So when is LISK going to launch for real, it already be delayed 3 times
May 24th is the first explicit launch date we gave yet. Our estimations were delayed, that's why they were estimations.  About the database switch -- SQLite sucks at concurrent writing (it locks the DB) and most probably this was the issue.
Yep. We knew of the concurrency problem all along, but the stress test really opened our eyes that SQLite is really much worse than we anticipated and needs to be switched out sooner than later. Regarding why Postgres, you should write Oliver a PM on our chat or here on BTT. People were right to be upset because the delivery launch was not kept to the promise, now you can call the new one the first explicit launch or anything. A launch date is a launch date not matter how we want to disguise now. Saying this now we all have to move forward but please not more misleading information that can upset once again people. Or we are serious what we say or we dont say it. If you are not sure about delivery time better not to say it or say something more credible like sometime summer time or winter time. Please dont give dates for the sake of it. Now lets move forward. Now we would like report weekly how the money is invested. Team members names and what they do. What marketing are you going to do, while people wait lets us see you are moving your fingers and want to see day by day marketing. Sorry if we sound now demanding but you let us down so its your duty now to bring our morals up and bring us all together with actions, real marketing. real name of all the people working on this project not donation. As a developer who has worked on dev teams for the last 17 years I know that when you need coding/whatever done to finish a project you do whatever is necessary to hire people to get it done. Put it on a credit card, or go to a bank loan officer and show the 6million in escrow to get a loan to get more developers, anything. We would freak out for 1 client. For this there are hundreds of investors waiting.
This is too long, btc halving coming up. A release date of 4/11 would have been primo.
My last question - when has anything ever been released perfect? There are always bugs.
Agree +100. Dev,please.set-up a refund for those ones interest to have btc back.since ico rulse were differents. It's legit to ask refund if anyone is not anymore confortable with those delay. Some investor are getting nervous. Be legit, and refund who need btc back. Many investor invested a lot considering launch was planned on april 11, and just in WORST case(your words dev "WORST CASE"), april end. Now it's MAY END. Some investors are unable to invest in other crypto due to btc locked on lisk ico. That's the risk we all took when investing in ICO coins. I didn't put all my BTC in so I'm able to invest in other things as well. Don't put all your eggs into one basket. So everyone seems to think this is going no where. Giving these guys more time is all we can do. Wait and hope for the best. Any chance of the Devs setting up a Transfer portal so people that want to get their money back can transfer control of their accounts without the buyer running the risk of getting screwed ?
I'm sure there are plenty of people that missed the ICO and people that are already in that would like to buyup those accounts at the original Ico prices.

I think Lisk management should be more careful. Now WBB a serious project similar to Lisk is going to be released 1st May. Difference is that WBB will keep the date and they have the software built, Its a reality and Lisk should follow a good example of WBB.

I am so excited about Aurora coin! It seems this project is very serious not just only talking but taking action to make crypto a reality in Iceland. We need to keep an eye in Aurora the following days as it will be in the news everywhere and each day will be a surprise for Aurora.

Well, I can almost positively state here, there are no merchants accepting AUR officially yet. We are also happy about that, for the strong foundation to support that would not have been ready. That's what our team has been working on the past year, preparing to re-launch Auroracoin the right way, with all the tools and structures in place. This is going to unfold very fast after the first busstop campaign. We are not going to hype anything that is not actually live, so you have to maintain a little more patience. You raise very good points and make sense but allow me to ask this ''This is going to unfold very fast after the first busstop campaign'' how are you so certain saying '' This is going to'' instead of saying '' This could go'' I mean is good to be positive and all, and I hope you are right but nobody can know what is going to be the outcome till it actually happens Please can you explain this level of enthusiasm? Se ve interesante el hilo, pero quienes son los creadores y gente encargada del proyecto dicen que "Somos un grupo de desarrolladores y hombres de negocios que estuvimos implicados en la plataforma NXT" pero no dan la cara ni nombres, espero que poco a poco se valla dando más información.
