Update: Andre Onana transfers to Manchester United

Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1676960627796082695

Currently Manchester United has made its third offer for Inter with details of 45 million euros plus add ons of 5 million euros and it seems that this offer is still below the desired cost by Inter of around 60 million euros. I think Manchester United have done the right thing with their latest offer and it is possible that if Manchester United insists then the costs will be covered in a total of 55 million euros.

Inter should be able to consider this big offer from Manchester United because at this time they also need funds to add new players in various positions and considering that currently the only club interested in Andre Onana is Manchester United, I think they must immediately terminate the contract agreement with Manchester United because if too long it is likely that Manchester United will go find another goalkeeper.

I'm super excited the player also feels the same way about the swith to Manchester United, wanting to work again with Erik Ten Hag.
Manchester United shouldn't lack on this please, even if they'll keep David De Gea, I mean extend his contract. ( That I'm not so certain )
All hands should be on deck and make sure Onana is signed. The price for the shot stopper seems smaller than what Inter Milan expected but man's sure they'll get to full conclusion before 13th July.

When you look at the video clips of the Champions League finals between Manchester City and Manchester United, Onana did had the composure and confidence with his both feets. Hopefully this deal gets completely done.

Congratulations to Mason Mount for not just securing a move to Manchester United but also securing the number 7 iconic shirt number for a prestigious club like Manchester United. Much will be expected of him as the jersey number comes with much responsibility and expectations. I hope he doesn’t fall short but rather impress us all in this new challenge he has decided to take on.

So much would be expected from him, he has to give all of his best for the club and he shouldn't bother about these dump criticisms and critics. He's a player with everything needed in the twenty first century as a midfieder.
I wasn't expecting that number be handed over to him immediately, Garnacho would have been a better option for that jersey, why and what's with the rush?

One thing I'm sure is that, Mason Mount will turn up greatly Into the right problems. He already had his first day with United , getting to know each of his player's.

Brazil has officially announced that Carlo Ancelotti, the current Real Madrid manager, is going to take charge of Brazil from June 24, 2024. Carlo Ancelotti joins Brazil after a long wait Brazil have finally managed to sign Carlo Ancelotti. Brazil have been without a regular manager for a long time and we have seen the effect in the last few friendlies. Carlo Ancelotti is still almost a year away from taking charge of Brazil. I hope that Carlo Ancelotti will be able to bring the Brazilian team back to its former state after taking charge of Brazil.
This means that coach Carlo Ancelotti will not renew his contract in Madrid when it expires next year. He is a great coach that has won almost all the prestigious tournaments in Europe. Real Madrid will miss one of the best coaches in the world. The Brazilian national team will be waiting for him until his contract expires next year. But for the main time, Fernando Diniz who is the current coach of Fluminense will be in charge of the Brazilian national team until Ancelotti joins the team next year. I think that the focus of the 64-year-old Italian is to win the world cup with a national team. The Brazilian national team has not been competitive for a long time now. Maybe Ancelotti will be able to utilize the quality players Brazil has and bring the team back to its winning ways.

Immediately I got the update, I told the person beside me that, Carlos Ancellotti will win the FIFA World Cup with Brazilian National Team.
He already has a good relationship with some of the players from the brazilian national squad. Players like Vini, Rodry Goes and former Real Madrid midfielder, Casemiro who is currently a player of Manchester United.

He be available for them during the next Copa America that'll will be held next year. My Prediction is also for Brazil to win the next FIFA World Cup. Ancellotti knows how to manage players. He'll deliver as expected.

If chelsea can succeed to sign him it will be a great deal for the club, their attack will be more stronger and they will comfortably challenge for the premier league title.
That is if he does not get injured.

If I am Victor Osimhen, I will be very selective of the club I play for and will not just want to move to any club because it is an English team. He is already very welcomed in Napoli and has no complain about the team, the coach, the management of the club and the supporters of the team in Napoli, so he may not be too keen on leaving to just any club that he knows will be difficult for him to win trophies in. He has won one very good trophy winning the Italian league, it is normal for him to feel the urge to want to win more and will want a club that he can win in. In terms of the competitions that Osimhen will have an opportunity to win next season, Napoli will play in more competitions than Chelsea will, so staying in Napoli is also a good choice.

The only reason Victor Oshime hasn't signed for Chelsea already is due to the absence from European Competition. Chelsea, is the perfect club for Victor Oshime. He doesn't need to struggle so hard to fit in, African player's are well used, as we have names of greats who have represented the club gallantly.

Despite the fact that no player is bigger than the club, Victor Oshime, needs another level of football and that's not in that team, same goes to Khivicha Kvaratskhelia, such a player deserves to wear the Los Blancos Jersey.
The move wouldn'take sense this season, but immediately Chelsea does qualifies, Victor Oshime would be the number one player leading Chelsea's attack.

It is a fact that De Gea has been at Man United since June 2011, until now Dea is the only player to have won the EPL Title with Man United in the 2012-2013 season. He was plotted as a replacement for Edwin Vander Sar at the time of joining Old Trafford by Alex Farguson. It would be a shame if the contract agreement between De Gea and United Management could not be realized, considering that he has been together for more than a decade with Man United.

I think his experience, knowledge and consistency are very much needed in the Squad, both in play and in the locker room. It is very difficult now to find a goalkeeper of De Gea's class, he can be a real example for young United players and new players to be motivated in the hunt for the title. Ten Hag and management should be aware of this, as a form of appreciation for the player who has spent the longest time with Man United, do not renew the contract with the option of cutting wages.

David De Gea might not possess the goal keeping skills Erik Ten Hag wants but he's a top top player regardless. I'll miss him if he finally leaves, I believe they want to settle down for a new Goal keeper before making contract extension with him. He's currently marriage and would love a move to the Spanish League if they fail to get an agreement with Manchester United over a new contract.

Football has evolved, and when I say evolve, I mean the Goal Keepers are now more like midfielder's with football passing and possession keeping qualities on the both legs. To be honest here, David De Gea lacks that, Manchester needs growth and title's and if he has to go then, so be it.

We have some rumors this week about interest from Premier League in Mbappè.

PSG will do whatever they can to selling him there, they do not wants the player going to Real Madrid

The most unlikely transfer information that I heard about kylian mbappe is that Arsenal are interested in bringing him down to England. If it happens, Arsenal's chances of winning any competition that they play in will increase a lot as Mbappe can provide the same effect that Haaland had on Manchester City team to Arsenal. This is a very unexpected developments and something that I think will not happen. If Mbappe will play in England instead of Spain, it will be another club and not Arsenal.

It's okay to have wild dreams, but Kylian Mbappe will never play for Arsenal.
And if Kylian Mbappe wants to leave Paris Saint Germans, he should make his own decisions not to follow the role.of his mentor, yes it would have been a super dream to play for the Los Blancos but he rejected.

It's either he moves to Manchester United or Liverpool, they need such a big player in the club. More importantly, Manchester United needs a player like Kylian Mbappe in that squad.  Kylian Mbappe is only linked to Arsenal because they qualified for the Champions League the rest are completely speculations.

His style of gameplay also suitable with Sevilla, if Sergio Ramos plays for Sevilla then La Liga might be even more interesting, even though Ramos is already old but his contribution is not too bad. Moreover, Ramos started his career at Sevilla, also he has a lot of experience in La Liga, so for sure he might be able to adaptation quickly. Also Sevilla will play in the UCL, they need to strengthen their squad depth and Ramos is a good option.
Sergio Ramos to Sevilla? Well I would ask, how likely is the transfer to occur?
Sevilla need defenders, of course and if Ramos joins them then Sevilla's defense might be even better. Ramos is one of the best centre-backs who has represented Real Madrid and Spain in many competitions, of course he has also won many titles in his career.

Sevilla can submit a contract to Ramos because he has a free transfer status from PSG. Even if he is the best defender, his future is still unclear because until today Ramos has not found the right team for him next season. He talked about a new shirt when he told PSG fans to leave, but he is still without a club as of now.

Maybe cause he wants to stay around his family and not far away from home, else he should have considered a move for Saudi Arabian Clubs.

They qualified for the Champions League after winning the Europa League Competition again against Roma on Penalties, they need such a winner, leader and fighter, my problem with him are just too much of the red card he gets. Lol. Good move if the information is found valid.

Indeed, it is all right if Spurs set an unreasonable price tag for a top-class player and it is not surprising that yesterday an offer from Bayern Munich of around 70 million euros plus add-ons was immediately rejected by Spurs. It is now Bayern Munich's decision whether they are still willing to raise their bid or not and if not they will likely leave Kane in search of another good striker.

But considering the good striker options that exist for now are indeed very limited and the clear opportunity only exists for Kane but the transfer fee is beyond the imagination of all clubs. On the other hand, Bayern Munich will have to sign a good striker if they want to dominate the Bundesliga next season and it will cost them quite a lot of money to get new players.

Bayern Munich should improvise ad early as possible because the delay with acquiring him to Bayern Munich has now gone for too long.
Last season they struggled to score goals with Nagelsmann and also with Thomas Tuchel, they should be able to convince him early enough or face him face to face on holidays to join Munich.

If Bayern Munich fails to get him, then he'll finally switch to Manchester United, who I've considered to be his next move if the fee sent to Tottenham from Bayern Munich was rejected. Currently, the hunt for a sharp number nine is so difficult.

Arsenal is the only team that can compete with Manchester city as it stand, they have got the right player to give Manchester city a tough competition next season. last season they bottled the league because they got no good squad to rotate, every weekend it was just set of first eleven and they got some injuries issues too. But now they have a good bench to rotate and rest some players.

I don't think Arsenal is the only team that can compete with Manchester city in the premier league. They've got the right players alright, but Manchester City is far superior to Arsenal and this is just my opinion.
Admittedly, Arsenal suffered some setback due to injuries and lack of available players that could properly handle those roles. I still think Arsenal is a strong contender for the league cup along with Manchester United and perhaps Newcastle like you noted.
I would also like to see how Brighton would have prepared for the upcoming season. They had a somewhat good run last season and had given some big clubs hell on the pitch. I would like to see what preparations they've made for the next season.

Manchester United had rejuvenated performance with the arrival of club manager Erik Ten Hag, but man's not sure if they are capable of winning the Premier League tittle. They haven't made convinced signatures for players who had the winning mentality to win the Premier League.

Arsenal can win the The Premier League this season, Improved Signatures, but they shouldn't let Thomas Partey leave if Granit Xhaka and the youngin signed from Belgium ( Lokonga ) isn't ready to challenge and fight for the first first team. Edie Howe did a marvelous job, I'm rooting for him once more but not to win the Premier League tittle.

My problem with Chelsea is that they often play their players out of position with different players playing together while having different ideas and I'm not sure of the last Chelsea coach that have a squad or starting xi, playing in their rightful position and having one specific goal or philosophy, Havertz playing as Centre forward was the height for me, and every Chelsea fans blames a fish for its inability to sing, Mason Mount is just another player that you really can't place a specific attribute to, unlike Havertz who is very technically good player imo, but as No 10, or just behind the striker, while I would rather play Mason Mount as a LM, because he might not be the best individual player, he's a very good team player and players like that really cannot be attributed to just one skillset, but are pivotal to a team's general chemistry. That's why most the new Chelsea signing haven't figure their shit out either, there need to be an adaptive game plan and general structure, not just having 11 players on the field leaving them to just go figure it out themselves.

Thomas Tuchel really did this a whole lot during his stay with the blues, at most to the player Kai Harvertz, playing him ASA false rather than behind those winger's and striker.
He's pacy but not pacy enough to serve as a winger not even as a pure number nine player. I'm sure Mikel Arteta would definitely use him behind the strikers.

Mason Mount also, he was effective but during games you expect him to show up he flops, too much of the criticisms though feommthe Chelsea fans!

You are right, Inter is the most serious team to bring Lukaku they make every effort to get this player we don't know what the reason but maybe because Inter has no other choice and Lukaku is considered cheap and can be relied on. The rumors are Inter ready to release 6 players in order to secure Lukaku so we can imagine how important Lukaku for Inter even though the performance wasn't very good last season.
It's high time Romelu gets a solid future at Chelsea or he looks for a possible exits from the club. Romelu Lukaku has been an essential player for Inter Milan since his arrival, and the club is always willing to go the extra mile to keep the Belgium international. Meanwhile, Chelsea needs him to represent them at Stamford Bridge, and they are ready to support him. Inter Milan are pressing for another loan term for Lukaku, which Chelsea is willing to turn down because they have enough loan contracts for Lukaku and want him to work under the new manager, Pochettino.

I'm not sure Romelu Lukaku is ready for a return to Chelsea... There should be talks of him taking and accepting Inter Milan once again on a season long loan. Not even sure he's the kind of Striker Pochetino wants.
So far, Chelsea has sold player's they don't want for the new season for improve amounts, they're really doing good business after the huge transfer made by Todd Boehly in his first season.

Maybe Chelsea should consider making a player plus cash transfer for Lauturo Martinez and Romelu Lukaku. That'll be a great deal truthfully.
3392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: June 29, 2023, 11:10:55 PM
For Pep Guardiola to be interested in Kovacic, he must have seen something special in him that can help the entire squad. Nobody becomes a master midfielder overnight; it takes time, therefore I'm positive about Kovacic's future at Manchester City. He's not a horrible player, and he fared well for Chelsea despite their awful performance last season.
Pep is a good manager for any player, kovacic will improve next season. The excitement of being signed by the best club team in the world right now will get to him and give him a new burst of confidence. With Manchester City, he may not immediately become a first team player, but he surely will have some importance to Manchester City next season. Manchester City are the defending champions of the UEFA champions league, players will need to play at the same top level to defend the title, kovacic will improve to that standard.

I agree with you. Mateo Kovačić is unlikely to be in Manchester City's starting XI. And so Mateo Kovačić cannot be called a worthy replacement for Gundogan. Mateo Kovačić is a really talented player. However, since Gundogan has been with Manchester City for a long time, it will not be easy for City to fill his void. But City coach Guardiola is very experienced. He doesn't make match strategies based on any particular player. This is the reason why we will probably see a steady performance from Manchester City next season as well.

Manchester City will definitely miss Gundogan, his a player with so much technical abilities likewise tactically, meanwhile Pep Guardiola letting go of his best player's means no harm to City, take a look at Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Jesus and also Zinchenko who all left for various clubs, they didn't feel the loss if those player's even though they're solid players who was part of the first team. I can't wait for the season to kick off honestly, currently I still don't see any club capable of outplaying them in the Premier League.
3393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: June 29, 2023, 03:44:12 PM
Chelsea need to be much more active in the transfer market now. They even need to be the most active team among the top teams of the league. Because they have parted ways with many players in this transfer window. They will need to replace them with solid alternatives as soon as possible. They are in a rebuilding process in short.

Pochettino has a big responsibility to carry this team to the place where they need to be. Chelsea wouldn't target the league title for now of course. The first step will be to finish a season in top 4. They still need time to be able to fight for bigger goals after leaving a poor season behind.

Chelsea is selling players to make sure the roster is flawless for the upcoming season, but my advise to Chelsea is to check everything out thoroughly to avoid making any mistakes by selling a player they'll later regret. The squad should only concentrate on being in a better position so they can perform in the champions league; it will be beneficial if Chelsea doesn't compete for any titles next season.
Although selling players can help the team, and I think Chelsea has many players they can offload while still having money left over to invest in new, talented players, I would also advise Chelsea to replace the sold players with new ones who are capable of playing at a high level more than those who will compete in the 2022–2023 season.

So far for the blues, they've successfully let go of players that should leave, though, Kovacic I didn't see leaving, Kai Harvertz likewise, bit I'm not sad over the push out of Koulibaly, Loftus Cheek, Ziyech, as for Ngolo Kante and Mason Mount they do deserve to extend contracts with the club, but Pochetino does have his own plans. Hopefully selling all these players doesn't backfires.

More players are still likely to leave the club, Azpiliueta is another, But they honestly need to consider the purchase of Victor Oshime from Napoli. They need goals c'mon.
3394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 29, 2023, 03:27:36 PM
I really like Havertz and think he'll be great in this Arsenal team.
Transfer after transfer Chelsea keeps making even less sense, their midfield and striker options are horrible.

People might think 'OK, they will buy a few players' - sure, they might. But they cannot bring quality players without CL football so I don't expect them to fill these spots (Havertz, Kovačić) with better players.

Yeah, Kai Harvertz for Arsenal would be great, when I watch him play, who I really see is Mesut Ozil, They lacked strength but they're really both technically smart and tactically ready especially during big games. I don't really know Mikel Arteta's plans for the new season, but I'm sure they'll make a gream combo from Declan, Kai and Odengaard.

Chelsea has lots of players to replace, Brighton Caicedo would be a good replacement for Ngolo Kante. With Mason Mount wanting to move, still not certain though they ain't have agreement ( Chelsea and Manchester United ) Plus replacement for Kovacic and Kai is something that can't be replaced this season, they'll struggle if you ask me. They've not made good signatures after all the push outs of these players. The start of the season would be a bumby one, if they don't get quality midfielder's to support Enzo Fernandez.

Regarding Barcelona, they are still seeking a player to fill the Busquets's place in their team. They were trying to hire Marcelo Brozović from Inter Milan but since this player got the offer from the Arabian team with better money he can get, this won't be easy for Barcelona to hire Marcelo Brozović and instead, they are trying to hire Oriol Romeu from Girona which can be easier and cheaper transfer.

Yeah, recruiting a much younger player would be a great deal to replace Sergio Busquet who also left for new challenge else where.
The latter i don't know, not sure ( Oriol Romeu ) but Marcelo Brozovic? Very good technically also tactically, but I'm not convinced he'll be the right decision for Barcelona in the future. I was literally hoping they could sign Ruben Neves but unfailingly, he switched to the Saudi Arabian League.

I would love that see that sorted before the start of the Pre season, I really want to see Barcelona defending and winning the La Liga Competition once again.
3396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 29, 2023, 01:19:29 PM
Allegri did wonders with the many injured players he had, I really like him as a coach (as I like Spalletti) he's someone who works and doesn't complain and does his best with what he has
he's not like Antonio Conte who complained every day about something he didn't have
If you don't experience a point deduction maybe Juventus will manage to finish in second or third place in my opinion. This achievement was extraordinary and he made it through a phase where many players were injured, but with a makeshift squad he was able to end the season in seventh place in the standings. Allegri is a coach who can make players work hard on the pitch and his tactics are also very good in making the most of the players he has available.

Next season Juventus must set a much bigger target and bring in several players according to the team's needs which is what is really needed, in order to be able to compete again with the top teams in Serie A in the race for the Scudetto and qualify for the Champions League.

Exactly
considering how the season had started (very badly due to the many injuries) Allegri worked miracles
now those who don't understand anything certainly blame him, but those who understand even the slightest know that he is a very good coach

like Spalletti

Spalletti is my guy, two seasons ago I was a die hard fan supporting Napoli from the start not until Ac Milan leapfrog em to win the Seria A Tittle. Last Season they was more than good, hundred percent winning record wwws helpd for a much longer games played that I thought they'll. To Khivicha Kvaratskhelia, Victor Oshime and the rest of the team that fought so hard to win the Seria A, not to forget the fans and the staff's, as history was made.

Allegri ? Man deserves it, Juventus management really have trust in him, after the point deduction, they successfully got to second place in the table but was displaced immediately the point deduction came up again.
3397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 28, 2023, 12:50:50 PM
Milan will need to make some improvement in the squad for next season. Giroud has got quite old and I don't expect him to make the needed level of contribution consistently from now on as well. Origi has been brought here but he isn't even close to Giroud's level now. If he doesn't improve his game too then this can be a serious problem for Milan in time.

Therefore I would like to see Milan signing a striker this summer. If they want to play more competitive and consistent for the Serie A title then they need to make some important changes. Origi would stay I assume and Giroud has one year left on his contract. If they find a reliable striker now this can improve their productivity a lot.

Milan needs good transfers if they have a championship goal again. I think they will send Origi contrary to what you said. When Origi's market value is at a good level, they will send it and replace it with a better player. Maybe they can send him without expecting a good fee. Giroud may not be enough for next season. They should get a forward next to Giroud. Otherwise, they will still be behind Napoli. The transfers are not clear yet so I can't predict but Milan definitely needs transfers.

Considering that many players from Napoli will disperse to European teams, there will also be a loss of power in Napoli. To collect this power loss, Napoli have to assemble good players next year, as it did this year. On the other hand, reinforcements are necessary in Milan's offensive zone. Success cannot be expected in all lanes with Giroud alone.

Are in indirectly tipping Ac Milan for the Seria A next season, believe me they're no bad side but I'll choose Juventus over any other side next season.
Just last season or the last two, they have suffered enough though it was pretty boring to see them win back to back and back before Allegri left Antonio Conte took over not for Andrea Pirlo to mess up the club. One thing is sure, they're bouncing hard up next season.
3398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: June 28, 2023, 10:20:05 AM
Hmm I doubt Harry Kane will leave EPL to join a lower league like Bundesliga. I can understand La Liga move but I don't think he will be interested in other offers.
Real Madrid was a recent target that seems to pull itself from him. I don't recall other news

The media write something different. The first offer was rejected by the responsibles. It iwas about 70 million plus special payments. But Kane and Bayern Munich are said to be in agreement and Bayern Munich is his favourite. His contract still has one year to run and I think that if there is no transfer this year, he will certainly join Bayern Munich next year.

I've always wanted to see him leave for Bayern Munich, because they lacked a natural number nine since Lewandoski left for Barcelona.
If he sleeps on this movement, Bayern Munich would definitely look for other options to replace him.
Asides Bayern Munich, a move to Manchester United can also be a backup plan, he needs to break a record in the Premier League, he's so close to achieving that record, and I'll be proud he does that as a Manchester United player.
3399  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: June 28, 2023, 08:32:56 AM
I think Luka Modric won't go to Saudi Arabia after the end of his contract with Real Madrid either. I expect him to retire after having his last season here. He can even retire from national football as well at the same time. It just feels like Modric could have gone to a Saudi Arabian team or an MLS team maybe already. Because he is really old now.

Of course it is still admirable to see him being able to play for 120 minutes despite his age. We saw this in the Nations League you know. But he doesn't seem interested in going to a team outside Europe for now.

He should play lesser games even if he's capable of playing 120 minutes, I will want to see how Carlos Ancellotti infuse the newest signing into the first team, in place of Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.
The move to Saudi Arabia would have still made brains, Luka Modric has achieved it all to the top during his stay here in European Competition.

Winning the Champions League, The La Liga, Copa Del Ray, Super Cup, FIFA World Club Cup and also the Ballon d'or, c'mon, Luka Modric is indeed a legend. Second runner up and third runners up with the last two held FIFA World Cup? After the current contract signed expires, he can finally mamke a move to them Saudi Arabian League.

I still don't know the position of the Glazzers family regarding Manchester United, and the media hasn't say much about them either, been 6 family owned business is going to take a lot of hard times before they all comes to agreement to sell out a heritage to another person and perhaps again, there is so much to lose if they sell it out. This deal is long overdue, they should sell it out as soon as possible so that necessary things can be be done earlier, don't want to see Manchester United end the way Toed Boehly ended with Chelsea

I'm glad Manchester United had a great Coach, but this is the right time to backup the coach to sell flops and drop worthy players capable of fighting for Manchester United. Also, Manchester needs two quality midfielder's, so much delays with mount mason, I'd even want to see a move for James Madison over Mason Mount. Manchester United needs quality before the start of a new Premier League season.

Mount Mason deal has been suspended the last I check, but I think they can sort Midfielders else where, but they need more of defenders right now than any other player, they already have good forward attackers and Midfielders in a long contract but they are lacking defenders and also good keeper that will help them this coming season.

Screw the glazers honestly,, they've done more damage than good to the club and them fans, the protests at the mega store yesterday is a clear warning they are bkt needed around for the new season.

Yeah, Mason Mount deal suspended, I'm not fan to the player personally, but what I see is not what Erik Ten Hag sees to make him a top priority for Manchester United. But done, Mason Mount has a good record against top clubs, he's the kind of player that helps win big games. What I read is that, he'll make himself available for training when the preseason kicks off.
