From my own experience and from what I believe I think paying in bitcoin will be better and I believe in future the payment method will change from fiat to bitcoin because I believe more companies are beginning to accept bitcoin as there payment method so I believe with time they will also start paying there staffs with bitcoin which will be very nice.
Exacatly, it is much better to get paid in Bitcoin which is deflationary currency rather than Fiat that is is inflationary and will lose its value as time goes by and you won't be able to buy as much goods in the future as much as you can buy today with the same amount of Fiat currency but with Bitcoin may be much more. Many countiries have printed huge amount of fiat currencies during the past one year whcih increases money supply and causes inflation so stick to Bitcoin . |

Recently, i have been coming across more stories of person's that have forgotten their passwords or keys, and because of that, have lost their investments (btc and other coins) in the process.
The fact is that you cannot use one password for all sites. And many, many passwords are no longer easy to remember. Therefore, we write them down somewhere, and then we forget where we wrote them down. In my opinion, this is the main problem. That is what I fear the most if I write down the password on paper. Chances are I might misplace them and whoever gets this will be able to see my password. Specially me that do not have a safe mechanism at home nor anything that would prevent burglary at home. Even my computer I am not confident that it will do the job of saving the passwords. There must be a good solution that one of you can share with us here. So if you know one please do share with us. I think is best practic is to write in a diary as well save it electronically on memory stick but never save it on computer hard disk that is not secure. I follow it since i started using computer and use the same method while running my trading accounts in stocks and crypto currencies on Multiple exchanges. We forget password when we are under the influence of alcohol or our mind is busy in Multiple tasks. |

Which one is easier? Get the skills or the money? FYI both are capital: tangible and intangible.
Both are very important, but if I get to choose, I'd choose money.
My argument is wealth is built from many generations of skillful men (your dad and grandpa), thus build up wealth is very precious in this capitalism society. But if your skill is so good that you can be in the top tier, you can choose skill.
I think both are important and in fact Business is called Marriage of Capital and Technology. Capital can be borrowed from Banks/investors to neet finanancil needs of bsiness but know how is neceassrily needed to run the business successfully. My suggestion would be to acquire good knowledge/expertise of the business you are willing to start up before you jump into it. |

What are some of the best ways to earn passive income right now? I was thinking about staking $CAKE, just staking it and not using liquidity farms. But not sure how profitable that would be, compared to some other methods. I have a 5000$ capital.

I think taking high risk in trading or investment has nothing to do with age, some people by nature are inclined towards gambling to get quick rich but my learning through experince and life time observation taught me a clear lessson that such adventures eventually end up in disaster with some exception when they win becuase luck is on their side. Risk managment is a science and we should learn it before jumping into any kind of trading and i can say with confidence you will win most of the time when you follow it. |

It seems like Ethereum will reach a new ATH the second time again, hours back I read news that whales are investing 500million dollars on ETH which is a good plan that they are preparing for PoS algorithm rewards, the adoption rate looks way higher than BTc or am I wrong?
Ethereum London hardfork is scheduled to take place in the next 48 hrs which is a Mega event in the history of Ethereum. This protocol upgrade if implemeted successfully without ant attack from its Miners majority then we will see ethereum Breaking its previous ATH of 4500$. there is no guarantee it will be safe. what we can do before investing is, we really know what we invest with. what I mean is, you need to do all the research you need. such as finding the background of the CEO and team, as well as how to develop the project in the future. however, there is no guarantee that your funds are safe.
It is true that nobody can guarantee that your funds are safe but if the team is Professional and has good historical record of launching successful projects, the project is backed by strong community and in case of DEFI it should have Audit certificate as well as backed by well known insurance company then to some extent you should not much worry about security of funds but still no guarantee. |

Altcoins is my favorite investment, therefore I still have several potential altcoins, such as the eth and the bnb, I will not sell them before I make a profit, even though currently these two altcoins have dropped dramatically, but I am still optimistic if ETH and BNB will create a new ATH again,
Investor/Traders generally believe that good Alt coins give huge profit (to the extent of 100X) during the Bull Run and it happened many times in the past. Polkadot, BNB and ADA and many more are good examples. Hence, investing in alts is more profitable compared to Bitcoin but we should learn cherry picking and invest only in those coins which have devoted and Professional project teams and they have good use case, as well. These stable coin are strong stable coin, Both USDT and BUSD are backed. USDT is back by physical dollar in the bank while BUSD is back by paxogold! Cryptocurrency user should not have problem using both stable coin. However, I have seen a user friend whose fund were locked because of huge amount he holds in these stable coin.
No doubt both are strong stable coins and backed by Fiat dollars but USDT is not considered very reliable as its reserves are held in offshore banks which are less trust worthy, though it is regularly audited and its reserve value is published regularly and its last audit was done in 2018, On the other hand BUSD is backed by Binance which is leading world exchange and has won confidence of its investors by maintaining its credibility and has always followed good business practices since it was launched.
