Better to lock this thread so that no one would able to make repetition of comments related to your case.As if now its already been resolved im glad that you got your refund and i do really believe about the legitimacy of BTC-e since ive been using it on the past year and it works fine for me.When it comes to this kind of cases its really better to be patient sometimes.
dear friend i still believe BTC-E SUPPORT act so weak and i never satisfied of their help also they even have not a online operator for help . its so bad . they must increase quality for their support system . i think waiting for 10 days for solve a simple problem like for me is so high and is not acceptable . i just was in high stress and high tension in this period . i hope this never happen for another

you cant do nothing as of now but to wait for the reply of btc.e regarding on this situation since okpay did already tell some words that they havent recieve any funds yer and as you said you do trust them for how many years now.The problem here is only btc.e and why they dont really give trs id is the main question here.
Unfortunately YES i am so angry of this fucking support system they act like frauds . never trust to BTC-E thank you for follow my topic . i will update this topic here as soon as i receive a answer . soon i will start to publish this topic in all coin forums . if you search BTC-E scam you will see how many complain just in 2017 year

Looks like at this point all you can do is keep asking BTC-E for the Okpay transaction ID. It should be very easy for them to give it to you. Actually they should always put it up on their site under the history section everytime a transaction is done!
Do you still have 4 tickets opened with them? if not and you have only 1 left, Maybe you could create one more that simply say:
"Please provide me with the OKpay trs ID for my Btc-e transaction #123456789"
Just one single line. This is a real simple request, they will have to respond and quick! I hope...
thanks my friend i have already 2 open ticket and wait for their answer i think they know exactly my situation . no need to add Btc-e transaction . in 13 may i had just a withdraw and all things is clear . no need to extra explanation unless they didnt send any fund to my OKPAY account . my withdraw request was 13 may and today is 20 may 2017 ... fuck btc-e ::: worst support system that i see so far .

stewart2012 You should look for someone have at least 1000 usd in his account balance btc e ( because min chat 1000usd )for speak in chat with support .
friend if i start say anything negative about BTC-E they banned me instant . yes its best choice . Unfortunately people just are busy in BTC-E for trading and never think if they face to a problem nobodies is responsible for solve problem ....

A very very suspicious thing here since okpay did reply to your query and denied that they havent recieve any incoming transaction on their account. This would be hard since you wont know whos telling the truth or not but i do suspect that btc-e does have the problem on here because they can even give tx id on the amount that have been sent so that i can be able to verify.
my friend i just have full trust to okpay support system and never trust to BTC-E I use okpay system for many years and dont have any problem with their great system . their support always reply so fast . second okpay support confirmed no incoming transaction on my account exist and not their account . this means no fund received of BTC-E account in same date < 13 may 2017 > Thirdly BTC-E dont tell me transaction ID ... why ?

You are still making the same mistake. Have you contacted OKPAY yet? How do you know when if they are not holding your money for investigation? All i saw in this thread is about btc-e's customer support.
I'll tell you again. If btc-e says that your funds are sent, then it is done. You should create a ticket at OKPAY now. If they say something logical then you can get back to buzz btc-e. (The most logical answer from OKPAY in this case would be "we have no sight of any money")

What a stupid answer they sent you! They should have been given you that trs ID right away!!
I bet they can't find it cause if there was one you would see it in your account.
I hope they will not let you wait another 4 days for their next reply.

We should not rush to say that the site is scam
The site has a good reputation. It works for a long time
Avoid insulting support btc e . Or similar bad words
I hope the problems will be resolved soon

After each of the new tickets you submitted you have received an email with a link to check the status. We are the status of your tickets?
Mine shows as "In Progress"
There's a "live support box" on the left but it shows offline as I type this. Wonder if it even turns online...

I made my ticket last evening, around 17:00 PM ( New York time ). The response was in my email this morning when I woke up.
so you received a reply within 1 days and i dont receive any reply after 3 days ... really shit support . maybe if your problem was about withdraw you have a condition like me ...
