3521  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Pro passing on transaction fees to users starting today on: September 21, 2020, 09:41:09 AM
Bold move on them to pass it to their customers, and I'm sure this won't be taken lightly and we might see an exodus of withdrawals and moving their funds to other exchanges.
I'm one of the users that had a bad experience with them [back in the day] but if their "network fee estimations" are on point [unlike some other exchanges], then it'll have little to no impact on their customers.

And this is probably another good case to try and use DEX now.
Even without Dex in the picture, there are a lot of other reasons for avoiding their services.
3522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 21, 2020, 07:09:07 AM
I thought they did with Kalidou Koulibaly, but now that you wrote that, I checked and it seems that deal is off.
Not completely:

Man City > Koulibaly deal is not collapsed yet. Talks still on with Napoli but no agreement.

Paquetà to Lyon means Aouar out and according to media the 2 clubs on him are Arsenal and Juventus.
IIRC, I read somewhere that Juventus only inquired about him and aren't after signing him + he prefers moving to Arsenal.

Edin Dzeko's imminent arrival at Juventus has closed the door on Luis Suarez's potential move to the club, say La Gazzetta della Sport. Is that finally the end of this story that has been entertaining us all summer?
Probably, especially after Atlético's recent approach...

...and Atlético Madrid are working and trying to sign Luis Suarez as a free agent if he’ll find an agreement to part ways with Barça. Work in progress.

In addition to that, Atlético is after Torreira and that could help Arsenal in getting Partey from them:

Not only Luis Suarez. Atlético Madrid are also in talks with Arsenal to sign Torreira on loan with buy option.
#AFC want to sell him on permanent deal to try again for Thomas o Aouar.
Torreira is desperate to leave.
...but Atléti need to sell before signing new players.

Other transfers:

- Semedo to Wolves [source]
- Arsenal's Sokratis to Napoli if Koulibaly heads to City
3523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: September 21, 2020, 05:53:06 AM
I do wonder though what is realistic for Arsenal this season, I think to aim for a top 4 place is the best they can achieve, even then there are definitely better teams than them in the PL.
If you keep Auby, you have a great player but let's be honest they are not going to anywhere with this roster, they are at best fine, they could be top of the table but I do not see them top 4 or anything even remotely close. They will BARELY make it to europa cup if they are lucky but that is about it, they are not going to actually do any better.
I think it'll go down with whoever that gets fewer injuries in the end and unfortunately, Arsenal usually has the most injuries amongst the top 6 [for the past few seasons].
- If they get lucky on that front, they might get the last UCL spot.

1. Arsenal trio of Aubameyang - Lacazette - Willian will be a formidable attacking force this season once those trio clicked then arsenal attacking prowess wouldn't be easy for any EPL team to curtail.
I would also add the possible rotation with Pepe and even Martinelli [currently injured].

This defender Maguire cost them 83million lol. How they bought it? Because of English Media hype.
English players tend to cost more than what they offer in the pitch...
- That's been the case for a very long time (overpriced).

Wolves vs Man City - I'm predicting a hard-fought win for Wolves.
3524  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Bitpr0.com: Ultimate Directory of Crypto Sites on: September 20, 2020, 06:26:54 AM
Here you can see a preview of our brand new update comming very soon!

http://i.epvpimg.com/RiMFeab.png

What do you think about it? Any ideas or feedback? We would really appreciate to hear your opinion.
Honestly, I wasn't pleased to see the addition of "ICOS" and "AIRDROPS" tabs but I did like the other additions...
- I hope the jackpot part in the Faucets tab would be transparent enough.
3525  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Wizardry Theme Browser Game - Many Ways Earn! [Need Funding of $250 PayPal] on: September 19, 2020, 05:17:26 AM
but I do need a bit of help that's where the funding comes in everything will be spent on this project and you can also keep track on what we spend
I would suggest removing the "PayPal" part in your subject field since this is "bitcointalk".
- How investors would be able to track everything? Will there be a middle man of some sort?

I am also willing to invest in to this but not right now for one reason I wanna keep personal, not because I see this failing, I will invest in to this when the time is right for me.
Then you'll have a hard time finding an investor for this project [for now].

Also would love to hear any suggestion from you or the community of BitcoinTalk.

PS: https://browsergame.io is a demo of the site I was working on before it's a fantasy mafia browser game but can be turned in to anything with the right minds.

3526  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Escrow Options ? on: September 18, 2020, 02:14:48 PM
I might do that too and use low trusted escrows
Not sure which of the escrow providers you're referring to but in general, by doing that you're risking more instead of protecting both sides...
- That defeats the purpose of using escrows.

A couple of missing names from the above lists are in here: Recommended bitcointalk escrow services
3527  Other / Meta / Re: Free-Tron.com on: September 18, 2020, 11:59:25 AM
Is it not allowed to announce a new service in this forum?
I'm not the one that reported your post but I think it has to do with your other announcement before: Free-Tron.com - TRX Faucet, Claim Every Hour, 50% Ref Com, INSTANT Withdrawals
- Although it's not the exact duplicate, I would suggest bumping it instead of creating a new one.

12. No duplicate posting in multiple boards (except for re-posting it in the local language boards if it's translated).

I think advertising altcoins faucet isn't forbidden in Micro Earnings section. OP have a lot of faucet site which pays in altcoins and those websites thread still available at Micro Earnings.
and if it’s faucet or PTC then it definitely belongs there, whether it’s BTC or some altcoin.
I do know that OP has few remaining faucets in "Micro Earnings" board but probably no one has reported them yet [or moderators haven't noticed]...
- I think they belong to "Service Announcements (Altcoins)" board [e.g. like this faucet or the Tron one that I linked above].

14. All altcoin related discussion belongs in the Alternate cryptocurrencies and it's child boards. [3][4][e]

14. This includes services, trades, discussion, speculation, mining and any other content related to altcoins. Trades that include an altcoin and Bitcoin is OK (except for an exchange between the two). For example, a thread named "Buying Bitcoins and Litecoins for bank transfer" can stay in the general boards.
3528  Other / Meta / Re: Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ on: September 17, 2020, 09:45:56 AM
"Text copied from Web page/s  must be taken  inside the quote tags linked  to the source/s and
total not more than X* percentages of the whole  post content."

*-X is subject to discuss.

Regarding X, I would suggest  30%.
Personally, I like/support the initial part in your suggestion but AFAIK, there isn't an easy way of measuring "X" [both internally and externally, unless I'm missing something].
3529  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kraken is launching a crypto bank! on: September 17, 2020, 08:52:49 AM
  • The move means the exchange could launch trading of non-crypto assets
Probably the only good thing that'll come out of this.

The new structure was purpose-built for cryptocurrency companies and will allow Kraken to offer certain banking functions to clients and effectively serve as the exchange operator's primary banking relationship.
So their main objectives aren't normal users Huh

It seems that we are witnessing the beginning of a new banking era, or at least its integration with cryptocurrencies.
Indeed but I have a feeling they'll end up heavily regulating it and that will surely make normal users stay away from this so-called crypto bank.
3530  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CoinChaser - Cryptocurrency Portfolio Tracker on: September 16, 2020, 07:46:29 AM
IMHO, you'll need more features to compete with others in this field...
- Everything was a bit too simple/basic.

  • I did a little test and looks like there's an issue with the graph for "changes in value".
    - I checked using a date from a few weeks back but got nothing in the graph.

You should move this to "Service Announcements" board.
- Move button is in the bottom left corner of this page.
3531  Other / Meta / Re: Does Vod deserve VIP status? on: September 16, 2020, 06:01:27 AM
Is my contribution not worth a VIP status?
Normally [if it was a different kind of forum], "YES" but since this forum is a bit different in the sense that those sub-ranks are given after a certain amount in donations [for the most part], I think a special badge would fit your description more.
3532  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling 5br 2bath house in greenville texas (35btc or equivalent) on: September 16, 2020, 04:51:10 AM
What I'm about to say, also applies to other things that you're selling:

for more info message me at email limpchihuahuas2222 at gmail
I don't think anyone will message you unless you post a valid proof by doing the following things: Posting guidelines for physical goods.

For your other threads with cars for sale, you might want to make it clear if your location is Greenville texas or Oklahoma city [based on two of your threads].
- It's a 3 and half hour drive.
3533  Economy / Goods / Re: !! The Bitcoin Wardrobe | Crypto Clothing and Bitcoin Merchandise !! on: September 15, 2020, 02:49:49 PM
Feel free to come with suggestions of products you think are missing or that you like?
You pretty much covered everything except, crypto themed ID laces/lanyards Wink

I noticed you're using "BitPay" as your gateway and wanted to inform you that, unintentionally you're limiting your customers [read this].
- Other options [a bit outdated].
3534  Economy / Services / Re: Advertising Service on: September 15, 2020, 12:29:40 PM
Plan 1
I Will post your product/service ad in 100 forums
I Will post your product/service ad link on 100 blogs as comment

~Snipped~

Plan 2
I Will post your product/service ad in 300 forums
I Will post your product/service ad link on 300 blogs as comment
Can you provide some proof that you've done such a thing or even capable of doing it?

also will try to target your clients as much as possible .
How?

No refund for upfront payment !
Not the best way to start such a service...
- Especially after your recent dramas.

AFAIK, those reviews aren't related to what you're offering here [irrelevant]
- Unless I'm missing something.
3535  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FaucetPanel.com and 1ink.cc - SCAM on: September 15, 2020, 08:50:52 AM
Their sister site 1ink.cc which is built on the same script had 50,000 Satoshi which we tried to withdraw and it said "Withdraw successful" but as you can see the FaucetPanel.com account was not credited.
You might want to also include a screenshot in regard to the part I highlighted.

- Apart from the description that you gave, I'm not sure if they're sister sites but both of them seem to have Ann threads on this forum:
Will tag them shortly but both of them aren't active anymore.

You should update your post using the "Scam Report Format".
3536  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Unlock encrypted wallets on: September 15, 2020, 07:38:12 AM
We are a newly-established Norwegian company who provide services to the crypto community.
Is this a registered company?

Who we are

We are a team of computer engineers, holding master degrees in computer science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Can we get a better picture in regards to anyone that's part of the team?

We will do everything we can to unlock it and bring you back your assets, but you still remain in control and can tell us to abort and delete all traces whenever you prefer.
Just to be clear, you meant a mixing of some sort?
3537  Other / Meta / Re: theymos. Please pin the thread "Writing a welcome message" in Meta or B&H on: September 15, 2020, 06:07:54 AM
but I doubt it would really have much of an impact as a pinned message.
This.

The welcome message was to be shown on the registration confirmation page and would be difficult to miss without clogging the forum.
Most of newbies ignore the welcome message. They are in a hurry when creating accounts. So later, if they need to find the message again, they probably won't find it.
Perhaps going a step further by automatically redirecting newly registered members (every time that they log in [for their first 30 days]) to "this thread" might have a better impact.
- I know it'll be a bit annoying.

I also don't see any Partnership with BestChange, would you please give us pointers on where to get information about your relationship with BestChange?

https://i.imgur.com/7YmgCbe.png
Not just with "BestChange", other "listed partners" are in the same boat...
- By the look of it, they've listed platforms that have/had listed them + those with dedicated pages as their partners.
3539  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Investment Crypto Review Website on: September 14, 2020, 06:51:39 AM
I need your suggestions on my new review website. It has a feature like facebook chat, uploading abums, and a review website.

My website is reviewparking.com
I Would suggest getting rid of everything that belongs to the following categories or you'll probably get negative ratings in here since such websites are considered to be a scam...
- By listing and having referral links for them, you're indirectly promoting them + getting something in return.
- I'm well aware of the "DISCLAIMER" part but that's not enough.

Alexander Lacazette is again being linked with Atletico Madrid. Where will he end up?
Both he and the manager are happy so I'm expecting him to stay in Arsenal.

Do you think this transfer is possible in the near future and that Liverpool could let Salah into Barcelona?
Personally, I think that would be a very bad decision for Liverpool and I hope that will not happen.
There's a small chance that this could happen by next year but having said that, I don't think Liverpool needs cash for rebuilding anymore so they might keep him instead.

Barcelona presidential candidate Victor Font has sensationally claimed he will sack Ronald Koeman regardless of how well he performs and replace him with club legend Xavi if he is elected next year

What a cruel person. I already feel bad for Koeman [if this is indeed the case].

I hate to admit that Emiliano Martinez will soon switch to Aston Villa Angry

Aston Villa have completed the signing of Emiliano Martinez from Arsenal - contract signed until June 2024. Talks on with Werder for Milot Rashica.
And Arsenal keep working to sell players [Torreira too] and then will try again for a top midfielder [Aouar or Thomas]
