3481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SQUID GAMES TOKEN CRASHES on: November 02, 2021, 10:23:49 AM
After a few days ago I saw a lot of influencers on Tiktok discussing the Squid game token that flew 3500% in 3 days turned out to be abandoned after the hypeya stopped.  I can't afford to think of those who got stuck at the top and took all the losses on those tokens.  Is there anyone here who bought it?
This is how our risks if you buy a token or coin that only follows a clear trend without fundamental. The first will be the luckiest, and the one at the top of the burden.

What else can you expect form a meme coins. They basically are pump and dump coins. I am not sure why people knowingly take a risk in something which they know will crash. Best to stay away from projects that do not have solid backing.

Majority email addresses will of airdrop participants. They are smart people, most of them would have created an email address just for airdrops. They already are getting tons of spam emails so they will be least bothered. Furthermore it is better to check coingecko than CMC.

Now it is almost confirmed that England will qualify for the knockout stage, as they have so far won all four of their matches. Now the big question is who is going to be the second team. Australia and South Africa both have 4 points, and West Indies is trailing with 2 points. Today there is a match between Bangladesh and South Africa, and if there is no upset then South Africa should end up with another 2 points. The advantage here for them is that they are having a much better NRR compared to Australia.
If SA qualifies, which it can by the way then also England will defeat them. If Australia qualifies then also England will win. They are no match for this team. I have a hunch that they will take this cup. There another match today which is between Pakistan and Namibia. It will be an easy win for Pakistan.

Yes really an awesome play from Butler and Morgan. Butler was just at 30 plus runs out of 27 balls but after 11th over, he blasted to 101 not out which lead England claim on scores. Morgan as well was adding to the rocket score. England was just 59 at the end of 11th over. Then in just 54 balls they scored 93 runs. Butler's constant performance is keeping England on top of the table.
Jos Buttler is in incredible form and if not for his innings i doubt England would win today, England was striggling to score runs and all the batsman found it difficult to bat in the team and hence it was necessary for him to stay till the end and when he did he was able to score his first T20 International hundred. At one point when Sri Lanka stated to built partnership the odds changed drastically but England was able to overcome and restrict them.
In today match Sri Lanka was much better in first 10 overs in bowling and then in batting, but sadly they were unlucky both time things gone against them first Butler done good job in last 9 overs and put good target of 164 on board for his team then in batting Sri Lanka was good but Hasaranga de Silva's beautiful catch which was good effort from Roy and completed by Billings change things for them after this catch they lost all wickets very quickly. Now England is surely going on top in this group with we have some tough competition between two teams for second spot where Australia is favourite but on game day anything can happen for any team.
I think it will be easy for England than any other team in that group. They are a powerful team and one of the contenders to win the T20 WorldCup. I do not think Australia would be a problem for them. Srilanka is a weaker side and they would not survive long in this tounament.

India is batting first and as we know the team tha has batted first in this tournament has been losing the game. As per the input that I have, India should win this match. I am still skeptical and till now I believe that my information is correct. Let's see if India wins today.
3486  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto influencers be like on: October 31, 2021, 10:57:31 AM
If they are promoting something then they are getting paid for doing that. That is how they make so much money. Those who follow them will blindly do whatever they ask. It is quite common now days that influencers are basically paid promotores.

Am I the only one who thinks like this, the team that bats first is always losing this time in the T20 Worldcup. Yesterday's match between England and Australia. The Australian side was struggling to bat, English bowlers were good but I never thought that AUS will only score 125 runs. It was a completely one-sided match. I did not enjoy a bit of it.
Before the start of the World Cup, I have heard many cricket experts say that a team batting later on a pitch will benefit more. And that's what's happening. The teams batting later are winning. Maybe luck is helping or the pitch is helping them. However, the teams batting first have not been able to give a big target yet. We expect big scores from teams like India and England.

With the exception of Bangladesh and Scotland, the team fielding first has won all the other matches. Bangladesh went down to bat against West Indies for 143 runs. Bangladesh lost the match by 3 runs. If there was an experienced batsman, Bangladesh would have won this match too. Scotland on the other hand is a weak team. They lost all their wickets for just 60 runs against Afghanistan.
I knew only few teams have won bowling first. Today's match then if India wins the toss and bowls first then they might win today's crucial match. Let's see whether it happens or not.

It's just that ICC want to focus on activism rather than the development of the game. If they are serious, then they should look in to why cricket is not popular among the blacks of South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia. They should invest money there. Are they doing so? Having this BLM drama everytime before the start of the match is irritating. What is the point in doing the knee protest, before a match between India and Pakistan? What was the contribution of these two countries to the George Floyd killing?

May be its popular among blacks in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia. Blacks dont have necessary facilities as compared to whites that's why they cant compete with them. South Africa has produced great black players like Makhaya Ntini, so we cant say that blacks dont like cricket in SA. I am surprised to see there is no black player in Namibia team and its strange that you have majority of Blacks in country while your team only has white players.

In Pak/India match, its Indians that were more interested in doing that KNEE Protest as Pakistanis only placed there hands on chest. With gestures of Babar Azam in the start of match, I can say he has no idea of that protest.

The Indian team acted like a fool. I was never aware at first why they were kneeling down but later on, realized that it was for BLM. Did the ICC ask for this or was it the BCCi? Cause if it's the BCCI then there are many other things happening within the country that needs attention.
3490  Local / India / Re: Bitbns fixed income plan - quite similar to ponzi! on: October 31, 2021, 02:26:28 AM
Exactly my point! Forget about SEBI it might not intervene as this isn't a listed company, RBI would be the first one to intervene, For any company to accept term deposits from people you have to be registered with RBI as "Deposit Taking NBFC" or as a "payments Bank", unless you take this license you cannot accept term deposits from the general public and Bitbns is doing exactly the opposite. They are actually following the fixed income model created by Binance based on lending and borrowing. But as per Indian laws, this is an absolute unlawful thing because no matter what are you accepting deposits for in the end you are keeping people's money.

Moreover, unless they are creating a lending platform side by side there is a high chance that this plan could backfire, until we are bullish they will happily pay these FDs but once we become bearish these could become a heavy burden on the company and could ultimately lead to losses for customers. This would spoil the name of the whole crypto community.

I am seeing the future here, something bad is going to happen with all these shit adverts coming out on national television. All of them are giving fake hope and if one of them defaults then we will again see dharna on national television against Bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a whole. They are promoting senseless products, just tell me who needs a SIP or Fixed deposit of BITCOIN?
Very true, Indian media just needs an excuse to create controversies and if such a thing happens I am very sure cryptocurrencies' future in India would be pretty much doomed. Talking about these products, the thing is that all these exchanges want to showcase bitcoin and cryptocurrencies as a safe investment to attract more and more users on their platform and we know how heavy a fight is going on between, WazirX vs CoinDcx vs Coinswitch, in this fight BitBns despite being early mover was lagging due to lack of advertisement so it finally decided to come with this unique but foolish idea.
For a little bit of profit, they will destroy their own business. This is why the government should come up with regulations in this field. There should be some law that prohibits these exchanges from advertising false hope to the consumer. Almost everyone would fall for this trap and lose money.

Surprised with the stellar performance from Pakistan so far. This is the best start that they have got in any ICC tournament in the recent times. Two more matches remain in the super-12 stage, and it looks very likely that they will finish at the top (their remaining matches are against the two weak teams - Namibia and Scotland). In T20, there is always a chance of upset, but I really don't think that it will happen against teams like Namibia. Anyway, Afghanistan put up some good resistance. It was poor captaincy which cost them the match.

Iam too suprised by the amazing performance of the Pakistani team. At one point I thought they will lose this match then those 4sixes changed the game completely. Afghanistan were doing very well before those sixes. Today we have an important match between AUS and ENG. Let's see what happens today.

3493  Local / India / Re: 5 Reasons why every Indian should invest in Bitcoin on: October 30, 2021, 12:21:35 AM
Bitcoin has been in existence from 2009. May be more than that but what I am writing here depends on data available online. It was primarily developed to question the financial institutions as a payment system. Regardless of its short coming it has evolved as one of the favourite investment options among millennials. This is why everyone in India should invest in Bitcoin regardless of their age, gender and religion.

1. You never lose until you leave it.
2. Everyone from the middle class has money invested in MF or Stock market, why not in Bitcoin?
3. We spend so much money just for showoff, why not spend it for real gain?
4. We believe in savings, why not believe in risk taking?
5. Our lifestyle as a middle class support us to spend money. Why not support it to gain more?

Do you think these are a valid points to change our outlook? If yes then do comment if not then tell me the reason?

The problem is that most Indians still think of Bitcoin as a Ponzi scheme. Things have started to change as evident with the number of articles written by the big media houses but, it will still take some time for people to start considering Bitcoin as a regular investment option.

I was wondering that if India loses to NZ on 31st then will they be out from the tournament or will it be very hard for them to stay. Can someone please do the calculation and then tell me. I am asking this question because I came across a post where it said India will be out if they lost to NZ.

Seeing a good amount of people attending this meeting make me happy. Congratulation in winning $200 for being active in that meeting. Learning before earning is the most important part of this journey but finding a Mentorship is not that important as there are more scammers and profiteers in this field. I believe being active in this forum will help a lot than being with a mentor.
3496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 28, 2021, 11:13:49 PM
The match between Bangladesh and West Indies will be very competitive. The West Indies could not match themselves in such a match in the World Cup. On the other hand, Bangladesh could not match themselves in this World Cup. So these two teams will win the match between them who will perform better. I want to see Bangladesh win as a supporter of Bangladesh.
I watch all Bangladesh matches in current event, and I am feeling they could be at bottom of this group because their form and body language is not good for this event they are badly down in moral as well they need to regroup which is not possible in very quick session after this event they must think about these mistakes and try to have settled things because right now competition is tough, and they need to be some better Afghanistan is doing much better than know which is matter of worry about them.

Domestic set up is also not helpful for them because their new generation of cricketers is not good enough as they need before joining this national team.

This is a known fact that this Bangladesh team is very weak, they played very well with teams weak teams but they will collapse with a strong team. You cannot regroup as a team in between a tournament. You can only change your strategy and motivate yourself, which I doubt is not possible now.
3497  Local / India / Re: HDFC sending mail for Crypto Transaction through P2P on: October 28, 2021, 09:08:23 AM
None of the banks are sending any kind of such emails after RBI's intervention. Where is the date on that letter? It can be old and might have been posted to create FUD in that forum and furthermore as Pawan said in this case they are replying to a query of the customer. Never believe in such information.
3498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 27, 2021, 11:30:43 PM
In addition to Liton, the other players, coaches, support staff, and selectors have all failed. Now that the Bangladesh team has taken a good look in the mirror, it should realize what went wrong. I am deeply disappointed by the performance of the Bangladesh team. Two losses in a row will be difficult for Bangladesh moving forward. In my opinion, Bangladesh will win none of their matches and finish last in their group.

Almost all the players of Bangladesh team are performing poorly but no one is doing so consistently like Liton. None of the players like Mushfiqur and Shakib consistently play badly. Moreover, when batting as an opener, the player has to be responsible. If the opening pair does not perform well, it becomes difficult to win the match. So the team definitely needs a talented and experienced opener.

@onecall123, Yeah, rough time for the team right now. I know Bangladesh is better than this but right now I don't even think that the players themselves believe that. I don't understand, you want the toss, you thought it was a good batting condition and you choose too bad but you cannot put runs on the board to defend. What is the point of winning the toss and what's the point of batting first? And after you put on a really small total you start leaking runs here and there. This was anything but professional. At this point, I don't even think that the players take this seriously as their job and I think they rather take this as their hobby. If you are a professional cricketer then you have to play like a pro because that's your job.

Why did Bangladesh choose to bowl first after winning the toss. It is evident by now that the team which bats first is losing. Does anyone knows any team that opted to bat first and won in this tournament. England is a much better team than Bangladesh but they were still able to put on a decent score. Balling was pathetic.
3499  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you differentiate good Airdrops from bad ones? on: October 27, 2021, 08:31:14 AM
I would not recommend anyone to clear or pass KYC for an airdrop valued just $5 or $10. You identify is more valuable tahn that small amount. There are good airdrops that do not ask for KYC but most of the time they are based on a draw now a days. It is better to avoid them at this time as there are too many scams happening and when you do not have a guarantee that you will win.
3500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 27, 2021, 08:25:44 AM
The Bangladesh Under-19s have played five ODIs against the Sri Lanka Under-19s. The matches were held in Sri Lanka. The funny thing is that Bangladesh has lost all the matches very badly. Bangladesh's Under-19 team was very strong. And the current Under-19 World Cup champion team is Bangladesh. Their poor performance is very disappointing. However, this is not the same squad that participated in the Under-19 World Cup. However, it is a shame to return to the country without winning any match.
I checked the results from the last match. Sri Lanka won by the tiniest of the margins (4 runs). So you can't really say that Bangladesh performed very poorly. Anyway it is tough to play in Sri Lankan pitches. Even big 3 teams had issues recently. I wouldn't' read too much in to this series. The U-19 world cup is only a few months away and I hope that both the teams will be able to perform well. This time the tournament will take place in West Indies and a total of 16 countries are taking part.

I am not expecting much from the Bangladesh team in the upcoming Under-19 World Cup. Since they are now the champion team, they should at least reach the semi-finals of the next World Cup. But looking at their performance, I don't think they will be able to reach the semi-finals. The team is weak now, mainly because most of the players who helped Bangladesh win the Under-19 World Cup now have a chance in the national team. We are now seeing new players in the under-19 team. Those I don't think are talented enough.
This is the thing with under-19 worlds cups because team completely changes in these tournaments as players cross their age mark or get selected in national team which brings in a fresh team yet again for all the teams so there is no guarantee that last time winner would be favorites in this world cup as well.

I sometimes doubt the age of these players playing the tournament. Some of them look more mature and over aged sometimes. It might be because they have been practicing and playing that their physical appearance can be deceiving. Basically in any tournament the team that has won previously cannot be considered as a favourite for the next tournament. Otherwise most of them would have won consecutively every time.
