341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XPM] [ANN] Primecoin High Performance on: August 31, 2013, 02:23:26 PM
Well, I've had a primecoin client running on my personally-owned rackserver that I have in a datacenter(In washington), and it's been a proper 24 hours now. The client hasn't synchronized. It's Win Server 08R2, as well as a precompiled build.

Do I need to manually add some peers, or something? Although I also noticed that it was giving that error that everyone else here reports. So I restarted it and it seems to be doing better now. (few hours to sync)

Also, I port forwarded the port 9911 for PrimeCoin. Is there anything else I can do to make my client be of more use to the network? I heard something about super nodes but I'm not sure how that works.

Cheers.

I just wanted to apologize for overall being an asshole.

I'm sure explanation is not necesarry.

Have a good day, and good luck.
343  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitspend on: August 30, 2013, 02:53:03 PM
So, he's not intending to scam us then? Can you clarify that for us?
344  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitspend on: August 28, 2013, 03:16:22 PM
All have been arrested.

Care to link to the public police records? In what state have they been arrested? None of this is found in florida public records for all the names we could find associated with BitSpend.
345  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: New Bitsumo.com - Buy Online With Bitcoins on: August 27, 2013, 01:33:07 PM
I am glad BitSumo is located outside the US, otherwise they would have been taken down as well as with all other US based Bitcoin Businesses, because of the dumb "Money Laundering" laws.
346  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitspend on: August 27, 2013, 01:49:15 AM
I have talked to the owner of bitspend through reddit. He agreed to post an update tonight. He says he has refunded about 15%

Well ain't he such an evil scammer. Tongue
347  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitspend on: August 26, 2013, 03:00:01 PM
I could investigate, but time and gas is money. Tongue of which I don't have to spare.
348  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitspend on: August 25, 2013, 02:37:49 PM
There are no updates to post.

It would basically be saying.

"Yep, Bank still has our funds."

"Still waiting on the bank."

...

Etc.

Cat I love you. Your a  passive digital buddy. But god damn you can be anal. Those photos are great for a phone!

Lol, thanks? xD Those photos weren't taken with a phone, they were taken with another DSLR that I recently sold. Tongue

He went to prison after hunting down and brutally torturing ReCat to death.

Valid point, He is rather an asshole.
354  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Selling off my entire DSLR photography rig PRICE LOWERED on: August 24, 2013, 09:04:29 PM
Actually, as it is is fine. Tongue

Anyways. I have decided I will wait one week starting today. If anyone purchases the camera on eBay within the week. It is theirs. Otherwise, I will sell it to the first person here to pay John K the escrowed funds.

Looking good. Although had I known you were putting it up today, I would have gone all out with writing a ebay specific description and taking better photos. Tongue

Well, that sure ruined the heartwarming moment. Tongue

I'm considering the 5btc, need to check with my girlfriend - it's for her, so I want to make sure she likes the model, etc.

Okay. Alright.

Also realize that the lens it has is better than the Kit lens that the D3100 comes with. It's got a metal construction while the Kit Lens is plastic. Furthermore, It's got more focal length and better overall quality, as well as ED glass. Things not seen in the 18-55 MM Kit Lens that the D3100 comes with if bought from Nikon.

Here is KenrockKenWell's Excellent review of the lens. http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/1870.htm

Excellent. We can start the ebay auction at 5.5 BTC equivalent if OP is interested.
Hmm. Sure. Let's start it. If this person (sorry, I don't know your name) choses to buy for 5 BTC, I will have to accept as this way it is certain that I will get paid, while the other way it is only if someone on eBay wants it.

I see. So, I guess I would just have to trust you? I will consider it if the other person does not accept my 5 BTC offer.

Also, The red label is just my Phone Number and First Name. Smiley It was printed with a 1980's label maker that I was given. Tongue That is why it looks strange.

The label comes off very easily.

There isn't any background to it. Tongue

Nice way of trying to ask if its stolen, I have to trust that I wouldn't get negative feedback - or worse =P
Haha. Rest assured none of it is stolen. Tongue I can provide receipts for most of the things if you want, including the camera body. (Many things were purchased via BitSumo and BitSpend)

I have located some of my pictures in a CraigsList Barter ad I put up a few weeks ago. I apologize the resolution can not be better.

Here is the URL: https://post.craigslist.org/manage/3942594623/fy7k7

Here are the photos:

(The iPhone in this photo is ALSO for sale. PM me)

These photos were taken using a Nikon D70 and the Vivitar Vintage lens that is included with this deal.

Unfortunately, None of the accessories were pictured at the time. The camera body DOES have an OEM Nikon neck strap, but it is not pictured. (AT the time, the neck strap was attached to the Nikon D70 used to capture the photos.

I could also list this stuff on ebay for you if you don't get what you want. Perfect seller rating:

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=twostep214&ftab=AllFeedback

Looks like an interesting option for me. I am just uncertain about how we can go about doing the transactions in a secure manner. Maybe you escrow the BTC, and release them after an eBay buyer buys and receives the camera?

Edit: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3676711/_DSC1431.NEF Here is a RAW of the most recent picture I took with the camera. A quick photo of the lens caps on top of my laptop. (Do note that this is an undeveloped/unprocessed raw image file, so it is expected for the contrast/white balance to look unsatisfactory)

I'm sorry. I do not have much. I can take photos with my iPhone, but the quality will be low.

Maybe I can find a few photos of it that I took using my old Nikon D70 before I sold that one.

I will let you know. (Searching for them now.)
