1  Economy / Economics / Re: The whole market is going down. Any particular reason for that? on: January 01, 2019, 01:33:51 PM
My reason is that market prices are down because the content in the forum is not good and does not support bitcoin and the many rampant hackers that have been damaging the bitcoin image and I order for 2019 we must eradicate hackers that are dibitcoin and use good words in the bitcoin forum

I don't understand what you meant by prices are down because of the content of this forum, I do hope you understand that Bitcointalk doesn't influence prices we merely discuss events and prices here. The reason the prices are because of constant selling, and lack of positive news for bitcoins. Also one major reason is the lack of demand for it from institutional investors which is hurting it, but I feel 2019 shall be better.
Well this forum doesn’t affect the market, this is not a bias forum where you can discuss everything about crypto and any other concerns that you want to be discussed. The whole market is down because the manipulators are taking profit, and we can’t do anything about that. The demand this year for cryptocurrency will increase soon.
Well there is some reason to the market to going down when some people believe to the wrong news about it without making sure if its true or not. So I think the other reason why market dumping is because of the wrong prediction and many of us believe to it. But honestly we don't know what is the real reason why market goes down because there's a lot reason but we dont know what is the main reason of it.
I think that the main reason for the fall in prices is the uncontrolled ability of speculators to buy cryptocurrencies and sell them outside the exchanges. Modern cryptocurrency exchanges are only a showcase of the price at which speculators want to buy assets from miners. The news is also coming up with them in order to manipulate the market.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: thinking of selling or investing more. on: January 01, 2019, 01:25:58 PM
If you hold a cryptocurrency that is included from the red marks from the market then this is not the right time to sell yours. You should buy more now instead of selling it. This is our great opportunity to make profits in the future.
of course we have to predict prospective coins to hold, because if not of course the waiting is in vain. but I prefer to buy coins that are safe like bitcoin, so as to minimize the risk, because I am not yet good at analyzing
Why do you think bitcoin is a safe investment? Last year it lost 80% of its value. This is clearly not an object for investment. All cryptocurrencies are an object for speculation and it does not matter how much it costs at the moment. You need to constantly buy and sell it. Then you have a chance to earn. Hold last year proved its inexpediency.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price LIVE:BTC in danger of dropping to $4,000 ... on: August 12, 2018, 11:15:23 AM
The cryptocurrency price dump has nothing to do with the turkish lira. Why somebody is trying to connect them?
I don't see any danger for btc, even if the price drops under 4000 USD.It's just the whales, who are dumpring the prices,in order to buy cheap bitcoins before the winter bull run comes.
I think you're wrong. A few days ago, the volume of trading on all exchanges increased and this led to a decrease in prices. Whales don't work like that. Probably the problem of falling demand and prices for cryptocurrency is much deeper than the actions of speculators.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Bear trap or bull trap? on: August 12, 2018, 11:10:20 AM
It seems to me that the problem of cryptocurrencies is that everyone wants a quick profit. In fact, few people share the idea of a free economy "blood" which should be cryptocurrency. This is the main reason that the price of bitcoin can not recover. Price increases are just a bonus. The main task is to escape from the control of banks and governments.

6  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto is more like “a psychological experiment than a serious investment" on: June 24, 2018, 08:55:46 AM
Thats a nice piece of write up there. I think bitcoin plunged to 20K USD was big mistake and that is why it is coming down. A mistake, in terms of artificial pump and people considering it the natural pump. However they related later events with the fall of bitcoin such as, Mt Gox event, Two major exchanger getting hacked and recently bithumb hacks etc. However its really about the bitcoin correction thats been followed. If this hypothesis is correct then I am 100% we will see bitcoin going down to 5K USD the same prices which it had last year around the same months as we are in.
You may be right. But I do not regret what happened last year. I managed to recover the value of my investment in Fiat and now I am absolutely calm. Whatever the price of bitcoin is, I will be profitable. on the other hand, we got a chance. Someone did not take advantage of this but the pump provoked a large increase in the popularity of cryptocurrencies. Perhaps this will bring a positive result in the future.
7  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Four Arrested in Ukraine for Running Six Fake Cryptocurrency Exchanges on: June 24, 2018, 08:42:51 AM
Scammers have been at all times in all countries. Not new. But it seems to me that the main reason for the decline in the popularity of cryptocurrencies is the disparate relationship within the crypto community. Everyone earns money for themselves and does not pay attention to the problems of others. In the end, everyone suffers.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Tax on the crypto currency! What do you think? on: June 23, 2018, 05:20:52 PM
Do you see government support for all participants in the cryptocurrency market? What to pay tax for?
Precisely, what to pay tax for even government did support bitcoin as a currency to use. Some reason why some countries are quite on cryptocurrency because they know that this is not controllable with someone else and having a forcing to tax those who have earned in bitcoin. Well, to make this long story short luckily in my country did not implement a tax on crypto we pay tax when we buy goods using our money from bitcoin.
I think you're mistaken. The fact that you pay taxes when you purchase goods, the government is not enough. They want to take away part of the income from people at any stage of Fiat turnover. Once you change your bitcoin to Fiat most governments will consider this your income and require payment of income tax. This requirement is postponed to the beginning of next year. You may still have a nasty conversation with the tax authorities of your country.
9  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-22] Bitcoin is mature and less volatile, a research study claims on: June 23, 2018, 05:15:12 PM
I have long been a skeptic and do not believe any research. All of them are held for some purpose and we never know who finances them. I'm not interested in the degree of volatility. I always react to trading signals. Very soon I expect the market to reverse and that makes me happy. If this growth will be long and stable I will only please.
10  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-22] Harm and benefit from the Bitcoin crisis on: June 23, 2018, 05:08:52 PM
Any crisis ends sooner or later. This gives impetus to the growth of the economy and increase in incomes of citizens. I hope that the cryptocurrency market will not be an exception. I'm willing to wait as long as I want but I won't sell my bitcoins for nothing. I believe in the future of bitcoin and do not see a reason for panic.
11  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: “Asset with Measurable Value”: South Korea Supreme Court Recognizes Crypto on: June 23, 2018, 05:04:15 PM
We have already heard many different interpretations of bitcoin from the courts and governments of different countries. They all have different interpretations of the concept of cryptocurrency, but the goals pursued are the same. They do not want to recognize cryptocurrencies as a currency but at the same time want to get taxes, so they try to give some legal status to bitcoin.
12  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: KYC is bullshit on: June 22, 2018, 03:55:54 PM
I think KYC is not bad thing for bounty & token sale because some bad people always try to spamming in everywhere.KYC just helping to identify fraud people i think it's more effective. But i support KYC only for if it look like legitimate project.
the presence of kyc is very helpful when a country wants to regulate the movement of crypto in the country to avoid things that are not in want like theft or others because the kyc does not harm and even protect us as users of crypto and I strongly support this activity.
I strongly disagree with you. The objective of KYC is only one. Take part of your cryptocurrency from you as taxes. Unfair exchanges use the KYC in order to freeze your account and steal your coins. All cryptocurrency transactions can be traced. In order to protect yourself from hacking it was enough to agree among themselves all the exchanges and wallets on the withdrawal of such funds.
13  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Poloniex liable? on: June 22, 2018, 03:51:13 PM
lease add bittrex to your complaint, they froze accounts without warning and changed terms of service requiring kyc for withdrawals without any grace period for existing customers.

Poloniex and bittrex are both rogue exchanges now, and both should have their actions tested in court. Cool
I have no problem using bittrex. I have been using this exchange for a long time. Perhaps your problem is due to the fact that bittrex added to the auction dollar? Support on this exchange really works bad but it is a problem of all exchanges. Poloniex really has a lot of complaints from users for a long time so I left this exchange and I'm not interested in its future. I hope all users will pay attention to these signals and leave it without loss.
14  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-22] Only a Third of the Richest Informed on Bitcoin on: June 22, 2018, 03:44:11 PM
It seems to me that many rich people are afraid of the unpredictability of cryptocurrencies. This market can only attract speculative capital. Perhaps last year we saw a massive entrance of speculators. In December, they began to leave bitcoin and now we have returned to the real price of bitcoin which does not meet our expectations.
15  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-22] $17 Billion Deleted From Cryptocurrency Market in 24 Hours on: June 22, 2018, 03:40:58 PM
It seems to me that such attempts to explain the situation retroactively have nothing to do with reality. I have not found a logical explanation for the fall in prices. It seems to me that only one explanation. Someone very influential with big money and opportunities is interested in reducing the price of bitcoin or Ethereum. I am generally concerned about the ease with which hackers break the exchange. Maybe there are no hackers?
16  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-20] BTC to fall after massive $30 million HACK heist in South Korea on: June 22, 2018, 03:34:49 PM
Frankly, I do not understand what is the connection between the hacking of the exchange and the fall in bitcoin prices. All stolen coins leave the market and do not get into exchange for a long time. On the contrary, this should lead to a decrease in the number of offers and an increase in prices. It seems to me that this is artificial manipulation. The owners of these exchanges are involved.
17  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Market manipulation on: June 21, 2018, 01:32:27 PM
These financial institutions will always be caught as moving those large amounts of money will always get the attention of the authorities. Sadly the fine they are paying is nothing compared to what they have earned in the manipulation of the market, they would rather pay the penalty instead of facing jail time which I think is not possible for them, they would always make the company being in a "juridical entity" as a defense from this charges. What I want to see is that this kind of justice will improve and will also cover the cryptocurrency market, as the US government has an ongoing investigation about fraudalent fake bids, volume and important data being feed to us by known crypto exchanges.
I also heard that the us government is investigating the fact of fictitious rates, but what can they do? It is impossible to prove that the bet is fictitious. All of these rates have real cryptocurrency security and from a legal point of view they are legitimate. It's going nowhere It seems to me that the exchanges themselves suffer from such rates due to lower sales volumes. They will be the first to come up with the rules of trading on the exchange to fight such manipulations.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: SEC documents detail scores of fraud allegations against Coinbase on: June 21, 2018, 01:20:32 PM
It is the first time that I hear complaints about Coinbase. I don't want to question the validity of these reports, but this does not mean fraud or scam.
Also, I do not know why you are linking between regulations and these complaints ?. "Everything has its pros and cons."
I do not know how many transactions performed by Coinbase, but perhaps 134 pages is a small number compared to the entire system.

I constantly hear complaints from us residents about this exchanger. Moreover, many exchanges do not want to register accounts of us residents. It seems to me that you should have thought about this in the elections and demanded that the candidates solve these problems. To use the exchange outside of the United States is not the solution to problems.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government really scary? on: June 21, 2018, 01:16:03 PM
Many people say the government is not interested in cryptocurrency. Many people think the government has prohibit
crypto to protect investors from risks. Maybe in your country, that's true. But in some countries, especially developing countries, the government just wants to rob your assets. They rob publicly, lawfully and as much as possible. they are really bandits.I'm not afraid what they do. Because we have many ways to fight them. But this world is not as simple as you think. They can kill you if you are demonstrating.
You can ask any vietnamese that : Do you support your government ? I bet 99% answer is never. 1% remaining I'm sure they are goverment employee or their family. Wink

This is the case in many countries. But I would like to ask you what you were doing in the election? Every nation deserves a government for which it votes. In order for you to be able to use cryptocurrencies without restrictions, you must unite and require politicians to fulfill your requirements. Everything else is just a concussion.
20  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Are Bitcoin Casinos Legal ? on: June 21, 2018, 01:04:05 PM
I was searching all over the internet and could not find the answer.

Are crypto casinos legal ?

Do they need a license ?

Are US and China citizens allowed to play in that casinos ?

I'm talking about casinos that accept only cryptocurrencies. (No fiat money)

All citizens can play in the casino. Even if the country is forbidden to gamble, anyone can use a vpn to access any site. In order to determine the loyalty of the legislation you need to see in which countries the existing casinos are registered and learn from the licensing and taxation terms.
