Marseille vs lille is going to be another interesting match in the Ligue 1 today because these two teams have relatively good contending strength although lille stand a better chance buy I think Marseille is usually firm when playing at home so it's a concern for Lille.

We don't even know yet whether Sevilla would continue on their journey in the Europa League. But they are quite likely on one hand. If they get to the Europa League once again then my favourite contender for the title would definitely be them honestly. Because they have really been the most successful team in the Europa League for a long time.
I know there are teams like Liverpool, Leverkusen and Roma as other strongest contenders as well. Especially Liverpool would be the biggest threat to Sevilla in that case. But experience makes a big difference as we saw it from Sevilla previously in this tournament.
Real Madrid is the most successful team in the Champions League and they got humiliated by Manchester City last season. To me it seems that the achievements from the past don't help you a whole lot when you are playing new games. Sevilla has won it last season and that is fine, but how does that raise their chance or make them the favorite this season? My guess is that they may not even make it into the Europa League, but if they do wouldn't it be short-sighted to think that they are the favorite because of the title they won last year? They have a Champions League group that they should survive against PSV and Lens, but probably they don't. That's proof enough that they would not be the favorite in a competition where Liverpool and Leverkusen are playing. If they can't beat PSV or Lens, why would they be favorite against Liverpool or Leverkusen? You have a point from another point of view. Those winger's couldn't create goal chances for Giroud to score, with Pulisic, Chukwueze all absent it has been difficult for Giroud, for they're people that make that up for him. This was an unexpected result. I would say it was a disaster for Atlético Madrid. Las Palmas is a relatively weak team. On the other hand, Atletico Madrid were in very good form. Even though Barcelona also has superior players like Lewandowski, for me it is not enough to just rely on 1 player like other big clubs which have full support from other reliable players so I have the same speculation as you that it seems like Barca will find it a little difficult to win the Champions League title this season this is because after losing Messi Barca will not be as strong as before. For the Champions League ehh? I'm rooting for Real Madrid to win at the end of this seasons Champions League Campaign. Today's game was indeed interesting to watch. Starting from the beginning of the first kick off down to the last. I saw the performance of Manchester United and how they were able to attain victory before the end of the game. Manchester City won their match with so many goals. Am not surprised by the game because Man city remains the champions, regardless of playing a big team or a small team they always have good performance and try to win their game.
Arsenal was unable to defeat Newcastle irrespective of their performance today. This is a big win for the Newcastle fans as they secured a win on their home.
Manchester united did a miracle in this game to secured a good points from Fulham who was trying to use home advantage to stop Manchester united not to win the game but Manchester united players applied some tactics that made them to breakthrough into victory at the end of the game. If not that the first goal Manchester united player scored in the 8 minutes was not counted, it would have be 0:2 but the referee cancelled the goal because of the offside the player involved himself at the moment but Manchester united didn't allowed that challenge to bring them down than to continue good display through out the game to achieved the winning goal 0:1. It was a tough game for Arsenal in the home of Newcastle that made the game to ended up in the favour of Newcastle 1:0 to beaten Arsenal to drop their points because, Arsenal didn't take a good step on time in the beginning of the game. That was indeed a late miracle from Bruno Fernandez for the game was already signaled to end a draw at the end. Manchester United fought till the end it wasn't over until it was over. I was watching the Girona game just now and I’m impressed. They’re top of the table and playing some beautiful football while at it. Hope they’re able to sustain it. They’re three points clear at the top as we speak. I think their style of play is beautiful, they deserve where they are. This club is going to go far this season, if Real Madrid or Barcelona doesn't win the league then I'm backing Girona to do it. There’s something about them that I like. They’re Putting pressure on Real Madrid, and it’s not just a narrow win but they score lots of goals too.

Kylian Mbappe can do things underground but they should not be found open. Real Madrid are only being respectful as professionals should be.
