341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 will be the year of Altcoins exploding. on: January 23, 2018, 10:26:50 PM
I agree that 2018 will see a lot of altcoin action, many of the old coins such as DIME, POP, PIGGY are all making a comeback and if you can find any coin which is close to 1 sat that is still active with development now would definitely be the time to buy as I predict we will see many of the sub 10 sat coins pushing at least 10 x in the near future as people coming into crypto will be looking for cheap coins to make maximum profit.

There have been so many ICOs the end of last year and this year so far, I think it will be interesting to see what % of these actually launch and survive an initial pump and dump.

But yes 2018 will be a great year.
342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you watch the price of your altcoin everyday? on: January 23, 2018, 10:19:13 PM
I agree with you, do not watch your price all the time it can be very unhealthy...you need to do something productive instead. You can set an alarm for your when the price hit your target on blockfolio
I agree it can be quite unhealthy mentally to be checking constantly, I am guilty of this and am thinking about weening myself off the constant blockfolio swiping up and down, setting alarms could the best idea.

343  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain technology on: January 23, 2018, 05:29:55 PM
I agree with you in that 2017 saw a lot of attention on the technology behind bitcoin and how it can be useful.  I think this year this interest will grow and we will see many of our existing comoany using blockchain whether they announce it or not.
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🔴 🔴 🔴 Attention: KYC for Bounties 🔴 🔴 🔴 on: January 23, 2018, 12:02:22 PM
Great post and the timing is perfect for this information to be spread, I have seen a few and a few ICOs asking for information to conduct a KYC, people need to be extremely careful when handing this information over especially to bounty campaigns and ICOs for the reasons that are outlined.

The exchanges such as Coinbase etc are a bit more credible when providing your information, just be careful.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] ⚡ United Traders ⚡ Payments will be in BTC and UTT tokens ⚡ on: January 23, 2018, 10:54:46 AM
Thanks UTT team for not disappointing anyone. Hope the project hits great success.

To the people looking the trade the coin, have you been able to deposit into HitBTC? Its showing a deposit fee of 40 UTT, Is this a joke? Insanely ridiculous.  I guess there is no other exchange supporting UTT for now.

This exchange really is a joke, their fees are crazy for coins and who in the world is that desperate to sell their tokens that they would pay a 40 deposit fee, deposits should be free it's amazing how they are still going.
346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] ⚡ United Traders ⚡ Payments will be in BTC and UTT tokens ⚡ on: January 23, 2018, 10:53:33 AM
Still haven't received my tokens, I've sent a pm to campaign manager to see what's happening.
Anyone else in the same situation, that already know what's going on?
Waiting also.
347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Next Bitcoin: Buy Ethereum Now or Wait? on: January 23, 2018, 10:47:28 AM
ETH will go higher at some point but will it dip again a large amount? I think now is a good enough time to purchase some as soon we will see the altcoins come back to life.
348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: I think I found 241 BTC from 2014? on: January 22, 2018, 05:36:47 PM
If it is a wallet.dat file it could be for any of the other altcoins that were about in 2014, there were far less than there is now so have a think of what coins you had at that time.
349  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying Coins on: January 22, 2018, 05:29:18 PM
I suppose it would depend on how much you are buying, the likes of Coinbase will limit the amount you can buy and the amount will increase over time.

Any way you purchase their will be a fee involved, perhaps localbitcoin would be the easiest way to purchase a decent amount.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying my coffee with cryptos! on: January 22, 2018, 03:01:31 PM
Let´s say I want to open a coffee shop where you can buy your coffee ONLY with cryptos.

Which coin would you use for this case?  I would choose XRB, because it is very fast and there are no fees!

Please tell me your suggestions.
Yeah I suppose XRB or one of the other coins that has fast and very cheap tx fees because bitcoin is not suited currently to these types of quick small purchases, i am pretty sure there was a coffeecoin about at some point, not quite sure what happened to it.
351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Satoshi Nakamoto will reveal himself one day ? on: January 22, 2018, 01:48:19 PM
I am looking forward to the day that the great Satoshi Nakamoto will reveal who he is, If he is a person or who they are if they are a group. Are you looking forward to knowing Satoshi  Nakamoto ? Do you think he will reveal him self?
Maybe Satoshi is an advanced AI and will reveal itself when we get to the point where we have eliminated cash and governments and live in a society dictated to by an AI overlord Smiley
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can NEO GOLD or Dimecoin make you rich? on: January 22, 2018, 12:16:57 PM
If the prediction is true that BLUE and NEO GOLD will reach $1.00. Do you think you can get rich on NEO GOLD? By the way BLUE already reach the $1.00 target today at $1.22 USD (37.03%) as of this writing.

Updated and if Dimecoin will reach $100 this 2018.

Share your opinions
Dimecoin $100 I really do not think this is going to happen in it's current state, even $1 is unimaginable unless it changes drastically and cuts the supply, I know they have a new team revamping the coin and they do have some plans so maybe 2018 we will see this coin doing something.
353  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wiil bitcoin price raise up again? on: January 20, 2018, 10:39:39 AM
Hello all. As a newbie Im worried if bitcoin price will not raise up again. Because I still keep some of it. It is not much but I got worried. Sad
Looks like it is on its way up as we speak, you have done well by holding through the dip.  As the price gets higher for many the dips will become too much to hold through for some people as a 20% drop from $50k will scare a lot of people.
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will ethereum rise higher than it ever was?(2k$ possible) on: January 19, 2018, 09:02:19 AM
I must have been hiding under a rock the last few days as I am not aware of this new ETH fork that was mentioned, will need to have a look, also POS I am not sure if this will be a good thing for ETH but it will bring more attention and more holders, maybe now is also a good time to pick up some ETC.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good cryptoexchange? on: January 19, 2018, 08:20:48 AM
I think many are now asking for basic verification at least, Binance, Kucoin, Coinexchange and Livecoin all will allow you to setup a basic account with no verification, I have had minimal usage on these but from all accounts they are pretty good although Coinexchange was pretty slow when I was using it.
356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If your friends and loved ones let you sell your bitcoin? on: January 19, 2018, 08:16:59 AM
My friend advised me to sell my coin today. I know he is for my sake, but how to explain to him?
Should be quite straight forward if you don't want to sell your bitcoin simply thank them for their advice but you have been in the game a while if that is the case and you have seen this happen many times before so will be keeping hold of your coins for now and suggest to them that they should buy in now.
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest $5000 in these altcoins? on: January 19, 2018, 08:13:33 AM
I’d like to invest $5000 for long term hold. Should I buy these altcoins? Please correct my list if I am not on the right track.
1-Ripple
2-Cardano
3-NEM
4-Litecoin
5-Ethereum classic
6-EOS
7-Vechain
8-0x

Thanks

I am familiar with most of these coins and they are not a bad investment, #7 and #8 I am not familiar with and will check them out, I think a couple of coins worth your research are BIS and BLOCK, might be a nice addition to your list.
358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happen to bitcoin? Going down. a correction? on: January 17, 2018, 11:19:32 AM
If you panic at every minor dip, then you are not built for Crypto currencies and you should rather invest in something that are

less volatile, with lower risk. Bitcoin is a LONG-TERM / HIGH RISK investment. Once you get that, you will laugh at the short

term volatility. Stop watching the price, because it will make you crazy.  Wink
Not for the fainthearted is the crypto world, you need to hang in there through all the dips unless you are brave enough to sell and then buy back when it gets lower, otherwise just holding is probably the best bet.
359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm gonna sell my house on: January 17, 2018, 09:22:14 AM
I am sure we touched the bottom today. so i am going to real Estate Dealer for selling my house and buy bitcoin. I suggest you all do that
Haha, if you were really to do this it would be sooo risky, there were people that did this when we were lower than this and then I hope they sold when we reached an ATH, it can work out but is really risky especially if you have family thrown into the mix.
360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crash: This could be the reason on: January 17, 2018, 09:07:13 AM
Bitconnect is a ponzi, I don't think it has a major part in the way bitcoin is looking right now but will play a part, every coin is getting hit recently.
