How about PRT/BTC on CoinMarket.io?
It would be quite slow to deposit, considering a 100 confirmation requirement...
(a hint to the coin's dev: the 100 confirmation requirement is ridiculous when you have enough hashrate (eg. not a dead coin))
we've been waiting for this day to come! I think people can live with the 100 confirmation for now. It's only really 25 mins which is lower than a lot of coins already. |

Is there anywhere to see any stats besides the the current mining shares? Would be very nice to know something instead of staying in the dark.
Funny website.....nothing is working to inform their clients. Don't think it was a good idea to start mining here, hope they proof me wrong.

My biggest concern is also the fact this will have to be open source for 2 reasons. One because it will have qt elements, GPL requires you to open source. And 2, community won't accept a wallet that is not open source.
So in my opinion we need a solution for this. I have no idea what, but the main selling point will be up for grabs for any established currency...

I refuse to market PRT until high quality graphic work is done.
Banners, logos, websites, social feeds, everything needs to have HQ graphics. Just look at the other coins that are coming out. Do you see the difference at all?
Don't expect to go popular with artwork representing 1995. Everybody wants eye-candy these days.

Particle PRT is pretty much one of the only ones having some innovation going for it so it is bound to be successful.

I think the mockup looks awesome. I really like it. Some things can be challenging to implement because I am stuck using Windows.Forms for cross-platform ability. If I could use WPF and windows only, then can do some really amazing things, but then you lose the Mac and Linux users. And although Linux user may be small %, I am one of them  I only use Windows for development. I spend most time in Linux Mint because I prefer it. And therefore I want my wallet to work on it Matauc is right, the color scheme is easy to change. There are settings for the colors in the wallet alpha already, although I have to finish wiring them up to auto-update live. So you can go back to black background, green accent, anything you can think of. I am just the bricklayer. I put the bricks down built the foundation and hung up the canvas. Feel free to paint on the canvas  I will integrate as much as I can into the wallet based on community feedback. And also please participate in marketing thread on http://forum.bitparticle.com so we can get organize, thank you! I think that right there is exactly what people should hang onto. Being in 2014, we have proven that the best products are those created by the crowd. We have the first coin bringing the crowd potential here. |

I see all those posts about coins that the only difference is like the block reward algorithm. ... i think we already got that covered.
Historically, coins with the highest volume are the ones that bring something new (exception being doge).
So I urge you to just at very least take a look at Particle (PRT) and you will understand right away why it should be on your exchange.

I reckon black and green color combination would make the wallet look slicker  Color theme is something very easy to change and give multiple options to! Can't please everyone so until it's in a release state, I would put it as low priority but keep it on the list of to do! |

Screenshots are ugly, not sexy  I kinda wonder what you are comparing it to. I see you link to nxt in your sig.... Quite a step up here big boy. But definitely, what you don't likw, please state so. I, for one, think it blows away any of the competition and that it's in alpha and what has a lot of time invested into is the functionality and not the graphism. And in all honesty, I think that's the right priority order. |
