ok I may be very interested in this... am located in the UK so just to confirm will be 0.14BTC per device....

Have a number of people I need to ask about for this price.. but any discount for say taking 20+ off ur hands?? or 50+ etc?

Many thanks

FuzzyBear

That's correct, including VAT. So if you're VAT registered then its cheaper for you. If you take a large chunk then there may be SOME discount, but its not going to be huge as they're small items anyway.

Cool thanks for the fast reply, unfortunately no I am not VAT registered so can';t claim that back.

Ok am posting in the GB thread I am running and will let you know numbers in the next day or two... deadline for my GB was supposed to be 30th september for placing the order just to let you now so I should be in contact arround that time if I have confirmed order to place... I will be in contact more though i'm sure Smiley

Well we could make them fill out a captcha first in order to learn the fact that they cannot sign up. Why give them that information "for free" up front?

Basically if they are seemingly human, then tell them what it is that they do have to do in order to get someone to create an account for them.

Maybe bearing in mind we know they are willing to deploy captcha-solvers to do it, so whatever it is should bear that in mind. Which might be why we want a sample article or whatever. (Though I guess bots could have libraries of those too.)

-MarkM-

We could even trump the people paid to fill out captcha's by using some of these? http://crapcha.com/ :evilergrin

On the forums I run... to stop spam just some simple questions works that vary... I have set some maths questions on ppcointalk and that works for me on that site.. not had to remove spam posts for 5-6 months now.

I want to buy a PS3 !!

Was offering 0.6 - 0.8 BTC for second hand one with many games and controllers.. but each time deal has fallen through or it has been sold on Sad

Please 9 other people buy this product so I can get my one!!

Also Japanese puzzle boxes are cool http://www.puzzleboxworld.com/japanese-puzzle-boxes.htm

and wooden hipster keyboards http://www.amazon.com/Impecca-Bamboo-Custom-Designer-Keyboard/dp/B003VZEYBC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1380015492&sr=8-2&keywords=wooden+keyboard

The usual raspberry Pi and Arduino's and all accessories would be cool to buy... along with beaglebone blacks etc

I would buy 3D printer supplies if they worked out economical as well

just a few ideas Smiley

Well i'm in the same boat as finshaggy here... tried to set new password and user not in DB

Also I have the tick enabled to remember me.

I have tried this on 2 separate comps as well .. one windows one linux still both no access to devtome Sad

FuzzyBear

Who's managing the Devtome user database? Someone got an itchy trigger finger by the sounds of it.

I am sure it'll all work out soon enough let me pass on a message.

Are you sure you cannot login with email either?

Last I remember Jasinlee deleted some spam account back when I joined, and I have not heard of anyone doing any other admin work on users since that.

I did notice in the past that an admin can reset / change the password for a user if they edit the individuals account and just tick the box to send the user an email then click save.

Tried logging into using email and nope no access

Oh nasty, if the database is really losing information gosh knows what other data it might have lost in addition to some of the users...

-MarkM-

It strikes me as an error by an admin or server error or something... as finshaggy says as well none of his articles are gone and neither are mine.. will need to double check the payout address but no sign of edits on the wiki.

Also I have the tick enabled to "remember me".

I can see my user is still there as the userpage still exists... can another admin search the list of users please to see if FuzzyBear is still listed in the backend.
