Changelog:- Removed dogshit DGW (Dash retargeting is fucking terrible and is no longer used in NEON)
- NEON now uses VRX/Velocity Retargeting. Blocks will be much more reliable and chain will not get stuck anymore
- Masternode Percentage changed to 90% of block reward (removed gradual increase and moved it up to an earlier block)
All changes will be live starting from Block 6800. Provided these specs live up to expectations, there will not be another mandatory update until Q2-2019, when we introduce governance, voting, funding rules, and more improvements aimed at MasternodesYes, it's fast, but desperate times call for desperate measures to fix a sputtering blockchain. I see significant improvements in the functionality of the project system
this is a good indicator of development
I think, the team is struggling to popularize its project and improve it for us
I think these improvements will be good until we get to the added functionality of Masternodes (in addition to coin generation, they can be used for many other things) |
