Can you show some proof of it? Not for me though I dont really care but atleast lets entertain some clown in here. I have a friend that regularly bet in this site as well, not as major as yours but ranging from 0.05-0.1 bet which is quite decent. Never heard from him that he had any problem regarding the site or the staff asking KYC

Can you clarify, this 2-3btc is your average amount per bet or just your total bet for 2 years? As per sportsbet's term, they will ask KYC for withdrawal above or equivalent to 1btc. If the 2-3btc is just your total bet amount so I believe they wont ask you for KYC as I also using this site for few years already but with small amount only. How much was your biggest withdrawal here?

Founded in 2016 as part of the Coingaming Group, Sportsbet.io is a leading bitcoin-led sportsbook operator. What companies are part of the Coingaming Group? Brands wise, sportsbet.io/bitcasino.io/slots.io/bets.io/hub88.io/blackjack.io You should also take a look at CDP Technologies Estonia Ltd. Tim Heath is also co-founder of onetouch.io heathmont.net

Also can sportsbet clarify that what kind of document proofs does it require for the purpose of kyc? Will government issued cards be valid for ID and address verification? I am fine with doing my kyc, just need to know what documents are required.

When did you change your promotion terms and conditions? They contradict each other: Place a single pre-live on any market with odds greater than 1.50 on any World Cup match played that day (if you use your Price Boost to increase the odds above 1.50 you will not qualify for the spins) That implies that you can use a price boost, if the original odds were greater than 1.50. I've used them for almost all of my bets, and got my free spins until yesterday, when I wasn't credited. (rip 14 free spins) Nevermind, just got the spins (or I got them earlier and didn't get the notification) Then, on the same page, in the terms and conditions, you state: 2. Bets made with free bets or Price Boost will not be eligible. Please clarify your statement

This is shitty, My account got locked for no reason ( no money inside it anyway ). I was just going to give it a try and bet for spain as they have high chance to win. I tried contacted the support through livechat and asked why it was locked. I stated my email and guess what he keep insisting on asking my username ( like WTF ) then he asked me to send an email to cs@sportsbet.io . I dont even know whats the purpose of the livechat if I need to send an email about it

Hopefully, you didn't bet anyways since Spain lost ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Funny how the gambling gods work sometimes. If you really want access to your account, I would listen to support and send an email.

I like how answer to every question in this thread is " cs@sportsbet.io". I wish they could just stop their bitcointalk services and operate from that email instead. I feel like giving this a try, is KYC mandatory? and how fast are the payouts? I just don't want to get scammed with my hard earned cryptos.
They don't have a permanent set of terms and conditions. It keeps changing over night especially if a big amount withdrawal is requested. If I was you, I would rather play on sites that don't have KYC policies. Since there's no money inside, I wouldn't worry that much since there were other sportsbooks that would have taken your bet.
It's not about money, it's about locking people out of their accounts without a warning.

For now the T&C say that theyll be requiring a KYC for winnings above €2300. Although many people have reported that they have withdrawn more than that without being asked for a KYC. I have personally withdrawn around .1+ at a time without being asked for KYC.

Deleted on their new censored thread: We are fully regulated and licensed Who regulates you and how? We go through annual compliance check with our regulator, Curaçao Egaming, which is authorized and regulated by the Government of Curaçao. Definition regulator: An official who works for the part of the government that controls a public activity (such as banking or insurance) by making and enforcing rules. Curaçao eGaming does not work for the part of the government and therefore is not your regulator! Are there documents about the procedure of the annual compliance check available (even per pm)? Curaçao eGaming received the 1668/JAZ license from the Government of Curaçao, but they do not regulate Curaçao eGaming! However, if you have proof or documents that the Government of Curaçao regulates Curaçao eGaming, feel free to show it? On the bottom of our home page you can find a shield and by clicking that it will validate our license. More information about the seal system can be found by clicking here. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) If I click on the license seal on your website, I will be forwarded to the seal status page of Curaçao eGaming. The seal status is not to be accepted as valid license certificate. Therefore your claim that the seal status page validates your license is baseless! The only thing the seal status page of Curaçao eGaming does is to confirm the claim of bitcasino.io to operate under their 1668/JAZ license. It is also clear that Curaçao eGaming can not validate your license. Because if key conditions of the usage rights contract to operate under their 1668/JAZ license are not fulfilled or Curaçao civil and criminal laws are breached, then the usage rights contract to operate under their 1668/JAZ license becomes invalid! And this totally independent of what Curaçao eGaming claims, because Curaçao civil and criminals laws and courts stand above the anonymous venture Curaçao eGaming. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Please clarify your statement
Hey DarkStar, We credited the spins in the morning however there was a delay with our notifications - sorry about this! Should you have queries or comments on our promos, feel free to contact our live chat and we will be happy to help! In regards to using a price boost for free spins - if the normal odds were under 1.5 and a price boost is used to bring them over 1.5, they won't qualify for free spins. Best of luck! As far as I know, I dont even conduct any violation to their term. The last time I used it was around a week ago for parlay with dust amount ( it lost anyway so it has no money in the account )
