3441  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: July 21, 2016, 07:28:53 AM
I buy bitcoin when I have the available funds and when I see that its price is low compared to previous days. I study the chart because I don't want to buy when the price is the high or near high of the week because the tendency is that it will go down in the next few days. I will just wait for it to reach the low of the week base on my judgment and then that's the time that I will buy.

I concur with entrepmind23. If you have extra funds for investment, buying bitcoin when it is low is the best approach. There is no schedule and only when you have that extra funds.

If you are for a long term though, the price doesn't really matter, you just buy and buy regularly and the losses will be covered by profits overtime. However, if you are buying with the intent to sell in few days time or when you expect the price will go up, then news (fundamental) and seeing graphical trends (technical) is needed to have an intelligent decision as to when to buy btc.
3442  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: July 21, 2016, 04:05:21 AM
I don't know why but I always get a feeling to gamble, after then losing my money, I quit for some time and then continue, but I know I will lose my btc Sad

Who addictive?

Maybe it's because of the adrenaline it gives you while playing. There is a mixed emotion of excitement, pain, and worry that you might get busted. When you lost, you want to get back and if you keep losing, you tend to chase those loses. Most of all, gambling is designed for entertainment. The more entertained you are, the more it gets to your system. The trick therefore, is to control that emotion and bet with a system.
3443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: July 20, 2016, 08:09:29 PM
I have noticed so many players are just gambling for the sake of profits only. But majority of them loses most of the games eventually as they are not smart players.

So how should we gamble in a smart way so that we do not get more frustrations due to continuous losses?

First thing first, only gamble money that you can afford to lose. Once have that in place, divide that bankroll into at least 10 sessions - e.g.: your bank roll is $1,000, divide it into 10 which gives you 100 each session. play only per session and once you loss that session, start with another session. Your goal is to create new sessions. IMPORTANT: create a system and test it several times - once, you find a winner, execute it accordingly without emotions! If you lose, blame that system and not yourself. However, if you lose 1 session, remember that you still have 9 more sessions to pay with. Play it slow and nice without emotion - I know it's hard but once you get the hang of it, it will be easy.

Final note, we are not robot and we have emotions, right? Of course! Thus, only allow that emotion takes place the moment you cash out profits already and you will be a happy lad..

These are sound easy but it's not - it needs a lot of practice to master. I myself is mastering it at the moment.

Hope it help.

How many BTC do you gamble with? (both win/lose, usual amounts)

I usually fund my account with .1 - 1 btc to my accounts and divide it into several sessions to last longer. If I see profit of at least 10% of my deposit, I usually withdraw it and fund it to other sites that need more bankroll.

In my guess, I loss 2-3 btc early this year through gambling and is now on a recovering stage.

3446  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: earn 0.5 btc on: July 20, 2016, 06:04:30 PM
Can anyone suggest me some ways to earn 0.5btc in one month online...i know it is not possible with faucets..is there any other way

It depends on your level of risk tolerance. If you are the kind of conservative in terms of dealing with your finances, then a combination of work that pays btc, faucet, signature campaign, and the like is your best route. However, if you are that kind of person who is a risk taker, then playing online dice games that earns btc is your way to go. The latter will either let you earn .5 btc or loss even more than that - your choice.
3447  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: July 20, 2016, 12:57:53 PM
Hello All,

What you think is the best investment to gain steady income in btc without actively doing anything?
So no trading/gambling/loaning etc.

Steady income more likely to be 'small & secure' than 'big & risky'.

Thanks,
BR Oinas
Just go out and get a job that is the best way of earning a steady income this way you are sure of it that you make money every month.
Building on Bitcoin is not a potion at all, it is not sure that you are going to be able to make money all the time.
that's the best way to have a steady income is to have a stable job because In Bitcoin there's no guarantee or its still unstable to do full time on it. As he said you can't make money anytime on Bitcoin compared to have a stable job.

I agree to this.. But I'd like to point out also that if you are just starting to earn money, getting job and experienced is the way to go. However, your level of seeing and defining stability of income changes as times goes by.. When you are in the point of having a decent amount of savings, that's the best time to diversify. Investing in BTC and offer it for lending gives you few interest rate earnings and will compound overtime - just don't expect high amount of btc earnings though if you are for a long term.
3448  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: July 17, 2016, 05:07:11 PM
My strategy is to take risk with that amount what i can afford to lose on that bet. Sometimes I am very confident with my pick and about the match result. But I always prefer to take me into very secure position with betting. Because I know that nothing is guaranteed in gambling.

I could not agree more to this. No matter what strategy in place you have to your betting, there is no 100% guarantee that you will win - it's gambling and it is very risky after all. But as long as you are having fun and betting only up to your limit of comfortable loses then you are good. This way, when you win, you will be happy and if you lose you can easily accept it.

3449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: July 17, 2016, 03:05:42 AM
I dont think so. Banks are the main foundation of our currency that we use now. It is impossible for them to disappear. Maybe in the future, banks is also accepting btc to be deposit.

I totally agree with this.. Giving the fact that bitcoin has it's limits of production in near future while fiat money of each country can be limitless according to the growth of the economy. The near to fact would be that the banks will have chances of adopting bitcoin in their services than the former will disappear.

3450  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: How can I know those HYIP site are paying? on: July 16, 2016, 03:56:36 AM
How do I know that the website will be scammed?

Res Ipsa Loquitor - your title speaks for itself. Never ever invest in HYIP sites. The reason is simple: if you will earn on its early stages, the earnings are from other poor victims like you; and if you invest late and nobody will going to invest after you, your money will simply vanish.

Either way mentioned above, your are helping HYIP site owners earn money with no sweat. Come think of it.
3451  Economy / Digital goods / Re: New Money-Making System! on: July 15, 2016, 05:23:36 PM
5000$ potential months for 0,01 btc ? mmm  Roll Eyes

With the proper use of these methods you can make that much.

why you want sell out and not boost the profit?!
and why with a lower price so^?

That's right! Selling your valuable asset to others for such a low price doesn't make sense at all. If I have something very precious knowledge that will make a ton money online, I'd rather focus all of my attention on scaling it up and hiring more people that I can potentially help with financially through their salaries... I'd rather not sell it and open the idea to the mass public so it won't get saturated and I'll profit more from it.
3452  Other / Off-topic / Re: Save you Bitcoin for your (grand) child / children? on: July 15, 2016, 05:18:14 PM
Bitcoin is a long term project. Therefore is makes sense to save small parts over a long horizon. Do you save Bitcoins for your (grand) child or children?

For those who do not have (grand) children (yet), would you save Bitcoin for them if you would have (grand) children?

I will definitely do.. Although it is a bit risky, I would still save at least 50% of my total bitcoins for the future that even my grandchildren can benifit from it. I make it sure though that I have something in me at present to use for potential endeavor that will grow my btc.

I just can't imagine how much the price would be if he bitcoin survived like 50 years from now - thus having like at least 2 btc now and leave it until 10-50 years is kinda exciting and something that you will look forward to in the future.
3453  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: July 15, 2016, 07:09:45 AM
Are you inspired by those bitcoin millionaires? Are you thinking of filing a resignation letter on your day job (if you have any) and focus on bitcoin instead?

Me? I do have a day job and I consider bitcoin as my side job. I don't want to lose that another source of income just because bitcoin is awesome.

That is what I am doing now at the moment.. I mean, I am transitioning to full-time work for bitcoin accumulation. I know it is very risky but I am targeting a goal and once I'll hit it, I will start building other sources of income again.

I used to work on clients but I am tired of it.. although the pay is good, I don't have that sense of freedom. Well, this is just me and I am not recommending it to others. It's just too risky.
3454  Economy / Gambling / Re: [BetKing.io bot script] Made me 0.3 BTC in 10 minutes! on: July 15, 2016, 06:59:33 AM
NOTE: Use a bankroll of around 1-2 BTC. Higher is better.

Anyway, these are the settings. I know, I know. House always wins, rigged, ya da yada. This is just better than martingale and has brought me lots of profit in the past.

Base bet: 0.0005-0.002
Multiply on loss: 1.1
Payout: 9.9x

Run this on http://bitcoindicesimulator.com/play/#dice to test it. Use 99 BTC and lose it, then practice with 1 BTC. See how much profit you'll make Wink

For me, this is only good if you have a small base bet. Why? because if you go higher bets, chances are, you'll reach the max cap of allowable bets. This is true to most dice sites like pd, fj, etc. However, I believe that in betking, the max bet is higher though.

Best advice is to calculate first how much you can sustain the red streak and how much your max bet - you can calculate and check it here: https://dicesites.com/tools

My last words though, I am never a fun of auto betting.. Manual bet with a system that you've tried and tested will go you along the way. Never be greedy, no emotions.. Reserve emotion of happiness when you reach that goal profit - I know it's hard but you must!
3455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Soccer Betting Strategy on: July 14, 2016, 09:40:03 AM
Hello everyone!
I have a strategy/system for soccer betting, I'll show you how it works.

#1 Classic martingale system
1 BET 10 UNITS / LOST
2 BET 20 UNITS / LOST
3 BET 40 UNITS / WIN

#2 Bank UNITS
10 UNITS / 1$ - 0.001528BTC
20 UNITS / 2$ - 0.003056BTC
40 UNITS / 4$ - 0.006110BTC
TOTAL  70 UNITS / 7$ - 0.01069BTC

#3 What is BTTS / GG / NG
Both Team To Score
Tip BTTS YES / GG Portland Timbers 1 - 1 Montreal Impact WIN
Tip BTTS NO / NG Seattle Sounders 5 - 0 FC Dallas WIN

I only deal whit BTTS NO / NG because higher odds.
I want to test this strategy here free with my tips/picks, where to post my tips and statistics?
Peace  Grin

Interesting. Does team matters in sports betting strategy? or is it ok to choose any teams and just have a bet strategy in place for execution? I ask this because I am not really into soccer sports and I don't know any of the team players and their capabilities.. Let's say if I choose a certain 1 team that was always in the semi finals before, and stick betting for this team with the strategy similar above, would it suffice?
3456  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: July 14, 2016, 09:31:19 AM
Yes I use bitcoin as a currency for buying some goods and in game goods in bitcoin accepted stores
and I store bitcoins for investments and also for future purposes.
Well, I also sometimes use it to buy something. so many people who see bitcoin as a currency and as an investment tool. I also saw bitcoin as both. I guess because bitcoin really has that potential. but the best thing you can do bitcoin is as an investment tool, because with that advantage, so many people using bitcoin as their livelihood

In my mind, I am thinking that I use bitcoin as an investment but what I actually doing is using it as currency - I usually exchange only 2 cryptocurrency: bitcoin and doge. I sell doge for btc when doge is high and I buy doge with btc when the doge price is low - my profit is the difference of high and low price of doge.
3457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Didn't know I can loss all without winning anything on: July 13, 2016, 09:02:34 AM
So I was a bit bored today and I thought to play slots to pass time.
I chose bitstarz since I already got an account in there and I deposited 0.02 btc. I began playing Hyde and Jekyl with 30 credits per bet and right then I lost all 0.02 btc without winning anything. I didn't thought I can loose in gambling consecutive times without winning in a single roll until what happened today.

I immediately regret playing slots.

Just wanted to share this stupidity of mine. I could've jut playe it in dice site. The result would have been the oter way around.

Dividing your bankroll to at least 10 sessions would give you some chances of winning.. If you took your balance as only one session, then you get busted right away when you lose.. Having many sessions gives you more chances of winning compared to only 1 session..
3458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: July 12, 2016, 01:26:52 PM
There is no recipe for winning that's for sure... That's why it's called gambling. If you wanna play "smart" before you gamble make sure that:
1.You can afford to lose what you gamble.
2. Never chase your loses.
3. Set a goal and upon reaching that stop (on the long run you will always bust).

I really like this advice. Only use money that you can afford to lose, period. I'd also like to add that you play for fun - if it ain't fun anymore, better stop right away. One more thing is to make sure that you divide your bankroll into sessions - the more sessions you have, the more chances you can hit your target/goal.

Hope it helps.
3459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: July 11, 2016, 12:35:14 PM
So, there are people who hate freedom?

Maybe not about freedom - people who didn't know bitcoin, most likely doesn't know how to enjoy the bitcoin transaction freedom, unlike ordinary fiat money where there are government regulations and the like.

If only they will know the true value of bitcoin, they will surely learn to appreciate and love it.

Now, to all of us who knew it;s real value, we can teach them and introduce them to the world of bitcoin - we encourage them to invest in bitcoin the right way, not scam the hell out of them..

I have a strong feeling that most people hate bitcoin because, during their first encounter with bitcoin, they got scam by fraudster and scammers lurking around.
3460  Other / Archival / Re: Do you have paypal account even though you have bitcoin? on: July 11, 2016, 03:22:39 AM
After see this topic paypal or bitcoin?, i'm curious who have paypal account these days.
