Jawabannya sebenernya sudah terjawab di pertanyaan agan hehehe. Jelas berdampak karena kebanyakan proyek ICO itu memakai platform nya Ethereum, coba bayangin aja gan kalo yang punya platform aja (ETH) turunnya hampir 40% apalagi proyek lain yang pake platform itu.
