all the required tools before running the commands to compile the binaries. I can run Electrum in the Ubuntu environment, but the Windows binaries give me the following errors. I'm mostly interested in the portable version, but all three binary files result with the same errors: Double click the binary: Try to run it as administrator: The file properties seem normal: All the comands I used to install the required tools: sudo apt update sudo apt-get update sudo apt install git sudo apt-get install python3 sudo apt-get install python3-pyqt5 sudo apt-get install python3-setuptools sudo apt-get install python3-pip sudo apt-get install curl sudo apt-get install protobuf-compiler curl -fsSL https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu/gpg | sudo apt-key add - sudo add-apt-repository "deb [arch=amd64] https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu $(lsb_release -cs) stable" sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install -y docker-ce
The commands I used to compile the binaries: git clone git://github.com/spesmilo/electrum.git cd electrum git submodule update --init python3 -m pip install .[fast] protoc --proto_path=electrum --python_out=electrum electrum/paymentrequest.proto sudo docker build -t electrum-wine-builder-img contrib/build-wine FRESH_CLONE=contrib/build-wine/fresh_clone && \ sudo rm -rf $FRESH_CLONE && \ mkdir -p $FRESH_CLONE && \ cd $FRESH_CLONE && \ git clone https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum.git && \ cd electrum git checkout $REV sudo docker run -it \ --name electrum-wine-builder-cont \ -v $PWD:/opt/wine64/drive_c/electrum \ --rm \ --workdir /opt/wine64/drive_c/electrum/contrib/build-wine \ electrum-wine-builder-img \ ./build.sh
Any help would be much appreciated.

Massive game for our boys Watford today, I really hope they get a victory. Come on you fucking Hornets! Looking good so far. Thirty minutes left and Watford is making some strong stances. Brighton has been hoarding the ball, and taken quite a few wild shots, but have any been on target? With ManU and LFC coming up this might be our last chance at some points for the whole month. Lets hope they can hold on. Lets go Hornets!

NFL Films uploaded a pretty nice narrated video dedicated to that unfamous 3 and 15 play. Good watch even if you are not Chiefs fan. I tried to watch, but it's still too painful. I'll try again after the 9ers' first win next season.
The microphone is inside the player's helmet? I guess they can make them small enough to not get in the way of anything. Weird. Like tyKiwanuka said they are in the shoulder pads. QBs and a designated Defensive player have speakers in there helmet, but I believe they don't have microphones. The intent is that coaches can send playcalls or coverage instructions onto the field. It's not meant to be a two way communication system, so it's not about the size of the microphone. If I can stick a tiny blue tooth system into my motorcycle helmet, I'm sure the NFL could figure it out.
Well, it looks like there's a methadone program to offset NFL withdraws: The XFL is back with 8 teams, a 10-week regular season schedule, and two weekend worth of championships. I spent a little time going through some of the rosters, but I don't recognize any of the players. That's not necessarily a bad thing. I'd rather see a bunch of new young players than washed up NFL players. I do recognize some of the coaching names, so that's good. I've added the games to my DVR, I'll report back once I've had a chance to watch them. https://www.xfl.com/
