What about that option to at least add a Sub board to the Croatian section, that will be great short term solution.

like Yugoslavia Wink

Has anyone been able to withdraw any CLAM from Yobit? I converted all to BTC and was getting ready to move to Polo, but now I am stuck trying to verify my Polo account. If CLAM withdraw is now active, I would consider converting back to CLAM and withdraw CLAM...
Well the situation has been like that for quite some time now. I don't see any indications why yobit would enable CLAM withdrawal, when they had the pssobility to do that all along. I don't know about BTC withdrawal fees at the moment, so you should check if BCH or DOGE would be a better option.

Yeah, sorry, I meant I converted all to BTC then to DOGE. But now that Polo keeps denying my verification, I'm looking for other alternatives... Cryptopia and Bluetrade have too low volumes...

Bleutrade was used from a guy on reddit as I was routing the only exchange that can easily shift your clams to the clamclient. As I posted many times.

Unfortunately post of that from reddit was deleted!?!

Thanks. I'm going to try Cryptopia. They have less trading volume than Yoshit, but at least I haven't had any major problems with them related to withdrawals... It's probably going to take a while to buy back some CLAMs and send to my staking wallet, because of Cryptopia low volume... But at least it's higher volume than Bluetrade...

Dude you must be whale of the clams Wink

Why BCH instead of DOGE? DOGE fees are much lower.
Why Bluetrade instead of Poloniex? Polo volume is much higher.

ok for doge and polo had issues too about clams. It may be ok now.

Has anyone been able to withdraw CLAM from Yobit.net in the past 2 months? I've been trying to and it keeps saying "Withdrawal for such currency is temporary off."

I've been trying since mid December or even before... Thought it would be fixed, but it doesnt look like it's going anywhere.  Huh

Anyone knows what's up? Thanks.

I tried and eventually moved some to bleutrade which works just fine. Had same message for weeks and no reply from customer support.
It appears like the "Withdrawal for such currency is temporary off." is part of yobit's business plan. If I were you I'd trade the CLAMS for BTC and then into LTC and get them off of yobit - and never go back there Wink.
What kind of business plan?
I think I'm gonna do that... I was hoping I wouldnt have to because I had bought those CLAMs at a good price. Yoshit has been totally ignoring my tickets for over 2 weeks:

Dude, change it to bch and move it to bleutrade...You will lose on bch/btc and btc/clams but you will get it eventually.

This is strange.

Are you getting CLAM coins these days?
Staking is not working, like 51% attack or similar, time to get reward is 2hrs, and I am getting 1-2 per day.

Would you mind telling us how many CLAMs you're actually staking? So we could compare your results to similar stakers.
However, the client showing "2 Hours" and you receiving 1-2 per day doesn't sound too unrealistic in my opinion.

2 months ago 1000 clams will give you 1 stake.

help!! my Clam wallet is blocked at 1 year and 23 weeks ago, I tried with the bootstrap but it does not work, connections there are about 15 but nothing, do not download a block, the blocks processed are "1153179".
I tried again and again with the bootstrap but it always gives me the same result.
can anyone tell me where can I get a copy of the updated blockchain for 2018?

Do you run win10? There were some issues about it.

Otherwise you can try dooglus bootstrap

Second that but don't know if LTC transfer fees are smaller then to BCH?

BCH is cheaper.

I usually use Doge to move coins between exchanges including Yobit. It is way more cheaper.

ok but you lose on currency rates BTC/DOGE BTC/CLAM

guess it doesn't matter really just do not transfer BTC as those fees are rising again.

359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Altcoins purgatory? on: February 02, 2018, 03:39:40 PM
So here we are and all crypto coins are dropping in price sharply. There were a lot of going on in recent days such as big transfer fees, lightning networking, segwit addresses, futures, hacked and stolen crypto accounts, samsung going into making asics, etc.

But one point I want to address here is huge diversity of new alt coins and an avalanche of ICOs pouring in. All that in my humble opinion is the main reason for this big short. There is no way for BTC price to stay on any level from around December of 2017 for this kind of money falling in on such and such appliance for any given token or altcoin. Thus BTC price had to come down and it came hard. But where it will stop? There is of course higher low from 2014 of 1200$ US or it could simply be one of the levels from fibs .236 like 3250$ US and maybe to go higher in two years? Will the price of BTC go to 50k, 100k or 120k it remains to be seen or it could simply go for and year or two like after 2014 (around 200$) and then go higher and again question mark.

https://imgur.com/iNpQDgL

Back in a days around 2015 I noticed one of the BTC price analysis of someone from Traidingview that price of bitcoin will go to 10k, 100k, etc with some time reference of year by year. Well I guess that guy was partially wrong as it went to 20k last year.

https://imgur.com/JBeIBpo

So on a final note I think bitcoin is here to stay and hopefully at one point it will be used as universal currency for the whole world. One reference could be Euro as it is nice for all tourists coming in Europe to exchange their currency into only one needed to visit all the magnificent places here. Mind the usual use of bitcoin for complex mathematical calculations, ease of purchase via mobile phone, etc. But finally we can get rid of vast number of unnecessary alt coins and stop issuing of so many ICOs.
