3361  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do exchanges steal your coins when locked out? on: October 16, 2021, 02:55:37 PM
Binance
You agree that Binance shall have the right to immediately suspend your Binance Account (and any accounts beneficially owned by related entities or affiliates), freeze or lock the Digital Assets or funds in all such accounts, and suspend your access to Binance for any reason including if Binance suspects any such accounts to be in violation of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws and regulations.
...
Except as set forth in paragraph 4 below, once a Binance Account is closed/withdrawn, all remaining account balance (which includes charges and liabilities owed to Binance) will be payable immediately to Binance.

Coinbase
We reserve the right to cancel and/or suspend your Coinbase Account(s) and/or block transactions or freeze funds immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your Account is associated with a Prohibited Use and/or a Prohibited Business.
...
You will be permitted to transfer Digital Currency or funds associated with your Hosted Digital Currency Wallet(s) and/or your USD Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court order.

Bitfinex
Such sanction may include removing or declining to post any User Submissions you provide, making a report to any Government, law enforcement, or other authorities, without providing any notice of you about any such report; freezing or confiscation of any Fiat funds, property, proceeds, or Digital Tokens in your Account (including any subaccount orany Digital Tokens Wallet) that you have on the Site; and, suspending or terminating your access to any Services or Fiat funds, property, proceeds, or Digital Tokens from any Digital Tokens Address or Digital Tokens Wallet. Bitfinex may, at its sole and absolute discretion, seize and deliver your property to any applicable Government, law enforcement, or other authorities where circumstances warrant or in accordance with Laws
Well imagine they do not have these terms.
Scammers and bad actors will try to steal from them and they can not protect the assets legally from the scammers.

I'm wondering if exchanges can cash in your coins if you get locked out of their exchange.
Eventually they do cash in your coins if you are no longer with them.
3362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 16, 2021, 02:53:07 PM
What a game by Salah, he really is among the world's few best players at the moment. Both the pass for Mane and the goal were incredible.
I did not expect such an easy game, Watford away is a tricky place to go. It's great that Bobby got his hattrick, he really needed a confidence boost.
I knew we will win the match but still I was hesitating in the pool to make a clean choice. But later decided to go with 0 - 2 wins. Who knew that it will be nearly half a dozen LOL
3363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: October 16, 2021, 02:50:22 PM
Liverpool hitting their form after international break immediately.
It used to be opposite. After international breaks we used to have jet leg and clueless but this is good for Liverpool. Poor Watford. Firmino was on fire. In last three matches including match against Porto in CL, he managed to score 5 goals! It was a good injury break for him.

That really was an emphatic win from Liverpool, they made a clear statement from the beginning of the game and they never went back on it.
Liverpool going under the radar is good for them. There are not much pressure.

3365  Economy / Reputation / Re: Assessment, user yahoo62278 [Yobit Scam Manager] look @theymos on: October 15, 2021, 10:11:10 AM
Did you really have to take my idea of choosing a topic title LOL!

My answer: I'm a bad person and you all and Yahoo are a good person and I'm helping you become Moreeeee... Gooood by giving you a target to swing your Justice Sword.
A bad guy will always feel better when he will be successful in creating problems to others. You picked a topic after two years which you know will interest a lot of users. It would be nice if your motive was right but unfortunately your heart is not in right place. You are defending a group of scammers (1xbit_official). You know the community is against 1xbit_official and is talking negative against them. So you found a good opportunity to change the direction and moving it on Yahoo. It's a nice but ugly strategy. How much you are getting paid from 1xbit_official? Yahoo might sold a portion of his reputation for few thousand bucks but I doubt you are getting even a 1% of that.

We have a problem here. There are only few I may see very little percentage, possibly under even 0.01% who enjoy their time being fair but most of us are biased by money. Telling a campaign manager not to accept a campaign where they know that he will be offered a large sum of money is like losing a spot (unofficially) in his campaigns.

Controlling span, doing quality assurance were just excuses. Mods are doing this job since the beginning.

Anyway, there are no point to stretch this issue any more. It has been dead two years ago and in life we all do mistakes. Let everyone to be in peace. You F off with your 1xbit_official.

I don't see Brentford causing Chelsea too much trouble
I thought the same about Brentford in all the matches they played so far in this season. But look what they have achieved so far!

Won against West Ham in the away match
A 3 - 3 draws again Liverpool
Wolves did not do much against then, won the away match by 0 - 2
Win against Arsenal.

Brentford are doing well and they are to get something in this season.
3367  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT] YOBIT exchange scamming peoples in their IB Investbox on: October 14, 2021, 01:44:22 PM
Hello!

when you read earn 10% daily it sounds attractive right?, But forget it totally
Price of every token in the Investbox will go down from 10% – 80% every day, do not try it

These Yobit tokens are generated constantly and sold by those who operate the exchange,
How long did it take you to understand the whole BS Investbox? 🤪
Yobit has bad reputation since the beginning it's know to all, nota secret anymore.

Side hassle: You do not need separate topics for every yobit features you discover LOL

We couldn't have avoided this topic since this question was started because of us.
Cut all BS.
You don't care about the community but your business only. Your problem is not to be transparent. Even after all these years your business conducting in the community is still shady. The forum does not run by your rules, but it runs by its own set of rules. Go and cry some other places where people care for you. Unless you show respects, unless you take care of the accusations against you, you will need paid guys SmokerFace to shill for you. You get nothing from it.

I can not remember the Russian sportsbook who bought an army of accounts in the forum but did they get anything at the end? No.

3372  Economy / Reputation / Re: Assessment, user JollyGood on: October 06, 2021, 09:41:25 PM
The trust system has been changed and I do not see there are any significant trade he has done (no trade at all) except creating mess all around and bossing the users he do not like.
You think that everyone who gave theymos positive trust feedback all traded with him?
I think it's nothing personal with Jolly hating anyone, he is just over zealous giving negative feedback to anyone who is related with any scam projects.
He changed latest feedback to neutral so I see no point in creating this topic now, unless if you or your ego have something personal against him.
The OP has had something against me for a long time for reasons I was never told. I never paid much attention to the OP after I felt their dislike, I had to un-ignore the OP just now to read their posts because my name was mentioned the in the thread title.
You are saying that I was lying when I responded to dkbit98 a few days ago?
He changed latest feedback to neutral so I see no point in creating this topic now, unless if you or your ego have something personal against him.
It's not about Iv4n drama, it's about overall JollyGood characteristics. Iv4n drama was just another incident of many so far. For the record, I do not have any personal aginst JollyGood nor I am driven by my ego here. Don't you find unsual against him yet?

Quote
It is quite possible there is an ulterior motive behind this facade/thread but whatever it is I would not consider it being created for the good of the forum when something like this would be created by someone that I do not engage with. I think the few times the OP posted about me or to me was something designed to let me know their dislike therefore I did not pay much attention to their posts.
"ulterior motive behind this facade/thread" - "I would not consider it being created for the good of the forum" - now do I need your permission/approval before making a post?

Stop fucking around with me and stop being a piece of shit. If any of my word hurt you in the past then I apologize. I do not dislike you or anyone. Why would I? Why would I bring unpleasant memories and torture myself emotionally? I like few users on WO, If there are any bitcoin enthusiast left then some of these people are actually have reasons to be in this forum, we don't spread hate but brotherhood love all around. Do you think some random nerds possibly don't have a day job or a sustainable business to live a good life pressing their keyboard spreading jealousy really deserve an emotional place?

Look at you? You are trying to defend yourself like a 12 years old kid. Look at the responses you made for others.

... therefore thank you (how nice and humble)
... I am trying to keep posting at least once per page (stop the bullshit, do you think anyone gives an F?)
... I would probably start a thread asking all campaign participants to kindly stop promoting a known scam (yeah you will, who else has such free time to do dumb shit)
... from my side there is an element of respect towards you (really! you did not get enough excuse against him or time to exclude him.)
... It just so happens that the OP mentioned earlier that efialtis excluded me, I checked this and it is true. (efialtis is safe for now may be or we would see him next week in your shit list)
All sounds like a defence mechanism of a teen.

Quote
The only time I recall that I engaged with the OP was with their alt-account when their main account was hacked and I was offering moral support to them and chastising the hacker but that is a different matter altogether. I think I added or re-added the OP to my ignore list after a short time their forum account was regained as I did not see any improvement.
Yes, you did and thanks for that but that does not prevent me to speak against the bad practice you are doing. I had another guy who used to PM me a lot, they needed good relationships with higher rank members so that they can earn merit and have them in their side. After he became a legendary one day he showed his true face. Yes, there are users who are highly motivated by money. Have this signature disabled, let the admin prohabit all kind of affiliate promotions, I think you will be with those who will escort others to find a new place to earn some pocket money.

Quote
The OP excluded me around the same time that mass signature campaign cheat (figment) who operated farming accounts and maybe still has them, had not been exposed by nutildah at that point (excellent thread). Figment sent PMs asking users to exclude me from their trust list, at least one of them directly told me so they were asked/told to exclude me otherwise figment would exclude them. Later when the farming accounts and signature cheating was exposed, I realised I must have tagged several of his sleeper accounts red therefore hurt his account farming and he was trying to affect others in to excluding me.

I am not saying the OP and the figment signature campaign cheat and farming account operator are connected in any way... nor am I saying the OP was or was not influenced in any way by the figment signature campaign cheat and farming account operator - I am just saying the timing of both acts seems within close proximity.
What is this?

What do you think I am doing here? Do you think I am fishing for merits? Does it look like that I am desperate for positive feedback from DT(1&2)? Is there anyone who can tell me I am desperately trying to build up relationships with them to be included in their trust list? No! I even did not care to tell others who have excluded me from their trust list after my account was hacked. It was LoyceV (appreciate it brother) once create a topic about it and I think I did not care much to tell anyone that now all fine and get me back in your list. No, I am not telling anyone now too. Please do not get inspiration from this post. I really don't need it.

I love my life, I love my three years old baby girl (actually after one and half month she will be three), I love my beautiful wife, I love my bitcoin, I love football and Liverpool, I love WO and I love positive minded people around here in the forum, although I have to admit that I am not much active lately but this is temporary.

I think JollyGood is a bit too trigger happy on the negative feedback. I thought the same about Lauda back in the days. In both cases, many of their feedbacks are justified, but not all.
You may well be right but in the following example I was not trigger happy at all. For example I wanted to exclude efialtis
For what it's worth: I comment was about leaving (negative) feedback, not about excluding users.
Make him happy and he will include anyone to his trust list. Aren't you JollyGood?

You have not defended yourself yet on how 35 times out of 41 you got them distrusted after they distrusted you first? Oh yes! Not retaliation, it's just co-incidence, am I correct?

You are trying to turn the table to me now and starting to accuse me by throwing stones in the dark with the hope of something might bring out from it instead of accepting the fact that you are overzealous on your feedback leaving. In fact you are misusing/misinterpreting the feedback system as well as the trust system. Admit it!

Maybe this will give a good insight to all. It took me freaking half a day (yesterday evening) to do all manually LOL. Please pay attention for the sake of the time I have invested 🤪. Besides I think this is very important.

35 times out of 41, JollyGood distrusted the user on the same week or later. I trust those occared at the same week*, happened after the other user distrused JG, at least it's safe to say after looking at the habit.
How often you distrust someone after they distrust you for some reason?

I would like to hear the experience of some of those users if they can remember their reasoning of distrusting JollyGood first.
I would also like to know why JollyGood seems updating his trust list as a basis of retaliation?

The whole point of creating this topic is to understand the motive of user JollyGood and re-assess his activity.
I would ask the above users to re-assess JollyGood's activity and understand his motive. I do not think he has a clear motive to help the community but to serve his personal interest.

Maybe we can go further. We can randomly select two or more users and can check their trust list updating habits to see if it looks normal when we will check the result against JollyGood. I propose check the list of The Pharmacist, suchmoon, maybe mine too, dkbit98, DaveF or anyone else.

I wish BPIP would helped. LoyceV and other few guys are good in this kind of data diravation. Maybe they can give us a quick statistics.

*BPIP used to be good at this page https://bpip.org/TrustLog
Now it seems you can not get everything in one page filtered by a user. It was better before and was surving the purpose. WTF BPIP team! 😘

You think that everyone who gave theymos positive trust feedback all traded with him?
Do you think theymos has a questionalbe trust list management or feedback leaving habit? If he had then today or tommorrow anyone will stand up against it. I have not found any yet.

I was not going to reply here
When you are forcing against something to make it right, you must know that something was wrong already. I guess?
PS: DaveF is not a F*****g shitposter LOL. Keep it up!!! 🤪

I haven't looked at any that he might have changed to neutral since I excluded him from my trust list, but he definitely has a habit of abusing the trust system with wrongly-given negatives.
It's not an easy job to find time and check someone's feedback leaving history, especially when the user lefts over few 100s of them. A few days ago I was looking at the feedback he left for others. It took a great deal of time though but I can assure all that almost all of them do not look good in fact like you said they are abusive nonetheless they are negative or neutral. I sense an ego conflict in him, which is not good at all. When he leaves a negative, he wants it to stay, and he makes sure that by any means he makes the other guy guilty.

I think JG's heart is in the right place...
He is very quick and aggressive, served by ego.

Do you think JollyGood should be on DT network? This question specially to those who have him in their trust list and left positive feedback for him.

The users left him positives are:

Coinfan   2019-06-29      Completely disregard negative feedback against JollyGood.
Like many other scammer busters, he is an easy target of retaliatory feedback from members who deservedly received negative feedback from JollyGood.
Like many respected members have acknowledged, he is making the forum a better place and, by warning other forum members, saved many potential victims.
examplens   2019-06-13      JollyGood is a great fighter against scam. We need more guys like him.
Coinfan   2018-11-16      Don't take his negative feedback seriously.
Anyone as courageous as Joolygood is, giving negative feedback to so many scammers and forum trolls (check below the huge list of members he gave negative) is faded to be victim of retaliatory negative feedback.
He is a great community member who has helped many victims of scams.
Javi_Anibarro   2018-10-04      A good guy,we need more this kind of guy in our community.
When peoples are looking for profit and money, but this guy does not do that. You can see everyday and everytime he's exposing scammer scheme in many thread. Not sure why this guy is not a DT member yet
The trust system has been changed and I do not see there are any significant trade he has done (no trade at all) except creating mess all around and bossing the users he do not like. Not questionting directly anyone individually but in general, do we really need to leave so many positive feedback to him? I see all those feedback can be fit as neutral then why you all are encouraging him with these positve feedbacks?

After Iv4n drama, I had a chance to look at the feedback he left for users and almost all of them are controversial, filled with drama. More importantly they are some kind of personal view and if something does not fit his personal view then he gives users a red tag or then revise it with a negative neutral tag. I would ask the above users to re-assess JollyGood's activity and understand his motive. I do not think he has a clear motive to help the community but to serve his personal interest. Besides if you check his feedback leaving habit then you will easily notice that he is clearly misusing the current trust system.

Changed my mind for RR. It's now narrow.
After an outstanding last round I am struggling in this round. It seems DC has some marcy on me LOL
Only 2 points out of 6 matches to far.
