It is good to see Adkinsbet back to smooth operation.

Adkinsbet provides 3 cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Litecoin and DASH. Do you have plans to bring some more common cryptocurrencies on crypto gambling sites: Ethereum, Dogecoin and stable coin USDT. With USDT there are some chains for them and TRC20 chain is very good with cheap transaction fee.

XRP can be another good altcoin for your site as well.

Just want to point out that also AskGamblers has an official (not very cured) thread here on BT: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5184298.0
I edited OP with the link to their Announcement thread and I thank you for that. In fact, their service was in OP for long. The creator was last active on the forum in January and I hope that the user will come back.

Guys, what do you think about the match Liverpool vs Leicester City? Odd on Leicester is very tempting - 3.9.
You can check the odds comparison with https://www.bestodds.ai/ and the service also has an announcement thread on the forum.

3486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitter accounts of crypto gambling sites on: November 22, 2020, 02:20:16 PM
Please let me know any sources, sites, bots you know. I appreciate your help very much. There are some notes when you join the discussion here.

Thank you.

- The topic is for Twitter accounts of crypto gambling sites only. Why? Twitter is used by many of us to follow news, influencers, KOLs, and crypto projects. It is only good if you follow Twitter accounts of Crypto gambling sites and get updates or announcements from them everyday you type in Twitter on your browser.
- I would appreciate if future posts won't discuss about Facebook, Discord, Telegram. They are derailing posts and off topic. Thank you in advance guys.
- I know about Facebook, Discord, Telegram of sites but I did not bring them here. It is unnecessary, IMO Twitter accounts are enough. For other account types, you can get them on sites.
- Please don't promote untrusted crypto gambling sites.
3487  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to bitcoin! Best wallet to use? on: November 22, 2020, 03:40:40 AM
You can try to use "Electrum"
- Easy to instal.
- Software wallets.
- Segwit feature.
- You can set up your own fee, so find a suitable fee for your self.
- No need to download a whole block.

So, because of that electrum will be always one of the options every bitcoiners use for their wallets. Becarefull, always check the signature before download the software wallets to verify you are downloading from the official source not a phising.
You forgot that Electrum has Lightning and users can customize options in Preferences then Lightning tab.

Link to download Electrum (can get link for Android app and I emphasize to avoid search for Electrum on Google Play): https://electrum.org/#download

How to Safely Download and Verify Electrum [Guide]
Officially visit websites & download apps, not fake ones.

With Android app, click on About and check those details to make sure the app is not a phishing one.

3488  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Want to become a bounty hunter on: November 22, 2020, 03:31:40 AM
Hey there, I would like to try myself in bounty hunting! Never had any experience in this sphere, but I have some spare time and desire to try! Can anyone suggest me some kind of a bounty campaign suitable for beginners?
If you are newbies in crypto, the better for you is focus on your learning with cryptocurrency (books, courses, videos or discussions on the forum). Bounties are mostly garbage and you will waste your time. I don't say all of bounties won't bring anything to you but most of them don't worth your time to search and finish their tasks.

If you want to ask anything on the forum, begin with the Search. You can use key words to search in Search for and use limit of discussion age with Message age. It is not necessary to create a topic if you can find available answers though.

You can get real jobs in crypto in real life as moderator or admin for crypto exchanges or companies (Telegram, Discord, etc.) or on the forum with your signature, your coding skills or with publications on blogs, websites, media.

with 2 goals to ZERO... I feel it after the first goal in the 5th minute by Son and the game was promising as I said. No comment!
2 goals, no conceded goal and 3 points. Spurs jumped to the first position on the table, again: https://www.premierleague.com/tables

Son takes the first position in Top-scorer table: https://www.premierleague.com/stats/top/players/goals?se=363
Spurs don't stop, Kane takes the first position in Top-Assist table: https://www.premierleague.com/stats/top/players/goal_assist

This season began as a very good season for Spurs and Mourinho. Let's see how they finish the season in Premier League.

Man City and Pep had a dominated match but it brought nothing to them.

ACTION AREAS

Here's a look at the full time action areas.

City dominated possession, and had 22 shots, compared to just 4 Tottenham shots, but in the end it is the home side that come away with the three points.
3490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Take Profits in BTC or USDT on: November 22, 2020, 01:34:51 AM
Taking profit is taking profit and the final asset for your investment is the one you will look at to see what you achieve from investment or trading.

At the end of the days, the currency you use for your daily life is fiat. It will last till the day bitcoin adoption become massively on the globle and it requires adoption, and improvement of technology, Lightning Network maybe.

It is a lie if I say I never take profit and cash my bitcoin into USDT. I did it and will do it. Bitcoin is bullish in its long run but there are falls and corrections and worse bear market. In such time, fiat or USDT is the best.

USDT and stable coins have their pros and cons but you should know the cons of stable coins.
PSA: Most Stablecoins Can Be Frozen, Even in Your Own Wallets

Ignore the cons of stablecoins, I hold stablecoins if I cash out my bitcoin. I don't want to join the stablecoin exchanges with higher rates because increasing demands of stablecoins when bitcoin has rises or falls. I don't want to pay more for one USDT as it should be.
3491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how add security to our bitcoin ? on: November 21, 2020, 07:14:46 AM
Why Coinbase?

You will have private keys (with Bitcoin Core) or mnemonic seeds (with Electrum) if you use non-custodial wallets. Be your own bank and no one will be able to freeze your wallet, don't allow you to send your bitcoin for non-sense reasons.

If you are talking about bitcoin, the term for a halve of block rewards need to be digged to find its origins. There are two words for it: halving and halvening.

Today people commonly use the word halving but the word halvening has its interesting orignin. You can get more details in the topic I gave you (Pmalek found some good details)
when was the word "halvening" created.
I managed to find a post dating back to 2012 that mentions 'halvening' on BT. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=128228.0

Regarding the term, someone suggested that it is a term associated with the altcoin Dogecoin:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/3o89yz/the_halvening/cvv1vza/

Dogecoin talks about 'halvening' in 2014.
http://www.dogedoor.net/halvening/

Couldn't find who created the term and where it was first used, but could be an interesting investigation  Grin
