361  Economy / Economics / Re: What would benefit bitcoin more? on: October 17, 2017, 12:17:03 PM
In addition to being the most profitable investment, the benefits of bitcoin are we use for cheaper, faster and safer transactions. I would rather send money in the form of bitcoin for the reason than using bank services.
To send a transaction using bitcoin is cheaper if we are talking about large sums. But you always run the risk of that make a mistake and your bitcoins will be lost. Transfer through a Bank can be done in any direction, and thus the person will not have to exchange your transfer to Fiat or pay taxes. I think we need many more years so we can not use Bank transfer.
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Winter is coming. on: October 17, 2017, 12:06:54 PM
Winter is coming and will again to grapple with the question of heating. Does anyone know whether it is possible to heat the room using GPU hardware. When working they produce a lot of heat. Is this enough heat to heat the house. I think it's a good idea to make money and not to pay for heating. What do you say? Anyone have experience?
363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How Often do you Check Your Rigs? on: October 16, 2017, 04:15:23 PM
I'm using Windows. Control their rigs using team viewer 1-2 times a day. Reboots I have but due to the fact that there is a difference between day and night temperature I have to control the fan speed of the GPU. Night I reduce their speed to reduce wear. I have a few times a year there are cases of failure of the HSE who require mechanical of the reboot. For this is fixtures but I don't think profitable to buy them. They will not pay for.
364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NiceHash Miner - easy-to-use best-profit multi-device cryptocurrency miner on: October 16, 2017, 04:07:26 PM
i have 4 GTX 1080 TI's and they are getting really hot over 80 - 88 Celsius running nicehash any tweaks to stabilized the temperature?
If your GPU will work in this mode, they will quickly overheat and fail. Nicehash nothing to do with. It will happen on any pool. To cope with this problem need to change the BIOS. There are already modernized under the model of your GPU and you can do it themselves. I recommend you the second option. You need to find a specialist from your country because the procedure will have a lot of technical terms and if English is not your native language you will have problems with understanding.
365  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How do you think, will states be able to regulate the crypto currency? on: October 16, 2017, 03:59:22 PM
Implement tax on bitcoin or control bitcoin supply in order to preventing inflation or other privilege that government able to do in order to regulate bitcoin for good.
The advantage is people may use bitcoin as their main transaction anywhere and anytime !
The government does not approve of the way people pay each other with bitcoins even in the event of legalization. I am sure that all governments who will attempt to legalize the use of bitcoins will make it only in exchange for Fiat. Probably online exchangers who are currently working without authorization will be closed. The exchange of bitcoins is through exchange on which registered users ' Bank account and how this expense will come from the Fiat banks will charge tax.
366  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: TAX ON MINED BITCOINS THAT ARE SOLD FOR CASH on: October 16, 2017, 03:51:35 PM
Another complicated subject. Tax on mined Bitcoin is very difficult to control. However, there could be easier solution such as extra tax from electricity which is used for mining Bitcoin. Assuming that the question is about professional mining operations, this could be called indirect tax and i think it could work. It is a good question but i should add that it is more important subjects like tax on tradings and etc. which governments would focus on first.
The state is not interested in indirect taxes. They are interested in direct tax. The more people will take away money the better will live officials. The miners will in the first place under pressure from the government. They are the easiest to detect. There are countries in which corrupt officials in law enforcement have to find the miners at the bill. On the slightest pretext, arrest equipment and extort bribes.
367  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are fees going so high? on: October 16, 2017, 03:46:43 PM
You are paying less than before, i remember that a few years ago you had to pay 0.003 bitcoins for every transaction (about $1 a few years ago) but you are now only paying 0.0005 at max, and you are complaining about this. I dont understand why there is a lot of people complaining, just stop making payments of $10, bitcoin is only for holding purposes, not to pay for candies or coca colas.

This is a big problem. To bitcoin has been successful it is necessary to use in everyday life. Trade is the best it can be. Without small transactions will not trade. Now the person has to transfer a large amount of bitcoins into Fiat and then pay for your purchase. This means that bitcoin encourages the use of Fiat. I believe that this is wrong and will have negative consequences if the situation does not change.
368  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Users Double Every 12 Months on: October 15, 2017, 12:22:11 PM
Who will answer my question of how using Google you can track the growing number of users. Maybe it is growing just a number of queries about bitcoins. As far as I know bitcoin is a anonymous network and it is therefore impossible to define a single user makes transaction with different addresses, or a lot of users. We can only talk about the growing interest in bitcoin. But not everyone receiving information about the bitcoin becomes a user.
369  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin prices after 25 october on: October 15, 2017, 12:16:12 PM
It seems to me that after October 25 will be a period of stabilizing prices. In November, the whales will again heat up the market with rumors that bitcoin will rise to the moon because of the November events. At this time will sell their stocks and in November will be a big failure. There may even be a rollback to the prices of close to $ 5,000.
370  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Wild Ride of Bitcoin on: October 15, 2017, 12:11:08 PM
I totally agree with the massive adoption which has been as a result of the huge massive growth in value of bitcoin.

Most people who are even getting in now have no clue the idea behind bitcoin and how the blockchain technology has come to disrupt a lot which is why we also see panic sellers on every slight dip. This is just a start for bitcoin and it is apparent in few years, the growth will be massive.
To be honest I'm not worried about the fate of those users who are trading on the stock exchange. It seems to me that they only bring harm to the bitcoin community. Constant speculation contribute to the high volatility of bitcoin and make it unsuitable for use in the economy. Without this, bitcoin can turn into the same dummy as the dollar.
371  Economy / Speculation / Re: Industry Experts Believe Bitcoin Headed to $6,000 on: October 15, 2017, 11:55:47 AM
https://cointelegraph.com/news/industry-experts-believe-bitcoin-headed-to-6000

Nothing seems to stop Bitcoin.  Not China.  Not Jamie Dimon.  Nothing.

No offense to those so called experts but even a elementary school kid can see that bitcoin is headed towards that direction, bitcoin is above 5800, it only needs one little push from the bulls and we are going to reach that amount, and second there does not seem to be a mention of bitcoin gold in the article which in my opinion is the most likely reason for the spike in the price.
I do not trust the experts when they talk about bitcoin. It seems to me that they sagely tell us about what has already happened with bitcoin. None of them spoke about the present. Honestly say that I have no authority. I use only my intuition. Probably should do it all and then you will make fewer mistakes.
372  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reaching $10,000 worth is possible this year. on: October 15, 2017, 11:44:37 AM
It is possible, but I am still confusing with that amount to reach by the end of the year since it is too huge to reach with just months. Maybe by next year with same Month would be possible. I think $6000 is possible to reach by bitcoin by the end of this year.
Why $ 6000? Why not $ 10,000. I also think that in November the price of bitcoin may be very fall. It is logical to assume that whales can start to sell bitcoins at a high price and we will see a reduction. But I can't bring myself to sell bitcoins during growth. I must be very greedy for such solutions.
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Japan leading the way with crypto currency on: October 14, 2017, 04:36:29 PM
Japan have done so well as far as cryptocurrency is concern!  They legalised bitcoin earlier on showing the world that bitcoin can be used as store of value and currency!
I don't agree with you. Nobody in the world even the Japanese did not recognize the bitcoin currency. For bitcoin established as a means of payment but it is quite another. I think that people are exaggerating the achievements of Japan. They were among the first to receive the income from the use of bitcoins instead of spending time on ineffective methods of dealing with bitcoins.
374  Economy / Economics / Re: it is possible fiat currency will crashed? on: October 14, 2017, 04:24:38 PM
I heard Robert Kyosaki is talking about the crashed of FIAT CURRENCY? when this thing will happen? how are we going to respond?
Fiat currency is crashed everyday in different countries. If you are talking about dollars, euros, yuan and other strong currencies they are not going to be crashed that soon. But look at venezuela, look at angola kuanzas when oil took a dump or look at how many times brasil changed its currency because of crazy and uncontroled inflation?
Why are you so sure that the oil has spoiled? Do you think that countries that produce oil are to blame for the fact that their currency was turned into paper. They were rejoicing that they have a lot of oil and those who do not will always be to sponsor them in the country. They did not modernize their economy and did not even think how they will live their heirs when the oil runs out. It was good when oil was expensive and we gave the last money to buy fuel. Now a lot of money invested in alternative energy and oil demand will fall always. Greed killed the traders in oil so I do not pity them.
375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: He really don't care about bitcoin on: October 13, 2017, 06:59:28 PM
Let him think about anyone at all interested in his opinion. May be he will not speak because his opinion does not interest anyone? Under the rolling stone gathers no moss. If I didn't take long bitcoin it would not earn big money for me. Even if tomorrow bitcoin will disappear that I have earned and I thank him for that always. The opinion of experts I'm not interested.
376  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Regulation in Russia on: October 13, 2017, 06:53:45 PM
What's the difference what country you will be? If you don't withdraw the bitcoins to Bank account in Russia you will not have problems with the law. But this applies only to democratic countries. We all know that Russia is not so. The safest way of working in Russia is to hide equipment in the forest where there is electricity. Russia has a lot of deserted places and abandoned villages.
377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Are ASICs really worth the investment? on: October 13, 2017, 06:40:00 PM
Keep thinking of buying ASICS but my worry is that they are a one trick pony compared to say a GPU that I can mine multiple coins and has resale value.

Are they profitable with average electricity costs?

ASICs also have resale value, but unlike GPUs timing matters a lot more.

Best case scenario: You buy a newly released ASIC straight from the manufacturer in China without insane markup from a reseller, mine a few months and resell it on eBay.

Worst case scenario: You buy an outdated ASIC from a reseller at 200+% markup. You mine longer than it's profitable and can't sell it afterwards because no one wants it anymore.

Of course, everyone wants to get the best case, so it is notoriously hard to get ASICs from the manufacturers right when they are released. Unless you have connections to China, or buy in large quantities, it might be impossible...
I do not buy new equipment. I buy it second hand from friends. They have lots of money to buy new powerful equipment. I buy asic that pays for itself in one month. Of course he earns not much, but enough for me and I do not risk big money. I like this strategy.
wow, can you please share with us which ASIC model you got that pays of in one month. I am looking for some reliable ASIC model/source. Thanks in advance.
Who do you call your sources. I bought a second hand RX 480 GPU Sapphire at $ 50. They very often fails resistors. I bought 8 PCs such the GPU and after the repair they have me working from 5 months to 14 months. When I repaired I replaced the thermal grease on them and there is not a single GPU that broke down repeatedly.
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: RX480(580) cards real power draw, 1000 watts psu for a 5-6-7 RX 480 builds ? on: October 13, 2017, 06:30:04 PM
You show the results of the GPU with the original BIOS. I have all the GPU is a modified BIOS. The speed of mining Ethereum 29 Mh/s. The maximum consumption I have 110 watts. This is when dual mining ETH+DCR. If only mine ETH the energy consumption drops to 88 watts. My rig is a 6 GPU and I use a 1000 watt power supply.

It is foolish to regret that missed some opportunity in the past. It is always a chance to make conclusions and not to make mistakes in the future. Bitcoin gives you the opportunity to join the community at any time. Price for it is growing. I hope that this trend will continue for a very long time. The main thing that the bitcoin community had not broken the contradictions within.
