I feel like giving this a try, is KYC mandatory? and how fast are the payouts?  I just don't want to get scammed with my hard earned cryptos.
For now the T&C say that theyll be requiring a KYC for winnings above €2300. Although many people have reported that they have withdrawn more than that without being asked for a KYC.
I have personally withdrawn around .1+ at a time without being asked for KYC.
362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Losing your life savings on BTC? Hurting everyday? on: June 25, 2018, 08:59:43 AM
People buy lottery ticket all the time, that’s total fine, spending $5 here and there for fun. But if you mortgage your house to buy lottery tickets you are crazy.

Same thing with bitcoin. Spend a few grand for chuckle is fine, chances are you won’t see your money again. Heck I would pick up a few bitcoins too when it drops below $100.

It will never drop below $100. If it did it would be game over and pointless to buy them anyways. Bitcoin will be the reserve currency of the cryptocurrency market. There is no point for it not to be.

How many people here lost big on BTC? Stop the madness now while you still can! Russian government will soon flood market with crypto currencies

I doubt this, how do you know what the Russian government will do? Who cares anyway? Let them flood the market with cryptocurrencies. There are already thousands of them, what will a few thousand more do? This has nothing to do with Bitcoin. Bitcoin will always have a fixed supply, there is nothing any government can do to change that.
It can always drop to below $100, and beleive me people will still like to buy it and it will recover, not soon but at some point of time it will.

363  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ World Cup 2018 🏆 Free Bets, Price Boosts, Free Spins! 🎉 on: June 25, 2018, 03:56:36 AM
guys they dont asked any KYC for me and im betting on site for last 2 years, placed bet with more than 2-3 btc trust me.

Can you clarify, this 2-3btc is your average amount per bet or just your total bet for 2 years? As per sportsbet's term, they will ask KYC for withdrawal above or equivalent to 1btc. If the 2-3btc is just your total bet amount so I believe they wont ask you for KYC as I also using this site for few years already but with small amount only. How much was your biggest withdrawal here?
According to them KYC if you withdraw more than €2300 what is currently 0.4 BTC!

Hi all,

Regarding the complaint of player ExcessTest:

sportsbet.io is a regulated online gambling provider which does not withold customers funds and processes hundreds of withdrawals of BTC in a week.

Regardless the nature of Bitcoin payments as a regulated operator we are obliged to ID verification, KYC and AML (anti-money laundering) procedures by the regulator at certain withdrawal levels.

We have stated this clearly in our Terms & Conditions page available here –
https://sportsbet.io/about/general-terms-and-conditions
3.3.3. Sportsbet reserve the right to carry out additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawals exceeding the equivalent of 10 Bitcoins or €2300 which ever is lower, and further reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of smaller withdrawals, as demanded by our gaming license. Account Holders who wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked or excluded account, are advised to contact Customer Support.

i withdrawl more than 0.4 btc and they never requested for kyc
It sometimes happen that they only ask for it when you "win" more than that.

Also can sportsbet clarify that what kind of document proofs does it require for the purpose of kyc? Will government issued cards be valid for ID and address verification? I am fine with doing my kyc, just need to know what documents are required.
364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC Bet question (WORLD CUP) on: June 24, 2018, 03:16:57 PM
Any site that allowing me to bet for world cup ?

I don't want Nitrogen as it's too complicate , just bet for fun which allow me to bet like 100$ on england , instead of over/under

any site recommended ?
I personally use sportsbet.io to bet on it.
It usually offers 80+ markets to bet on football. Its easy to use and deposits are instant. It has never asked me for a kyc but in some cases where the amount is bigger than 1BTC, there have been cases where they have asked for kyc. Havent had any problem much personally with them, but still research everything before you put your money somewhere.

Disclaimer : I do not endorse the website, this opinion is just based on my personal experience and any losses henceforth incurred wont be my fault.

So even if they assort the userids in ascending order and give tickets accordingly, still they have scope left for increasing the number of tickets of their favoured userid to win the lottery.

The file lists the user IDs and the ticket numbers each one has. You can download a copy of it before the draw. So we don't have scope to change anything.

Just to clarify, would a signed deposit address still work in this case if the 2fa key was lost the sim to a phone number (so you don't have to wait the 7 or so days to get control of the number again).

I wouldn't trust printing out keys and storing them somewhere even if that place is locked. Although, if you stored the encrypted keys then it'd be a bit better -you can brute force it still without them being encrypted.

can we get a live chart for the contest and the amounts that people have wagered in total since the start of July (for when that comes) - not sure if this was already said.

I would set the default withdrawal address on the profile page to one that you can sign a message from. Given that then yes we would be able to disable 2FA if requested.

Backing up your 2FA keys is a personal choice. I use Winauth and that allows you to export the keys to an encrypted file (password or PGP). I keep a copy of that and a print out somewhere I consider being secure. Even with that file someone would still need my accounts email and password.

I think there should be a leaderboard for the contest, at least that's what I suggested.

It's still being developed but yes there will be.

Okay that explains a lot. I had in my mind that the alloted numbers are declared after the block is mined.
Thank for the clarification.
367  Other / Meta / Re: Can this guy (cryptoaeronet) be ban? [information updated] on: June 24, 2018, 12:15:11 PM
Ive never seen scammers getting banned on the forum.
We have all faced and encountered scammers who stole thousands and hundreds of btcs and are still on the forum.

The only cases being banned are spammers and as far as I can see this guy is at least putting in a bit to scam people(though I dont support this is any way), but won't it be double standards to ban someone for shit red reviews and scam attempts?

If he is banned then there will be several requests for banning others too.
368  Economy / Reputation / Re: Suspected Merit Farmer on: June 24, 2018, 12:06:23 PM
What about the profiles sending those merits ? Aren't they also breaking forum rules?
All the accounts related to the farmer should be tagged as they are equally involved in the scam.

Isnt this thread more of a reputation board thread rather than being a meta board thread?

370  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 24, 2018, 02:25:57 AM
As no one knows the "Ticket Number" which was alooted to him, the game can be easily riggged.
I'm not sure but I think these "Ticket Number" will be published along with the future bitcoin block number
I will post back here when I found the references,
but probably TheQuin keeps the info handy and can give you links and more details on it

edit: found it, one page back
We publish on Twitter a file that contains the number of the block that the hash will provide the client seed. That file also includes the server seed and ticket list. That's everything you need to verify the result.
What I am saying is that the ticket list can be easily manupulated by alloting the winning ticket to such an account that is either held by freebitco.in itself or is inactive since long time(there are thousands of such accounts at regular intervals).

So even if they assort the userids in ascending order and give tickets accordingly, still they have scope left for increasing the number of tickets of their favoured userid to win the lottery.
371  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: June 24, 2018, 02:12:07 AM
the one and only luck you will have with this site is when you will leave the exchange and go to some good exchange that offers a fine service even if it costs you your kyc.

learned this from many bad past experiences. stay away from cryptopia.

Cryptopia is definitely one of the lesser ranked altcoin exchanges you can access, however their CEO has just started using youtube as means of communicating for the platform, and hopefully this indicates a lot more effort in listening to users, and making cryptopia a professional platform for traders rather than the current NSFW-ridden chat, mostly spurred on by moderators.

I am minimizing my exposure to cryptopia, but will be unlikely to remove it from my bot entirely, unless current state worsens.
And that itself indicates how bad the exchange is on the basis of solving out bugs and making basic exchange possible.

Its like the site is been run by a bunch of teenagers who just know basics of developing and so the have made something like an exchange but are failing to maintain it.

There are other sites that run much better and so the ceo himself doesnt have to come out and expect people to like the site just because the head of operations is coming out and contacting people.
372  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ World Cup 2018 🏆 Free Bets, Price Boosts, Free Spins! 🎉 on: June 24, 2018, 02:04:05 AM
I have Brazil as a winner of WC, and I won a free bet. I used it for Serbia vs Switzerland. However it says potential win is 0.85 mBTC when I used a 1.5 mBTC bet for an odd 1.57 which should be 2.355 mBTC win or it doesn't work like that ?
it works correctly.. for a free bet the stake is counted as 0 you only get profit

Then they should have stated this when they told that I would have win 1.5 mBTC worth of free bets every time my Brazil won. I didn't see it in the time of placing the bet. Anyway it was a lost bet but now I learned that it sucks as a promotion. It should not count as 0 otherwise they would have to explain it when you select an outcome that this 1.5mBTC will count as 0 and will be used only to multiply the odd you choose to calculate the profit.
Well free bets are kinda like that on almost all the sites.
Be it nitrogen or sportsbet, in both of these the wagered amount is 0 and the amount you wij on a freebet is the only one that gets counted.

This can be very well seen on the my bets page when you go and open up a free bet, you can actually see what youll. win if you win this bet.
373  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 23, 2018, 06:07:00 PM
can someone please explain how is the freebitco.in lottery fool proof?

Can you explain how we can predict the hash of a Bitcoin block that hasn't been mined yet?

You can't predict the outcome of the hash, but as soon as it comes out, you can allot the winning tickets to your own accounts within a matter of second ones the block cokes out.

As no one knows the "Ticket Number" which was alooted to him, the game can be easily riggged.

375  Economy / Services / Re: Looking to sell 2 gmail accounts that are both over 8 years old on: June 23, 2018, 07:58:57 AM
I accept bitcoin or paypal. these gmails are my personal gmail accounts. Please let me know, thanks.
There is no difference between old and new accounts. Moreover everyone here has more old accounts than what you offer.
If you have 2004 year's accounts to sell then i might buy it.

I am just wondering anybody can create a new gmail account which is free and then can provide them a mail id or do whatever wants to do. Like say you are ready to buy for 2004 and before what special will it have which a new account if you create will not have?
2004 account will be much more as of a collectable value as gmail was started on 1 April 2004.

Thats the only reason 2004 accounts will have some value as compared to other accounts.

I dont beleive the sites lottery as it can be rigged very very easily and all the claims of provably fair can be thriwn inside trash.

yesterday I made a bet of 100  mbtc on Croatia and she won, today I wanted to withdraw money and again I can not do it, they sent me a link to the email for kyc but I already passed kyc
Personally I dont beleive the site much but i have made bets of 100+mbtc and won and withdrawn but i never had any such problem of kyc while doing so.

I dont find much problems while doing a kyc while processing larger payouts.

380  Economy / Gambling / Re: [SureBet] Surebetting , Arbitrage , Automated Tool , Fast [24h] [Soccer only] on: June 22, 2018, 01:05:35 AM
first of all the price is really high , considering that most of the fiat bookies will freeze account that arbitrage or winning accounts in general ( and actually most of people here don't even have access for these sites )
but would be nice if you can create such tool for the trusted bitcoin sprotsbetting sites that don't limit arbitrage bettors
this may indeed have good value if you create one
Price isn't high if you see it gives you guaranteed profitable bet, you win without lose but to my mind that's not hard in coding to create software with such functions. Also to my mind arbitrage betting can leak you and all of your accounts may be closed because I know some people who were trying to do such things, maybe they were careless.
Do we have much bitcoin bookmakers? I think no so arbitrage isn't possible here.
Btw my post has to do nothing against op...

I was saying that 1000 euros is high because OP wasn't going to give a vouch , will you spend 1000 euros on something that has no reviews at all ??
but when there is a vouch and when I can see that I can really benefit from it using only asian bookmakers then the case is totally  different
Agreeing to it.
OP can give a couple or a vouch to some extremely trusted guy on the forum who can verify it on OPs behalf.

The product seems to be nice but anyone with a sound mind wont put 1000euros into something so new and experimental.
