3361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Pool][Profit-Switch][Optional Auto-Exchange per Coin][Vardiff] ~ Hashcows on: January 18, 2014, 06:29:48 AM
While I was mining the pool spent about 7 hours on WDC and about 1 hour on DOGE, yet I made 10 times more from DOGE? And also, according to your calculations, I then made ~$5.40 with ~4300 khs in 8 hours? The whole point is that your pool is supposed to be more profitable than just sitting on LTC or something, right?

Your previous post before trying to bash me was bashing on another user who was mistreated. You're really not making a great case for your pool here. I will reiterate:

Avoid this pool like the plague.

Mistreated? I am clearly joking around heh, I even messaged the guy personally before you even said a word. I'm not going to argue with someone who doesn't know how mining works and is obviously out on a agenda. 8 hours and you are complaining about not being more profitable than LTC? Have a good time on the other pools.

Everyone knows me on IRC and this thread, I'm one of the nicest most helpful guys around.
Yes I just tooted my own horn Cheesy
3362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Pool][Profit-Switch][Optional Auto-Exchange per Coin][Vardiff] ~ Hashcows on: January 18, 2014, 05:09:11 AM
Mined for 8-9 hours with ~4300 khs to try the pool out and earned a total of 1.16 WDCs and ~11,000 DOGEs, an equivalent of 0.00051, or about 42 cents.

And this was after the pool admin responded to my concerns with "There ya go fixed up."

Either the dev(s) are totally incompetent, or this is a total scam.

Avoid this pool like the plague.

Well I was going to respond to you're e-mail but I guess you expect a response within 60 seconds.

Anyways I was going to tell you we could a look into our ledger to make sure things were correct but instead you post here and make some wild accusations. Also your math seems horribly wrong, let me do it for you since I am so "incompetent"

11,00 doge = 0.00594 BTC
1.16 wdc = 0.0005346318 BTC

BTC = 0.0064746318

what are you talking about?

Pool OPs,

I've went back a few pages and see users complaining about payouts not happening and not getting responses.  I have a payout problem also that has been going on for two days now and have logged a "ticket" to the support email earlier today with no response.

Ummm...wtf??  No coins in the cold wallets?  I gotta say I am underwhelmed by the responsiveness here.  I had to check because for a moment I thought I was mining at Middlecoin.

I don't bitch much.  I just want paid for my work in a timely manner is all.

Well we would pay you in a timely manner if you list a correct doge address!

Please go change it to a valid one and re-request a payout and you will be good to go Smiley

Nice!

Sent my first transaction through the site:

Also made a Sell offer but I believe I found a bug under "Price per coin" it won't let me type in a decimal, so I went to sell at .003 and instead it listed the sell offer at 3 BTC after typing in 003.

Update: I found that you must type 0 before typing in a decimal, I was attempting to put in .003 which didn't work but when typing in 0.003, it works perfect.

There is no way to cancel orders correct?

I could accept also format of .003, but for now only 0.003 is considered as valid.
To cancel an order, you create the same order with amount 0.
I am not sure that version that runs now on the website parses it correctly.

I tried to create the same order with amount 0 but after submitting the sell order I still see the 3 BTC sell order. Hopefully no one makes a mistake and buy's it on accident, though if they do I will fully refund them heh.

I will fix that parsing whenever I get to it (hopefully on the weekend).
Can you please give the tx hash so I don't have to look for it?

Alright thanks for the reply's fellas,

The address I listed above zathras is indeed mine Cheesy The one sent and received was with Bitoy when we were testing his wallet.

The transaction that I listed earlier: https://blockchain.info/tx/bf9d9904a3797a36b42213e45974c9ee5a7a759147fef79c1648dc62cdc13b19
I sent 1 TSMC over to address 1Bfg1HgA5fxxXpb3y5CmPvM47s321r2EA9 which isn't showing up on anything. Maybe you smarter minds can tell me what I did wrong here Smiley

So I believe if the 1 TSMC which was sent to my buddy was indeed valid then
my correct balance: 105.12380845 TMSC + 1 TMSC reserved.

Keep up the good work!

We are aware of a bug that users see their hashrate on the dashboard/stats page showing 0. You can see if you are mining correctly by going to you're worker settings page and there you should see a hashrate. We will be fixing up this issue soon.

"The minimum payout for any coin is 0.001 or the txfee, whichever is highest"

Surely this doesnt apply to 42coin too? 0.95BTC per withdrawal? What am I missing here?

We adjusted the 42 and RPC coin withdrawal TX fees much lower than that, as well as minimum withdrawal limit Smiley
Great! Care to share with us what you reduced it, to?

Sweet thanks for the quick response!!

Soo - to try and withdraw that will cost you! according to this from the site

Ok HASHCOWs - I am out of business with U

I think this is a great SCAM - mining for 0.003xxxxx BTC / MHs you can forget.

I will immediatley point my rig to another pool. I WILL NOT PAY FOR OTHERS ACCUSED LOSSES!

I started ion 26th of december - got 0.025 @ 1.4MHs - and stayed here since all your troubles!

BUT this is NOT correct what you are doing!

BYE!

Sure thing act like a child and make false accusations, it will get you far in life.

YOU act like a child and let pay others for your faults. This isnt a business anymor with you HASHCOWs

If i do not get back my costs of electricity you should act as a child and search for another buisiness . maybe you should sell icecram,,,

I am no longer going to respond to anything as an argument is doing nothing but wasting both of our time. I'll leave you with this thought, when you were making a great return were you complaining? No? Ironic that the pool uses the exact same formulas as before. I wish you the best of luck in the next pool you wish to join Smiley

"We'll give people another day or two, and then re-enable Payout Threshold payments."

Yeah, right. The same message has been there for a week now and threshold payments are still disabled?

"Worker additions or modifications are currently disabled. These will be enabled again very soon."

Yea, right. Same story.

WTF is going on with the pool?
Maybe they should just put up the old site and code that got hacked instead? Seriously, I'd rather have things done right than to have them vulnerable to another SQL injection or whatever.

This site is their business which makes the admins a very good chunk of money.  Its pretty sad to keep hearing the same old excuses of not having enough time.

It would be great if you could follow through with what you planned out a month ago.  Its not like your not being paid hansomly for running the pool or anything....

What is pretty sad is to think that we make a good chunk of money. I would love to see your logic behind that considering we have given ALL of our profits away to recover lost funds.

Eventually will we make money? Yes we will but we both have full time jobs and have families to support. Any free time we have is devoted to hashcows and we both love what we do here at hashcows but the time spent running and rebuilding the pool from scratch and all the headaches, the pay is no where near what you are thinking.

Funny thing happened - Yesterday I was too lazy to look for reliable 42 pool so I pointed some HR here and set not to autotrade 42. By some strange flaw there is also 1.000334 SBC sitting in on my acc. I am sure that I did not disabled autotrade on SBC not even for a sec. Nevermind, just to let You guys know. Keep up the good (even bit slow) work on site.

We are aware of that glitch should have it fixed up shortly Smiley

Also the coin switching for some reason is switching much more than we would like so looking into it.
