I heard that your site got attacked by virus and hackers and that was the reason that c-cex was down for some time , can you give info about what losses occured and is it still safe to do trading in c-cex site. As i was interested in doing trading in alt coin and so many users have suggested to do in c-cex.
Weird rumors. We was not attacked by virus or something. We just had our https SSL certificate expired and fixed it same day (look my post above).

Actually You got response from us within our response timespan and your issue already resolved. Reason is Payeer is in progress of changing his API servers. So we had to post your deposit manually.

I submitted already 4 support tickets, never got any reply , what a great customer support ! Please, don't submit more than 1 ticket. We serve all tickets several times per day.
