361  Economy / Economics / Re: Will future paper money disappear? on: March 29, 2018, 12:37:13 PM
I don't think so due to government law it's too hard to disappearing the paper money beacuse it was become legal trading tools maybe it takes lot of times to make any countries accept the crypto and using it as legal trading tools such if you wanna buy things in minimarket you can spent btc for this.
I feel some of us are misconstruing this. Paper money is totally different from fiat as a whole. Fiat will definitely remain no matter what, but when we are talking about paper money, we are talking about cash here and from what I am experiencing personally from my own angle, it seems this is gradually becoming irrelevant in some places and in most of the places that are developed, hardly will you see people using cash these days except once in a while if it is just necessary. So, will paper money one day go into extinction? The likelihood is definitely there.
362  Economy / Speculation / Re: The future price of bitcoin? on: March 29, 2018, 11:40:46 AM
speculation and prediction are scattered everywhere. IMO future bitcoin will be neutral. yes, not high and not low. this is due to the initial design of fluctuating bitcoin, I think we should never speculate about the future if this year alone no one can predict precisely, because curiosity killed the cat!
It is a speculative market and there is nothing we can do about it. So many people will always out of optimism give us what they believe or what they assume, but that does not necessarily mean they will happen, as no one can predict the future anyway. I am good where we are and I have great optimism that the future is better, but we cannot know what it holds and no one definitely can, no matter how they think of themselves as experts.
363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cannot be a global currency on: March 28, 2018, 12:20:56 PM
Of course, Bitcoin can be a world currency. However, Bitcoin is not valid in all countries. But seeing the popularity of Bitcoin,it will be the world currency for a time.Only the bitcoin has been known in all the countries, which could not make any other coins.Everywhere they are Bitcoin, world Currency Will be.

Bitcoin is decentralized money bro until it makes the bitcon as a legal money. You will find the bitcoin price to reach more than 50k USD in 2020. That time you will see the bitcoin has been adopted by the many countries dude.
So that you itself bitcoin is global currency. If you get into the Japan airport, even now itself you can access the bitcoin ATMs at there and can legally used.

Bitcoin is just going to be a currency accepted globally by some part of the global population and even though it makes transaction easy for a lot of people, the governments cannot accept it to be the official currency and would rather regulate it to benefit from it. It is an idea that is already flying all over the world as it makes payment easy worldwide without border effect, and that would make it accessible by those who have access to it, and nothing else asides this.
364  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I make passive daily income with trading? on: March 28, 2018, 10:14:33 AM
Can I make passive daily income with trading?
I have little money of about 100$, Is it a good idea to start jump on Bittrex or Poloniex and
start buying alt coins for profit.

The passive income you say is mining and investing, the kind of work that you don't need a lot of things to do. If your money is 100$ i think you can't go for mining because it's hard to set up a mining rig's and it's so expensive to buy.
So the best way to do with your 100$ is to invest, like investing to an ICO project are also profitable but you need to choose a good project that you think will success.
That is just another way but that does not exclude trading. Trading is a very good way to earn a lot passively even if you do it yourself or you make use of bots. I have been making a lot from trading over the years and as long as you know what you are doing, you will always be fine. A lot of people miss it when they think they can just do it all by themselves without learning and practicing and that is extremely bad.
365  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Four Keys to Success on: March 28, 2018, 09:41:55 AM
For me it is an one and only way to get profits from trading is Buy low and Sell high so work according to these and do whatever you want to do that strategy.Never trade for loss and it is better to hold than losing our money.
I totally feel the OP. The thing is that a lot of people may go the HODL way, if they do not have any trading idea. It is good but in the long run, it is not actually the best way. I remember early this year selling all my assets in alts which grew with some $9k profit which from my blockfolio app right now, they are all $2500. (decided to leave them in the app until I buy back to know what I would have lost). Anyone can do the maths. I can easily buy back more of these coins now at their dip and wait for the next phase. HODL if you can and trade if you can. None is bad, but obviously trading is much better.
366  Economy / Economics / Re: Those who have invested in bitcoin when it was 18k-20k$ on: March 27, 2018, 05:39:53 PM
I have a friend who bought bitcoin during this peak season. When the bitcoin price was 18-20k USD. Now he is sad and disappointed seeing that the current price has dropped to 50% and more and he is afraid he is going to lose all. In short he lost his hope and faith in bitcoin already. Has anyone here did the same as he did? If you did invest in that amount what did you do to your bitcoin, did you sell it or still holding it?
Well, this is really a nightmare to him. Yes, we are all amaze in btc last year when it's reach $20k and we are all almost think that btc will reach $40k This year and some of us never thinks the dump we only think about "how about bitcoin reach $40k next year?" That word. And today some of us are really disappointed well guys it's dump time but there is still pump time Smiley soon.
It can be hard for a person to look at the present value of bitcoin and stay calm if he has bought bitcoin at 20k dollars but it would be very helpful if he simply take a look at the future values of bitcoin. The end year value of 2018 is estimated to be at least 30k dollars, giving him profit of 10k dollars and that is not a small amount. The only requirement is to hold a little longer. That should not be very difficult. It is also expected to touch 90k dollars by the end of 2020.
Very hard bro! Very hard!! Probably, maybe as a result of my knowledge of the stock market and how I have experienced somethings like this in the past trading stocks, I have always learned not to ever buy any market whenever it is in a bull rally because you are just going to end up screwing yourself. Nothing was driving the market except speculations, and this is the result.

I feel for them honestly, but right now I am happy buying the dips and I believe anyone who bought at the top should still do the same, as that can help them recover some when the market bounces back, even though it does not bounce to the previous ATH before the end of the year.
367  Economy / Economics / Re: Cost of Living Comparison on: March 27, 2018, 05:27:38 PM
what is the point of discussing expense part? it is always the equestion of residual income. if you spent everything you make on whatever.. housing, grocery, school and have no money left... what is the point once again
Exactly. As long as your income can hold what you are spending, then you should not have a problem where ever you are. Most places with low cost of living, may actually have a general low income level, unless there is just a high balance anyway which is the edge some may have over the other.
In fact, from the website, it is obvious that the local purchasing power in most of the high cost of living places, kind of compensate for the living standard.
368  Economy / Economics / Re: Earnings without risks for beginners on: March 27, 2018, 06:07:26 AM
Today on internet there is no money earnings without risk. Even on bounty campaign can scam you.. Just imagine that you wearing signature for six week and after that you don't get tokens or coins because the ICO fails.. The worst thing is that in that 6 week you lose opportunity to join for another signature campaign that actually will give you token or coin at the end.
I feel the only reason most people do not consider it as risk is because they are really not putting in their funds, but they have forgotten that they are working for it and getting paid, so whatever happens will still affect them. The OP mentioned airdrops anyway, and I really do not see that as something much to worry about since it is basically free, but generally, there is risk in everything, but it only differs in level.
369  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you still use bitcoins if the price would be stable? on: March 26, 2018, 01:50:30 PM
I am pretty much interested to know how many people here uses bitcoin because of it's system, because of the anonymous and the security it provides, and because of the fact that it is really easy to transact over the internet, and there's no one who can just block your account(unlike paypal, a platform that provides an easy way to pay over the internet, but you rely on PayPal to keep your account open).

So, are you guys using bitcoin because of it's nature, or because it's a financial tool of making money?

I don’t really know, but one thing for sure is that if we are hundred, about fifty people or more will drop from Bitcoin. If you ask me, my answer is a YES, I will continue to make use of Bitcoin, but that doesn’t mean I won’t be considering the situation of the market, cause any single mistake I make will lead to loss which I wouldn’t like to take.
The fact is that the stable market value of the bitcoin is more than impossible sort of thing and that this will never happen. The only thing which we all know for now is that bitcoin and other crypto coins are volatile in nature and that their market values keep on fluctuating. I am afraid that investors will stop investing their money into bitcoin if it has got the stable market value in the future.
Yeah, we really do not even need to be worrying or bothering ourselves over something that is impossible. Generally, market is volatile and there is nothing anyone can do about it, so as time goes on, we will still keep having a volatile market but an uncontrolled one.

However, stability for me is not even a problem even if we ever get to see that happen. The idea of making transactions from anywhere in the world easily makes it interesting and that is what would always make it fly.
370  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 02, 2018, 04:54:23 PM
So, who sold at the bottom? Bear trap is over and according to masterluc we're in the beginning of the 4th wave. From this point we're going UP!
Sorry! New here, so pardon me for not giving honor to whom honor is due, if apparently he deserves the honor, but who is he? Masterluc? Been seeing the name appear on this thread over and over.
371  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 02, 2018, 04:13:29 PM
Oh la la! I would not want to get my hopes up too much though, but I got back all in at $7800 while targeting the 200MA with the mindset that the whole drag down was an institutional play and some great number of big boys would not want it to go below that line. I really hope I end up getting this one right, but from the look of things, I might be popping some expensive champagne soon, and that is if I do not end up smoking shisha at $5000, if it ends shitting some more red lower than what I bought.
372  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 01, 2018, 05:30:20 PM
I really do not understand
Nothing bad is happening at the momento
All exchanges are crowded with new users, and still losing marketcap?
Well, the whales are still playing with the market and all those newly registered users on the exchanges are just you and I who are buying so little compared to when the institution steps in, once they feel the bears are fully worn out and then we start seeing FOMO buys all over again.
373  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 01, 2018, 04:56:57 PM
$8k here we come. Honestly, lower than this will cause some panic dump as that will end up dropping below 200MA. Do you guys think this can hold? With the buy walls getting squashed.

If someone told me BTC would be at $7K+ or even $5K+ a year from now, one year ago exactly I would probably have bought a bottle of champagne in celebration.

You can still open the bottle of champagne now bro!  Grin
374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Satoshi Nakamoto will reveal himself one day ? on: January 22, 2018, 01:13:12 PM
You do not need to look forward to the day again. I am satoshi, I only opened a new account, changed my username and now you caught me! Happy now?

Jokes apart, if someone comes out today to claim to be satoshi, will you even believe? Secondly, Satoshi disappeared for a very valid reason which we all know already, so you think he is going to change his mind after almost 9 years? Please! Satoshi is already alive in the bitcoin you are using and that is the closest you will ever get.  Tongue
375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Taxing Bitcoins Possible? on: January 22, 2018, 10:50:24 AM
I have been thinking of this for long and the reason being that a lot of bitcoin transaction is going online everyday in many countries and i think government can generate IGR from this if possible. I am not a programmer and i have a little knowledge about bitcoin technologies but i just want to know if it is possible.
Taxing can really work if you are converting to fiat, since that would be more like a capital gain tax. However, bitcoin to bitcoin transaction? I am not sure how that can be pulled off. Bitcoin is pseudo anonymous and unless the government finds a way to know who is attached to a particular public address, which is impossible since I can always decide to change my pub key anytime i wish, then with that, I really do not see the possibility of taxing P2P transactions.
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Careful out there... on: January 22, 2018, 10:13:28 AM
I just read a White Paper. It is selling 1 million tokens at, roughly 2 USD each. This would look like a nice company to put your money into, as it has a small cap.

But there is a catch, the guy has created 1 BILLION tokens, so this means that the value of the tokens he´s set is 2 BILLION  Grin Grin

Frankly, nowadays you have to read carefully even when looking for bounty out there  Roll Eyes
Grin Grin I won't be surprised that some investors will still fall for it anyway. It is a crazy world out there in the ICO field, and it takes being extra careful to be able to succeed which is why I do not even bother myself as long as the team does not have a good record or history to hold on to.
377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DO ETN HAVE FUTURE...? on: January 22, 2018, 09:16:39 AM
It even surprisingly had a little bit of growth recently before bitcoin showed itself. No one can say if there is a future for this coin or not as it all depends on the usefulness of the coin itself, how the devs are able to work hard to make it stay relevant and how users end up perceiving the coin. For now, let's just hope and assume there should at least be a future for ETN.
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitconnect to the Moon! on: January 20, 2018, 09:25:38 AM
Buy now!

Bitconnect to the moon! Buy now as long there will be some coins on the market. Before they loose another 2 billions market cap!

Now, please!

I am sure you are very close to the moon right now. You would not have imagined it would be this soon right before they ended up closing down. At least they had plenty of reasons to give.

I'm afraid to upset you, but as far as I heard the Bitconnect Exchange was closed. So I think there's the opposite, the price should just slide to 0. But who knows, because the market is so original that it can be reacted on the contrary, so I will not be surprised if it does happen.
It is a market and as long as the coin remains there, I am sure one way or the other, it would still be played with by some whales before we end up seeing their final days.
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm very disappointed with myself. on: January 20, 2018, 09:18:29 AM
You do not have to beat yourself for a mistake that you cannot change. Everyone has once made this mistake of impatience before, and the only best thing you can do to yourself is never to make it again which is one of the reasons I have learned to hold and until recently that I started trading and really know what I am doing which still has not stopped me from holding some coins for as long as I can.
380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are some ways to reduce stress with Cryptocurrency? on: January 19, 2018, 02:57:36 PM
Looking for some low stress coins to work with

Something with a mechanism that helps alleviate the stress of crypto price fluctuations?

Any recommendations?

Welcome to the world bro, there is none. It is a decentralized market and unless you want to stay on the low cap coins which does not even guarantee non flunctuations, it is something you just have to bear with. Unless of course you want to hold TETHER which would never change from $1. Best is to buy, hold and come back in few years.
